Bought pants for my son, was told I could have a refund if they didn't fit. However, when I went to return them was informed the employee who said that made a mistake and it's not true. In this day and age that Amazon took over , Retail stores obviously suffer great deal. knowing this fact, Miss Kelly , the owner was preoccupied with being rude, and unhelpful. I bought an expensive jacket for my son, which had a defective zipper. She not only didn't fix the zipper, but laughed at my face and when she thought I turned by back at the store, she started making fun behind my back. I intended to come back but since she ripped me off with the very expensive jacket and didn't fix it, and she didn't return my calls, I will not come back and will tell my clients not to buy from this over rated shop. This place is so amazing! I stumbled in while I was running errands in Beverly Hills and was so pleasantly surprised. They had just recently opened and they carry such a beautiful selection of clothes and toys for kids of all ages, I think they carry from newborn to 12 or 14, so I will be shopping here for a long time!
