She is a fellow florist and could name every single bloom she saw. I think that is where my love of flowers comes from. We grabbed our blooms for a get together we were heading to and made a quick pit stop at Union Market before heading out. The blooms had us moving with purpose. The young lady behind the desk asked me which color (red) and then proceeded to package it up really nicely. Traditionally, I've always gone to the grocery store and grabbed a dozen roses that usually die in a few days for $15. In this case, I spent $10 for a single rose and have gotten a message or photo about it every day since Friday (5 days now) because of how beautiful and fresh it was. The rose is just blossoming now and getting bigger by the day. Really great quality, I'll only come here for flowers going forward.

I really do not know much about flowers at all. I typically just get stores pushing the most expensive flowers on me with litttle to no actual service. That's why coming to English Rose Garden was such a great experience. The owner Taraneh, from the second I walked into the store, made sure to make me feel as comfortable as possible. She asked what I needed flowers for (an engagement party!) and then proceeded to walk me through the different steps I could take. She was so kind and generous and patient. She answered all my questions (I had many!) and ended up recommending a beautiful arrangement that was actually less expensive than the amount of money I told her I was willing to spend. It is such a rarity these days to have a store help you save money when they can, in my case, easily charge you more. I was so happy with my flowers and everyone at the party asked me where I got them from. I will only ever buy flowers from English Rose Garden because I know the quality is excellent and the service is even better! read more
