They didnt engage in their customer and seemed to have their own party. When I called before my appointment and got the prices of what I wanted and after I met the owner and told her that I only wanted a gel fill, she found my polish and I thought that was great. My nail girl spent over an hour doing things I never saw before and made my nails much more thinner when it was never asked if I wanted them thinner. I then had a pedicure by a wonderful girl (from Broward county where I am from). She engaged with me and did an amazing job. I went to go pay and it was actually over $30 more than what was quoted to me. I asked the front desk girl why and she stated "oh you got the deluxe gel". I stated "shouldnt i have been asked if I wanted that since all I said was I wanted gel fills"? She just starred at me. I have seen salons do that and try to be sneaky. For that reason and for the reason that the owner did not train her staff that "the customer is what makes a business last" and for her staff to just engage with themselves and not in english, I will never go back to this salon. I come from a big city and this is a small town where they should have moree respct for their customers

I was very happy with the service I received. The staff was kind and interested in my needs, and Donetta did an excellent job on my pedicure. I'm impressed that even without the promo they were offering, their prices are very competitive, and also the many different types of services they offer. Attention to detail shows. The vibe is hip and welcoming without being pretentious. They offer water and beverages, play trending music, and have several TVs. The polish selection is extensive, and the techs can do complex nail art you usually only on Insta.... def a higher skill level than most ! I'm glad I chose this spot instead of driving to Orlando.
