Bought a $100+ item and right out of the box, it was defective. Same day (only 1-2 hours after…read morepurchase) contacted the number on their business card (as the employee told us to contact the number if there were any issues) and provided a video of the defective item. Since there was no response went back to the store and then finally got a response stating it's not their problem, it's ours. They claim since the package was sealed it's our issue to go through the manufacturer. We asked about either 1) refund or 2) replacement of the same item -- both options was a hard no because, again, it's not their fault we bought a defective product. So now we have to go through the manufacturer, wait for a response, and we have to go through a whole process (if it gets accepted). **be warned they have no return or exchange policy on their receipts and/or visible sign in their store. So buy at your own risk
