I've visited other sustainable companies that still use unnecessary packaging and plastic, but not here. There's none of the extra wastefulness, everything is natural, thoughtfully made, and environmentally friendly. So far I've purchased reusable makeup remover pads, a reusable sponge, reusable produce bags, body soap with a pouch, body oil, deodorant, toner, makeup remover, face wash, a candle, sunscreen, and shampoo and conditioner bars. The best part? I get to refill the containers instead of throwing them away. How amazing is that? Christy and Catherine are so friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. Christy, the owner, is amazing and I could talk about sustainability with her for hours. I've been searching for a company like this and I can't wait to go back and stock up on even more products.

I usually order online and select a time to pick up my order, but you can also go and order there. They have many options to build your own meals or you can select from their pre-made menu. The steak is probably my favorite because it's usually cooked medium so it's not dry unlike the chicken breast. Im giving them a 3 because they're not very good at resolving issues I've had. They ran out of the veggie I selected and they subbed it with one of their choice and it was one I dont like. I messaged them and never got my refund. This last time has made me rethink whether I will be back. There was something off about a few of my meals this week. I picked up my food like normal on Monday evening. Wednesday I was having my steak salad for lunch when I noticed mold on the tomatoes. That evening I had a different meal that smelled weird (like it was spoiling, but wasn't?) By friday morning I had 2 steak meals where the veggies were spoiled and mushy. Having purchased my meals many times, I know this is not normal. Nothing changed about the transport or storage on my end so I think they had bad ingredients for this batch. I messaged them requesting a refund and offered to send them photos. This was about 3 weeks ago and they haven't got back to me. I get things happen and issues will arise here and there. How a business responds to a service failure says a lot about how much they value their customers. Not getting a response says a lot.
