Rude and misinformed staff. I suggest avoiding the vitamin shop like the plague unless you're willing to put up with awful service from a surly and unknowledgeable staff. The manager was equally rude and unwelcoming, making matters worse. read more

Called about a item that I saw on their own website. Item was on sale for 27 dollars. Guy said they had it in stock and will match the price. Went down. Apparently they have different websites. Since they didn't find it on their main computer I was stuck paying full price because Laura who is racist.(I have seen many people get price matched in store , not necessarily this location. But that's how La Verne rolls. Wont shop here anymore. These white folks won't stop. Gonna take it to the different location where the rep there already told me he will give me the price match. However, today I received the soap I ordered w/ top broken completely off and soap leaking all over box and through the box. Second time this has happened. this is the worse one. Very minimal recycled packaging. However there was a box of samples in the box. Really! They sacrifice my soap I paid for to give me a box of samples. people need to learn to pack better. read more

I come here weekly to buy a case of bang energy . I noticed they have a poster on the door advertising price match . I decided to have my boyfriend buy his multi vitamins and compared to bodybuilding there was a huge price difference . We asked Brianna about it and she started adding a lot of restrictions to the price match feature. She was trying to add shipping if we were getting the discount . It makes no sense to me that's why consumers opt to buy online . Buying online guarantees the best deal and less hassle . I continuously come here due to the convenient location. However, each time I do so, I am unfortunately disappointed. I don't mind the unreasonable prices, but it's unfortunate that the staff is unhelpful. Each time I come here, I am not assisted properly or in a nice manner, as if I am an inconvenience to them. I went to this location today and had a wonderful experience. I usually go to nutrishop, but my co worker told me to give this place a try. I'm very glad I Did! There were two girls and one guy working, and I actually spoke to them all at one point. Everyone seemed knowledgeable, but Ashley was so informative! I didn't go in with high hopes because I always get good service at nutrishop. But I was so pleased with the service and knowledge from these people. There was a difficult and rude customer infront of me and the staff still maintained their composure and professionalism through it... I love this Vitamin Shoppe! It's clean, organized, and they have a large variety of products. Today, my boyfriend and I had an amazing experience. We were helped by Ashley, and, holy cow, SHE KNOWS HER STUFF! She is so knowledgeable about so many of the products in the store, and my boyfriend got exactly the help that he needed from her. She's AMAZING! You could tell that she wasn't just trying to sell us whatever was priced highest. She really wanted to make sure that my boyfriend got what was best for him and his body.
