After Tom and Andy assessed the most suitable and practical method of replacing our old HVAC system, inside and outside, they began installing the heating system. Tom and Andy took a great deal of care, and pride in installing and integrating the heating system in a very complicated location. They were very careful to install the system in a manner that maintained the integrity and aesthetics of our home, which we so appreciate. Again, I am recommended Enhanced Heating & Air Conditioning. When the guys who installed my new Trane heater & air conditioning units, I had already had a humidifier on my old heater. I needed that humidifier since my place was so dry. One of the owners, Jim, found out that the previous heating company I had & who had installed my Aprilaire humidifiers apparently had broke the piece that the tubing has to come out, to put the humidity in my home, & had didn't tell me & glued it together. Jim didn't charge me for the piece that he had to ordered & he had another of his techs, Ed, come out to install the new piece & put the new tubing in to run to the condensate pump. Ed, is just terrific. After he installed it, he continued to turn on my heater & make sure that everything would be running good when I turned my heater on this year. He also explained a lot of things to me about the humidifier. He took his time & explained in terms I could understand everything about the humidifier & how it works. He also took the time and answered some questions that I had about the humidifier. THIS MUST BE EVERYONE'S GO TO COMPANY FOR ALL THEIR HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING NEEDS. I have never dealt with a company that has such great employees, who really know their jobs. High recommendations for Ed, the tech who came out to do the work on my humidifier!! I have been using Enhanced Heating & Air for many years for preventative maintenance work for my A/C units. On a couple of occasions, I have been lured to use another provider (eg via a groupon deal), only to regret the outcomes. Enhanced Heating & Air has been honest and reliable. Although there were some minor delays/snafus with the scheduling for this year's preventative maintenance work, I suspect much of that has to do with recent temperatures and customer demand. Other than that, the rest was excellent. The service technician, Dave, arrived on time and provided a 30 minute phone call notice re: ETA. He was professional and respectful of the home, as evidenced by the fact he put on booties upon entering and existing the home without any prompting. But frankly those SHOULD be tablestakes for any in-home service company. And that alone would not have encouraged me to spend time writing a review. The reason for the score of five is that despite having a packed day, Dave took the time to be client-focused and went beyond the call of duty by offering advise regarding opportunities for improvement with duct work and returns. These were not the same generic suggestions offered up by countless others in the past. And the best part is that he was just trying to be helpful and had no hidden motives to upsell. read more

My AC unit died in the middle of the heat wave here in DE and after being ripped off by a few of the larger HVAC companies in the local area, I found Enhanced and I am glad I did. Every tech over the last 7 years just about refused to work on my AC units as they only want to sell you new. Every year I get the HARD SELL that I desperately need new units and they will not last more than a month or so if I dont change them. Well Andrew the tech for Enhanced came out, checked out my system, diagnosed the problem as a loose wire and weak capacitor and made the necessary repairs in a timely manner. He tested the entire system and advised me that the system was in excellent working order and should not be replaced because it is working well. The service and work charge was extremely reasonable and the honesty and professionalism by Enhanced and Andrew was awesome. They are my go to HVAC company going forward. read more

Five star rating for HVAC replacement. The installers (Dave, Tyler, and Zach) were thorough, professional, and conscientious. Installation was completed as planned, and they protected the areas of the house where materials had to be transported. All the work areas were restored and cleaned. The job included a new furnace, reinstall humidifier, new outside A/C unit, thermostat, chimney insert, and drilling thru the brick wall for intake and exhaust. Overall, contracting with Enhanced was a pleasant experience. Joe (co-owner) responded quickly to all of my questions and concerns while I contemplated acceptance of the proposal, which was the most reasonable of several reviewed. My mom's house never had central air. She decided to do some renovations. A neighbor recommended an HVAC installer for her to contact. He bought a few parts, dropped them off and never completed the job (or even started it). I contacted a family friend who recommended we call Joe Brooks at Enhanced Heating and Air. He met with us the next day with his two coworkers/installers (Joe and Corey). They were all very professional from the beginning. Anytime I had a question, Joe would answer his phone. We had a complete house heating system installed with forced hot water in new construction. It was an extremely challenging task to design a system to satisfactorily heat three levels. Our experience with Enhanced Heating and Air Conditioning has been a very positive one. The installer took the time to explain to us the details of the different zones and the loops within each zone. April set up the tune-up appointment based on what I described and Matt arrived right on scheduled; thoroughly explained the process, identified the issue (which was a very quick fix) and provided me with some excellent information and understanding. Justed call Enhanced at 9 AM today. The service rep told me 10AM-12PM, and would call me when the service rep, would be available to come. At 10:00 AM, I received a call and the women told me the service rep was at my front door.Thankfully,I was nearby. Ed was awesome, he knew exactly what the problem was and told me more about my unit and how to properly maintain my unit. I called Enhanced Heating when I got home to discover I had no heat. They were quick to return my call. They sent out a representative that same night. It was snowing and sleeting and they were more than willing to accommodate my needs. When the representative showed up he was very courteous and mindful of my house. He used booties so not to drag in dirt. He figured out my problem and resolved my heating problem. I am very thankful to Enhanced Heating for fixing my heat on a very cold February night! I called, and in under an hour the technician was here. You can't beat that kind of fast service. Actually the who process was great. I don't know who answered the phone but she was professional, courteous and a even a bit funny. The technician was Dennis. They were both very upfront and explained the process and what I should expect. Dennis was also very professional went straight to work and was done servicing everything in no time. I've used Enhanced Heating & Air for A/C tune-ups the last two years. The technicians are courteous and prompt. They call ahead 30 minutes when they say they will. This year, when I wanted to schedule an appointment, I had to call their office a couple times after leaving a message to get it scheduled. I've never had this issue before, so I assume it's a fluke. On Monday 6/12/2017 after a very hot weekend I called (7:35 am) for service because one of my ac units was no working. When I called I expected at least a few days before someone would come but the customer service person said how does between 11-1 look today. The service tech called about 10:45 to say he was on his way to my house. He fixed my problem and also checked my other unit to make sure things were working good.
