Unfortunately I have to give Eni a one star review. Admittedly, her team cleaned my condo in Somerville for 2 years well and without incident. However, recently, as I was just 3 days prior to closing on selling the place, I had her come over to do one last final sweep... which turned out to be a horrible mistake and total disaster. First, her team clogged my toilet. They didn't notice it overflowing for at least 15 minutes, which caused serious flooding and damage to the unit below. Then, in the process of fixing the clog, they broke the supply line pipe to the toilet and caused a second major flood with more damage. Eni refused to accept responsibility for this- claiming that there were "paper towels" in the toilet, which was absurd as no one had even been in there in a week-and refusing to refund even the cleaning fee (with the 50% tip I'd pre-paid, stupidly), let alone the $300 plumber bill or the damage to unit below. No apology, no recourse, just denial and poor communication. So beware! Eni May clean you place well... or she might cause hundreds of dollars in damage and charge you for it! read more

I hired this company to clean my mothers and brothers apartments. The first deep cleaning of my mother was great and took about 4 plus hours. The problem came on a monthly follow up cleaning. The owner Eni quoted $85 which later changed to $90. After a 90 minute cleaning the cleaners asked for $125. They were offered $90 as quoted but would not leave my mother home until they received $125 cash. Eni had texted them to collect $125 which is what they were paid. I emailed Eni about the extra charge for a 90 minute cleaning, and she emailed me stating that the cleaning did not take as long as she estimated, so the $90 price was correct and would be that on future visits. However, no refund of over charge was offered. The woman who clean for Eni do a great job cleaning, but you are paying them plus Eni so it can get expensive. Lucky, I found a cleaner that works for herself so with no middleman she was less costly than using an agency like Eni Cleaners. If you decide to use this company, get a quote in writing and have it ready to show once the job is finished so no up-charge can be demanded. read more

This is a great price for biweekly cleaning service and the cleaning is thorough and efficient. I have to be at work each time they come and the only issue is it seems to be a different team each week. I thought by leaving a note once to clarify which bin was recycling and that they only needed to clean the downstairs would be sufficient, but it seems I need to remind them each time. Not a huge issue but perhaps a system is needed to track these types of requests for each customer if it's going to be a different cleaning team. It would also be nice to have an app or website for payment and scheduling, but again not a deal breaker. read more

We recently had a baby and moved into a house, from an apartment ... the cleaning duties are way up and our time is way down. It was totally reasonable to clean the house on our own before; now, there's no way I'm spending my one free morning a week scrubbing the floors. So we called Eni. She is amazing. We went from "one time, just to see" to "every other week" with no hesitation. My floors are spotless. My bathroom fixtures gleam. My stove is ... the original white. Burned food stains are gone, and the same for the oven. They took everything out of the fridge to wipe it down, which is huge. They cleaned up the rabbit mess (we have two pet rabbits and they leave hay everywhere). They take out the trash. And they do it in two and a half hours on Saturday morning. Hire them. read more

Eni's Cleaning Company did a very thorough job cleaning our apartment. A two person crew cleaned our 2-BD/2 Bath apartment in around 3.5 hours. They straightened as well as doing a deep clean. The only issue was that parking is very limited in our neighborhood and the crew struggled with what to do although there is a public lot a few blocks away. One person was dropped off with the cleaning supplies and the other cleaner took a long time finding parking. I finally gave her my parking spot which wouldn't always be an option. Language barriers made it very difficult to communicate with the cleaning crew. Eni was very prompt and responsive in our communications, including during the time the crew was onsite. I was able to get an appointment the next day. Our apartment looked fantastic after Eni's crew was done. I will be using Eni's service in the future. read more
