I have never felt more compelled to write a review about any other business. To set the scene: my partner and I each have health struggles which make it hard for us to keep up with cleaning and various chores around the house. We have two cats and we work from home, so our space is very *lived in.* Picture stacks of unwashed dishes, never-mopped floors, piles of grocery bags and stacks of cardboard boxes, trash, you name it. There was an element of shame about the state of our home which kept us from reaching out to any cleaning companies for over a year. If I could, I would go back in time and tell my past self to try Eni's sooner rather than later! Not only were they kind and non-judgmental, but they also made our home sparkle in a way it hasn't since before we moved in. It smells fantastic, the floors are shining, our things are neatly organized, they caught us up on dishes (totally did not expect that!), the stove is clean, beds are made...I have been walking around since we got home an hour ago and I'm still finding/noticing things that they did- their attention to the smallest details in the face of a BIG job has me completely awestruck. Eni came to our home for the first time yesterday. Admittedly, we hadn't had our place professionally cleaned in over a year and our day to day upkeep was not cutting it. Eni arrived on-time, texting me updates on her expected arrival with a second pair of hands and brought all the supplies necessary to get to work. As soon as they walked in the door they began cleaning as I showed them around, mentioning that we wanted the floors and the windows to be the focus of her clean. I immediately felt comfortable with Eni and left her to her work while running some errands. When I returned, the house was sparkling. I could not believe my eyes. Eni and her helper go ABOVE AND BEYOND in their work. They moved the beds, tables, couches, rugs and side tables to make sure they cleaned every corner of our floor and the rest of the house was cleaned with the same amount of dedication. It's been 24hrs since they left and I'm still walking around in awe. We've had 4 or 5 house cleaners over the years and Eni is far and away the best we've ever had. It is also really nice to know that the cost of Eni' services (which we completely reasonable) are going directly to Eni and her helper without a big-name service brand taking a cut. Eni and her staff were great and I highly recommend their services! It was the first time we booked with them (and first time we've used professional cleaners), and so we weren't sure what to expect. We were pleased with the service we received-- our 2 bedroom condo was very messy especially because we are not the cleanest people and have two large dogs and cats, but they provided us a deep cleaning service and were upfront about the cost and estimated cleaning time. Our place has been messy for so long that I didn't remember what it'd look like completely scrubbed down! They cleaned our mirrors, microwave, stove, tabletops, countertops, vacuumed and wiped our floors, cleaned our two bathrooms and bathtubs, cleaned around my cat's litter boxes which I greatly appreciated, and organized all the things we had lying around the house. I also appreciated that they were very friendly and worked well with my pets staying in the house, so I didn't have to worry about finding pet care during that time. Eni also provided me with estimated costs for monthly or biweekly cleaning. I called Eni based on Yelp reviews. I was looking for a flexible, affordable and local, small business service and I found it. The first cleaning they did for us was after we had wood floors installed and finished. There was dust on every surface. Branca and her team cleaned for probably five hours, which included wiping down every dust-covered wall. It was a major undertaking and they did a great job. Branca and her team now arrive punctually bi-weekly to efficiently clean our three story home. Eni's Cleaning is flexible. There have been quite a few occasions I needed to reschedule, or asked for an extra cleaning, like before company arrived. She has accommodated these changes every time. She also offers add-ons for maintenance cleaning. Although we haven't used any of these services yet, it's nice to know carpet cleaning and window washing, etc. are available when we need them. Eni is also very responsive. I always hear back from her quickly and she has purchased several specialized products to accommodate our cleaning needs. We have used Eni's Cleaning service for about a year for both our apartment and later our house in Burlington, and we have been extremely satisfied. Their pricing is very reasonable, and they are very flexible which were both factors that were important to us after our experience with other house cleaners. We have changed up our schedule numerous times and are always making changes to our requests for them given various projects around our house and the need to accommodate our two dogs. Eni never hesitates to agree to our requests and her team always exceeds our expectations (example - cleaning inside the stove and the exterior of glass patio doors, neither of which we specifically requested). Eni is also very easy to schedule and communicate with (via text) and is willing to accept payment via check, which saves us the errand of having to go get cash from the ATM. My fiancé and I both have adhd and busy lives so needless to say our 2 bedroom apt is generally in a state of chaos and mess.Just believe me: we are dirty, gross, people. I just bought a house and needed someone with actual cleaning skills to come in and make it like new for me. The previous family had been living there for 20+ years and while they left it in good condition, it definitely needed a thorough cleaning. I called Eni at 8:30 am and she said she could have a crew there that same day around noon. Wow! Based on other experiences, I thought I'd have to schedule out a few days or even a few weeks. We recently used Eni Cleaning for upholstery cleaning and I highly recommend them. Mary (part of Eni's team) came and cleaned our white couch- she was friendly and professional and did a fantastic job. I was shocked when I saw the water and realized how dirty our couch had actually been but also very pleased to know how much cleaner it was going to be when she was done. The entire cleaning process took about an hour and then it took about 18 hours for my couch to fully dry once Mary was done. We will definitely being using Eni's Cleaning again in the future. I contacted Eni about cleaning a home my family purchased earlier this month. Between COVID-19 concerns and just generally wanting to sanitize and freshen up the space, we were interested in a deep clean prior to moving in. Eni was quick to respond to my email and accessible for questions via text and email, and she accommodated us on very short notice. I've used Eni's cleaning twice now, once for a deep clean and another for a power washing of our garage. Eni is really easy to schedule with and communicate with and both times the cleaners were prompt and arrived on time. Now to the cleanings themselves, the deep clean of the house was great - the cleaners made sure to get into every nook and cranny (even inside the kitchen cabinets!) and they kept in touch with me in regards to if I wanted them to clean xyz or if something was trash. The garage cleaning was also great and Eni's husband also gave us some great tips in terms of how to keep our garage clean/some easier upkeep for the future. As senior citizens, it became evident to us, that we just couldn't clean to our standards, as in the past. I contacted Eni's Cleaning and established an appointment to our convenience, I requested a deep clean to our bathroom, which is grouted tile in the bath area, including the ceiling. Half tiled walls, and floor too. Eni's ladies arrived promptly, and did an amazing job on the tile, all fixtures, and even cleaned inside the vanity, and medicine cabinet. When completed, our bathroom looked like it was just installed new. GREAT JOB Eni. Thank you for saving us the pain and suffering we go through the next day, when we try to do it ourselves. I manage alot of rentals and they do a great job. Eni's cleaning came in two days ago and it was phenomenal. They were very thorough and dusted down my ceiling fans and all the baseboards on the floors. The house was like sparkling and it was amazing. Great first time deep clean with Eni's Cleaning. Have never hired a cleaning service before, but Eni made it simple. We were able to arrange for a very affordable cleaning only 1 week in advance, and for the weekend. Two women showed up to our door on time (to the minute!). We stayed around for a few minutes to answer questions, but they were clearly professionals and started cleaning immediately after they'd walked in the door. We were able to leave the house for a few hours and came home to a beautifully clean home. Didn't even need to leave keys - they locked the door behind them. We had our 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment cleaned yesterday and she was absolutely fantastic! We had a cat for 2 years, but Eni was able to get all remnants of the cat out of our apartment. She was there for about 3 hours (after working hours, which was perfect) and cleaned everything you can imagine - inside the fridge, our stovetop (it has never been cleaner), in the oven, and in all of our appliances. She wiped down the walls, cabinets, and doors in addition to the basic cleaning of the floors and bathroom. I would definitely hire her again and have already referred her to friends. I reached out to several companies to get quotes for biweekly cleanings. Eni responded quickly, provided the best price, and scheduled me for my first service on the date I requested (one week later). Eni's sister and two others showed up early, immediately got to work, and did an amazing job!! When my husband got home, he remarked that they did a better job on a biweekly cleaning than another company did with our deep cleaning (we weren't happy so we switched for our biweekly appointments).
