Cesy Ravelo was the worst server I have encountered in Miami. I used to frequent this restaurant a lot. She not only messed up my whole order but rather than fix the issue she asked me who can eat the shrimp that my daughter was allergic too rather than fixing her meal. Awful, Lack of compassion. When my other daughter finished she asked if we wanted to order anything additional, never apologizing for the messed up Dinner and she was upset when I asked for her to take back the meal she messed up. This is a fairly small location. Has about 8 desks (4 people per desk). They have high stools as well. It is located in a mid sized strip mall, right next to the Florida turnpike entrance by 152nd. Their food is really good, but their prices are even better. We ordered and appetizer, two entrees and coffee and the total was less than $40 ( especially for seafood). I ate their salmon, with white rice and tostones. My better half had enchilada de cangrejo. Before that we had conch fritters, to me they were ok. Felt like they were a bit over fried. Simple, clean, and delicious, with good service to boot!!! Came Into this place out of mere coincidence but very happy I did. We ordered fish fingers for my kiddos and minuta sandwiches for the two adults. When I walked in the place looked and smelled squeaky clean. Thanks was greeted immediately and my ordered placed to go. Place was a bit empty but given the location, you would not expect it to look as clean on the inside So I'm guessing that's why. Food came out in 20 mins or less and was made to order. When we got home we enjoyed what was very fresh seafood items that I would certainly go back for, at a very affordable price. They have the best seafood soup so far it is loaded with shrimp, lobster, fish it's loaded and the taste is amazing I will return just for the that alone. The minuta sandwich wan a good portion not so much flavor but good and the fish croquets where also good. Prices are very fair and the place is clean without seafood smell. read more

The food took a little longer than expected to come out but it came out fresh and delicious. My fiancé and I shared the frituras de malanga. They were small but full of flavor really good. I got the yellow tail minuta sandwich which they serve with tomatoes lettuce and raw red onion. I loved the fish it was delicious. The bread could've been softer. My fiancé got the breaded dolphin with yellow rice and we both got an order of mashed potatoes. Omg the mash potatoes were so good!! Extremely disappointed!!! Every single dish that we ordered was bad the whole fried fish which was the especial of the day was completely raw and their excuse was the fish was too big, the table next to us same thing happend the manager lady did not have the courtesy of handling the situation she just sent the waitress repeating that the fish was too big !!!! Conch fritters weren't cooked all the way the tostones too and the shrimp enchilado you have to look for the smallest shrimp ever !. Another place that is amazing but not very well known. I love this place for the fact they have lobster croquettes that are one of a kind everyone must try!! The menu has all kinds of seafood for all tastes they serve fresh oysters the staff is attentive and food is always fresh and quite delicious. They serve a variety of great dishes like the shrimp enchilada ceviche minuta and they have daily specials of fried or broiled fish. My father showed me this place years ago and he knows the owner personally for 20+ years they don't dissapoint when it comes to serving a tasty meal. read more

Let's start by saying they have the BEST fish soup, the lobster croquettes are awesome and the pan con minuta is great, and the price makes it that much better. My boyfriend isn't into fish soup so he's always had the chicken soup and says it's the best one he's had. I have never been let down, it's my go to place to get fresh soup when I'm feeling under the weather. I've always got it to go, so I can't comment on dining in, but the girls who have always helped me have been nice, not the very best English but my broken Spanish has gotten me by with ordering my meals. It's a shame I'm writing this review because the food here was one of my fave but the customer service is so horrible that I had to say something. First of all the girl that took my order messed up my order completely, I politely came right back inside and told her it wasn't what I ordered, she had the nastiest attitude telling me she took the right order and it was me who didn't specify correctly, mind you I ordered fried shrimp, and got fried conch she doesn't really speak English so I can understand where she might of made the mistake placing my order but that's not the point, it's the way she spoke to me! A whole attitude rolled her eyes at me and kind of got loud too! I was gonna wait nicely and get my correct order but she kept on and on that another lady even had to tell her to please be quiet and let it go! I have never ever felt like slapping somebody in my life!!!!!!! She's lucky she caught me in a good day! I was in the mood for authentic Pan Con Minuta! So... I turned to my Yelp app as it informed me that there was a place that had it only 1.5 miles away. Score! I decided to try it out. I ordered the Pan Con Minuta which was nothing out of this world. The minuta was very thin and was lacking the Latin flavor. I drenched it with tarter sauce to help with the flavor, the price was super reasonable only $2.90. I also ordered the lobster croquetas, they were a bit over salted but I did enjoy the fact that you can definitely taste the lobster and for 90 cents each you really cant complain. I tried Enis Seafood for the first time and I must say, this seafood place is a hidden gem! The people who work here are sweet and the food was delicious. I tried their breaded minuta (snapper) fillet with black beans and rice (moros) and sweet plantains and it was perfect. I love this place. Keeping in mind that this is a mom and pop shop, I think it's one of the very few places where you can get a home cooked meal for under $5 that will fill you up. "Pan con minuta" for $3 and "sopa de pescado" for a little less. Always fresh...very friendly staff...frequent patrons are called by name by the waitresses with a wide smile; family ambiance and very chill. Only caveat is to stay away from the lobster "croquetas". They taste good but have way too much salt for my taste. Kinda spoils the experience. But for under a dollar each, you can try one and make your own mind up on the matter.
