This is in a great location for me except that you have to park on the street to get in the front door or walk all the way around the building. When I tried to walk in the back door, it was locked when I tried to call. No one answered. Another negative when I arrived she was the only one there so in the door open, she would leave to go see who came in or to answer the phone.that's not relaxing Once someone else showed up, the rest of my massage was very nice and I didn't have money for a tip so I immediately just bought another deal that they had which was two people for $99 for an hour massage. All this was great but about a week later another seven dollars came out on my credit card and I have no idea why. There was no receipt with the $99 Massage that I bought so I don't have a breakdown of charges to figure out what they're doing. But nothing is good about seeing a charger a week after you were in a business. I still plan on returning here. Later, I received a call from a man who did not speak English well. He told me to make sure we were not late because they were booking appointments back-to-back. I assured him we would arrive early. We arrived at 1:00 PM for our 1:15 PM appointment. A man came out from the back, I told him we had a 1:15 appointment, and he said "no" and walked away. A woman then came from behind the curtain (it appeared they were actively working on clients while also handling the front desk). She checked her book, confirmed our time and my phone number -- and then told us they had given our appointment to someone else. When I asked if we could reschedule, they said no because they were fully booked. As a "sorry," they offered us a reusable water bottle. I declined. That does not make up for giving away a confirmed appointment. It was Friday. My husband took the day off so we could enjoy this together. We drove to Riverside specifically for this experience. Instead, we were turned away even though we were early for our confirmed appointment. In hindsight, it may have been a blessing. If a business is double-booking clients and trying to operate as massage therapists and receptionists at the same time, it raises serious concerns about professionalism and organization. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend.
