She will massage on one spot like my calf or my arm for a few minutes like barely putting pressure and the rest of 1hr and 15 minutes felt the same . The woman on the phone confirmed the time and took my cell number for the reservation. She said that was the only available slot, so we arranged our schedule around it. Later, I received a call from a man who did not speak English well. He told me to make sure we were not late because they were booking appointments back-to-back. I assured him we would arrive early. We arrived at 1:00 PM for our 1:15 PM appointment. A man came out from the back, I told him we had a 1:15 appointment, and he said "no" and walked away. A woman then came from behind the curtain (it appeared they were actively working on clients while also handling the front desk). She checked her book, confirmed our time and my phone number -- and then told us they had given our appointment to someone else. When I asked if we could reschedule, they said no because they were fully booked. As a "sorry," they offered us a reusable water bottle. I declined. That does not make up for giving away a confirmed appointment. It was Friday. My husband took the day off so we could enjoy this together. We drove to Riverside specifically for this experience. Instead, we were turned away even though we were early for our confirmed appointment. In hindsight, it may have been a blessing. If a business is double-booking clients and trying to operate as massage therapists and receptionists at the same time, it raises serious concerns about professionalism and organization. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend.
