Bought a couples massage deal on Groupon which included a 60 min Swedish or deep tissue massage & hot stones. We would've given it 5 stars, but there was some customer service issues. The first time trying to come, I got a text message from one of the staff 26 mins before the appt to move the time to 30 minutes later. Unfortunately, we had a tight schedule, so we rescheduled to the following week. When we got here for the new appt, I guess there was a scheduling error because Lucy asked if we could come back 2 hours later. We were okay with it, so we did, but when we came back, we were asked if we could wait another 30 mins. because the owner/boss had an emergency for their child. I get it, & I'm really understanding, but they could have called us to let us know, rather than have us come back & forth the way we did. So we clarified 30 mins, left, came back, & were immediately taken cared of. Lucy did my fiancé's massage, & Melly did mine (sorry if incorrect name, this is what I understood). Honestly probably one of the best massages I've had. Dim lighting & quiet. Not one of the nicest looking places inside and outside, but definitely clean, so we were okay with it. We were really upset with all the earlier stated issues, but the massages we received definitely made up for it & saved what would have been a negative review. Just a few tips to help the owner out: 1. Please have a schedule/planner. Include about an extra 15 mins on top of the allotted time for customers removing/putting on clothing. 2. Just in case, especially when having customers come back, get their contact/number for any changes. Not many people would be as nice & accommodating as we were, especially people who drive more than 30 mins one-way. Initially,this small business made an intelligent choice in enrollment of a Groupon offer in order to attract new customers. The timely response I received was informing me there was no evening appointments offered for Groupon purchases. I mentioned that wasn't stated in the guidelines presented in their offer .( I'm a night nurse and am only comfortable with evenings) I was then encouraged to cancel my order and my review and disappointment was "good". I don't believe this is a space for stress relief.I feel upset without having an opportunity to even give their employees a try. I feel badly they overlook what their services could potentially provide to help people with stress. As well as why they originally agreed to offering a Groupon to attract potential business in the first place. I wish them well. We all make mistakes in life. read more

Well new management is worse than previous. This establishment WILL NOT HONOR GIFTCARDS OR GROUPONS. Spoke to the owner yesterday to arrange an appointment for 11am today for couples massage. Here now at 10:45am and the lady at front desk refuses to see us. She will not take the valid Groupon we have already paid for and the business has already been paid on. Told her we have the appointment slot booked and confirmed, and she just blank stared at us saying she doesn't even have time to see us. This is a criminal business that wants to be paid twice and is using Groupon for free marketing. There was no misunderstanding at all as I saw my name down in the appointment book. read more

I completely understand COVID and trying their best. However I still only give two stars. One star for getting us in the same day and one star for even being open for COVID. Me and my fiancé went to this massage place because we found it on Groupon. We called ahead to ensure we can get in and they told us they couldn't take our Groupon. Didn't bother us because we didn't buy it yet. So we went and they put us in a room very quickly. However the massage was horrible! They were going so fast not even holding pressure points or making it relaxing. They just rushed through it, like someone was just rubbing your body fast. They also used pretty much an entire bottle of oil on me, we could see all the oil drippings when we got up. I understand that there was only two of them but whenever someone walked in or the phone rang they stopped our massage and went to help that person about 10 different times! They continuously dropped the hot stones making it loud and noisy and talked extremely loud. It was both uncomfortable and unprofessional. When we were done they ran off trying to help other people, so we were going to leave and she ran after us asking for a $20 tip! Completely UNPROFESSIONAL especially after such a terrible service. Then proceeded to argue with us about why she deserves a tip, and we listed all the things that happened to us above and let us go with only tipping $10. We were waiting for them to fix it, but just looked at us with a blank stare. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I advised the lady in the front counter that I should of read her Yelp reviews before coming because they are bad. I really do love this place and the rooms are nice and I have had great massages. Unfortunately I won't be going back! As you pay for your service they tell you it's a $10 mandatory tip per person. There were many issues with this place and maybe because it's new but experience was not a great one. I received this as a Groupon gift for a 90 minute deep tissue massage. I attempted to call to schedule an appointment but I never got anyone to answer (during business hours) and I didn't feel like leaving a message. I tried their online booking but it would not take my Groupon voucher. So I walked in and waited for about 15-20 minutes for anyone to come to the front. Finally, someone did and explained they were booked and could not take walk-ins, which was fine but I needed to book an appointment. I explained I had tried to call and book online and she was very adamant she answers all calls and asked what day I called (I thought why the hell would I lie about calling? I'm here now). She didn't know why I couldn't book online. Any who fast forward to appointment day. I arrived an hour early in case there were any cancellations; there were none (which was fine I took an gamble). I waited in the front little lobby area for about 30 minutes before anyone even noticed I was there; not really feeling safe about that. I did notice the phone ring several times and no one answering. Later a couple arrives for their couples massage which is an hour and now I'm calculating in my head that's not going to be enough time for my appointment to be on time. Especially, since there's only two people working. The owner tells me it'll be 30 minutes late but I know she's not being honest since the couple was already starting late. In the meantime, another lady walks in with a booked appointment for the same time as me. She waits 30 minutes to be told they don't take online reservations and they will not be able to service her. That's awful customer service. An hour after my scheduled appointment (total of 2 hours since i arrived early), I finally get my "deep tissue" massage. Yeah, that was not deep tissue, and it made my back spasm. My 90 minute massage was cut short by at least 15 minutes. It was not relaxing to hear an entire conversation between the owner and the next customer for my 60-75 minute massage. The massage lady was very nice. But I would never go back again nor would I recommend this place based on my experience. read more

WOW! Came here and asked for Emmy (she was the best, read previous review) they said she doesnt work there any more and they can have someone as good as her do my massage. What a joke. This place was amazing! I made a 3pm couples massage today with no problem at all. They actually paid attention to the knots I had around my neck and shoulders. My boyfriend had a lot of knots in his calves and back, they took them all out. I was so relaxed and refreshed at the end of the message. Me and my boyfriend are defiantly coming back here again in the future and I'm recommending this place to other couples I know. I'm only giving 2 stars because my boyfriend enjoyed his massage. We purchased the groupon for couples massage, which included swedish or deep tissue + facial + foot scrub, it was a great deal. Kevin who I spoke to and made the appointment with was nice. The day of however, no one understood what we were trying to communicate, the person doing my massage only did half of my back, no shoulders or neck was included, nor a "foot scrub" as advertised. She also massaged the top of my legs with the towel on, barely touching me. At the end, she was like, ok 75 minutes is up, I asked her what happened to the other side of my back, shoulders, neck and foot scrub, and she just kept saying your 75 minutes is up. I'll never go back! And to top it off, she had the nerve to say "you pay tip" when we were leaving, we tipped the lady that did his massage $20 but I needed some of my money back. read more

The message was painful! She kept pinching me all over. She messaged me over a towl and used me as a human punching bag. THEN.. GET THIS. I was unhappy and left a 4 dollar tip. She came out and before I could leave she showed me the 4 dollars and said "this is only 4 dollars wheres the rest?" If I could do 3.5 stars I would. Here's my issue, I don't like paying for a massage before I get it, then made to tip afterwards. My husband and I came here for a couples massage and it was decent, mine was rougher than I wanted at the time while his, he said was too soft. We also didn't get aromatherapy during our visit, but our hot stone massage was great. The pictures are misleading as to what it looks like. Amazing massage with friendly staff! I don't know why there's only one review with one star only. My boyfriend and I had the couples massage with a facial. We circled the areas that would like special attention and she nailed it for me. Paid special attention to my back and calves and literally took out all of the knots. I recommend you come 10 minutes early to fill out a form but she was nice enough to massage us a little longer to compensate. It was a nice and clean environment and this is definitely going to be my go to spot now.
