Update: Jose came back and looked at the patio and said it must have been a bad cure. We decided it would have to be replaced. Jose took full responsibility and agreed to pay all costs. In May, his crew tore out all the concrete and had it trucked off. A week later they poured an all new patio. Its regrettable that they had to do all the work twice. I unfortunately never received a quote, Reno Tahoe Concrete viewed the area which is a decent sized concrete job on May 14th. I contacted them once to check in after about two weeks and never heard anything back regarding the quote. I understand this may not be a big enough job; or maybe you are too busy. So I contacted the company . Jose, the owner, is very responsive. I'm glad I chose Jose and his team to do the landscaping work for me, with over 3,000 sqft of stamped concrete for the patio and broom finished concrete for driveways and walk ways. He also did DG and compacted base landscaping, new fence with metal posts, 2 metal bollards to protect gas meter, drainage pipes, and drip lines for flower beds. Yes, one stop shopping! How convenient!! Jose is very experienced and passionate about the the work he does. He is easy to work with. The price is very competitive. He's so resourceful, with lots of good advice how to enhance the project such as using bigger river rocks, adding concrete curve for the turf area, just to name a few. I have email and text proof and also lengthy budget discussions with my wife about a price we agreed upon and they change their word on that, and increase the price heavily if you even slightly change your layout dimensions later before asking them to start. They are not trustworthy. read more
