While some artists slap on lashes in an hour, Jenny is meticulous. She took her time to place a mixture of single and fan lashes evenly between both eyes. Her work is also seamless. She got as close to my lash line without irritating my skin. Three weeks later and my set still looks fab. Jenny goes above and beyond in supporting you with aftercare too. I was told kindly by Megan, the sweet owner of this aesthetic place, that it's because my lashes on one eye are longer than the other. Roxanne, who did my lashes, should take that into consideration, it says they're the professionals, so i'm unsure what happened. I'm not the expert with lashes, but I hoped she would've been. Roxanne is super friendly though and Megan is very customer service oriented. I got i ntouch with her hoping to get it redone, but was offered a lash tint when my lashes are already black.... I feel like a lash lift is just a lash lift though. Just sucks having paid what I did for a 'professional' lash lift that wasn't accomadating to my lashes. Beauty is a science, and I dont think it was measured in my appointment with Roxanne.
