I would Highly recommend selecting Dr. Kimberly Phan as a primary treating physician in a workers…read morecomp injury. Doctor Phan was great to work with in all aspects of care for my spinal injury. She was very responsive and helpful with questions I had about the workers comp process and the treatment of my injury. She worked with me to get the care I needed and from the providers I wanted or from providers that were convenient for me where I lived. She also was great at getting me equipment and supplies for physical therapy through workers comp so that my recovery could progress. She was also very attentive to my needs in regards to light duty or modified duty and listened to how I felt about my capabilities and when I felt like I could return to full duty.

To help me , I cried to her and let my guard down after being abused badly by an orthopedic, I felt stupid for trusting her. Her office staff are rude, belittling, degrading and don't care if you are scared of worsening pain, or having your jaw lock for extended hours. I'm an epileptic and was very worried I would have a seizure due to increased pain and significantly reduced sleep. After the first consult Dr Phan mentioned she would expedite my steroid shots into my dislocated jaw. I've been dislocated for five months. She was the 13th dr I saw from February-may. Her scheduler "Carmen " is a rude immature miserable lady that doesn't want to do her job , makes mistakes that costs you longer to see the dr, and if you want to talk on one on with the doctor she will flat out tell you no " the doctor doesn't want to speak to you . After getting upset demanding I get the Dr on the phone , Dr phan called to tell me " sorry I'm not the dr to help you . Now in one hand I greatly appreciated if this were true because if this was something that worried her and this was out of her Realm , why did she wait three weeks to tell me?? . She built up how much she could help me , but as soon as I called to inform her how rude her scheduler was I never got a sorry , in fact was just told I can't help you and sorry I have no referral for you " go to your primary "... there are no words but anger, and disgust with this office. This is not how you treat chronic pain patients. I'm going to the medical board with this one. Why be on the books for injections , have your husband request the time off ( per Dr Phan) to be told " go elsewhere ". Be very aware. Very disappointed

The next thing I know, they returned my call but I was busy at work so did not pick up. They ended up cancel both my Wednesday and Friday appointment because "I did not respond their call within one hour." I have been seeing PT at this place for 20+ times and this is how they treat their returning patients. I called numourous times but no one picked up the phone. They have bad customer service and do not treat their patients properly Edit: the employee contacted me and ensure me similar situations will not happen again. I change my rating because that promise

Not the Best Experience…read more I understand many businesses are often busy and understaffed, but that should never affect basic patient/customer courtesy and providing decent service. Pros: - Organized - Good upbeat music - Comfortable room temperature - Nice small play area for small kids - Sessions ends w/15 min ice or heat therapy rest Cons: - Highly internally social front desk area, neglectful to patients - No proactive follow-up regarding VM messages & call backs - Sometimes smells stuffy and sweaty with everyone The front desk area often feels like a social gathering, frat-party among the staff, leaving paying customers feeling like an afterthought. Communication and follow-up was disappointing. I left multiple VM messages and spoke with staff over the phone regarding important time-sensitive medical records I needed. Out of about seven attempts, I received only two callbacks, one a couple of days later, and the other several days later. In most cases, I had to repeatedly follow up myself and repeat the detailed messages I left. Suggestions for Management: - Hold the front desk and all staff accountable to provide welcoming and professional service to all patients/customers. - Set clear expectations for prompt follow-through service. - Maybe incentivize good behavior from your staff with Starbucks gift cards or something. - Make sure you have a trusted Office Manager to keep everyone on point. The clinic could benefit from a few simple additions, like a few plants, framed health tips, encouraging quotes or posters, updated magazines in the lobby area, and maybe an essential oil diffuser to keep the workout area smelling fresh and pleasant, especially considering how busy it gets. The QR codes and flyers that are displayed on the walls that encourage us to post reviews would look more professional if they were placed in simple frames, and the QR codes were placed in an easy-to-scan, non-high-traffic walkway area. Overall: Healthcare is about more than treatments and exercises. Studies show that positive interactions, genuine kindness, and feeling acknowledged can improve a patient's emotional well-being and overall healing experience. Something as simple as a smile, warm greeting, or thoughtful gesture, and a pleasant smell can truly make a meaningful difference to someone's mood and nervous system. This clinic has potential, but the overall patient experience needs a massive overhaul. The positive qualities, unfortunately, are overshadowed by poor and careless communication from the front desk area and some of the other PT staff on the floor. Sometimes it feels like no matter who I talk to there, I just feel like another number.

Face time with her is difficult to get, wait times are excessive, and every small question now incurs extra charge!!! Bills are itemized per question!! Our previous doctor offered thorough care for decades to us with no surprise fees -- a stark contrast to Dr. Kale's approach. She mandates an illogical and unnecessary "pre-visit" to chit chat with new patients that no other doctors mandated us, and even that visit is billed, which is unnecessary. We don't recommend her and we will never go back to her!

My time with the…read moredoctor was great as she was very thorough in my check up and answered all the questions I had for her. I came in early to my appointment and sat in the waiting room and overheard the male receptionist apologize to the patient on the phone saying "I'm sorry if I was rude to you .... ". Although this wasn't the best first impression, I decided to brush it off as I didn't know the circumstances. When interacting with him, his overall attitude and demeanor was condescending. I didn't feel welcome coming into the office which is disappointing because I've come to this practice for my entire life. The icing on top of the cake was during the eye/vision exam. The exam is conducted directly behind the receptionist. I was told to uncover both eyes and read the bottom line (which I couldn't). I then heard the receptionist mutter under his breath something along the lines of "he couldn't read that?" It was too early in the morning for me to process that and call him out but it's pretty disappointing to hear that from a staff member, especially as I was in direct earshot of the comment. The other staff members were very nice and welcoming to me, but this kind of interaction makes me hesitant to continue my care here.
