We had a tricky flooring issue with about three and a half inches of drop in some areas and met with a few general contractors who mostly complained about how hard it would be. Robert actually took the time to understand the problem instead of trying to upsell us. He showed up about 15 minutes early, reviewed the situation, asked the right questions and set clear expectations for what realistically needed to happen. I also want to say the two workers that installed our floors, Diego and his partner, were not only early on the job, but very respectful being in our home and very tidy. Diego deserves some special praise for some extra detail work he did in the cut of the vinyl to fit around my fireplace and the trim work he did in my kitchen when he replaced my ¾ round wood with composite, it looks fantastic now. I also don't want to forget about the "savior of the hour" Frank from the warehouse division who came to our aid twice. Once for moisture concerns in our slab. He had contacts that were able to roll out quickly to make evaluations, offer solutions, and provide action to resolve the issue so the job could be completed with minimal delay. Then, when the job was right at the end of completion I spilled paint on the new floor. Frank came out to mitigate the damage and showed me some techniques to remove the paint and clean the vinyl so as not to need replacement of the new boards.
