[[HIGHLIGHT]]Enrique is a life saver! We called him on a Saturday and he came by in 30 minutes to help with a stuck sliding glass door[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. We didn't even discuss price and given the situation we were in, he was Very honest and only repaired what was needed to get the door working. He also didn't charge extra for parts, only a reasonable fee for labor. We have more repairs down the road and will definitely call him again!

Some of my windows were foggy, I think because the vacuum between the double panes had failed. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I called around for someone to replace the foggy panes and two different companies ghosted me, perhaps because the job wasn't very large.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Finally I found Enrique-- he came out, measured, ordered the necessary glass, and returned to install it. It was a wait for the glass to come in, but once done the windows looked great! Later on another window got cracked by the January windstorms, and it was Enrique to the rescue again. So glad I know who I can call.

Had him replace four inserts for double pane windows with grids. [[HIGHLIGHT]]He picked up the initial call and was out in a timely fashion, same as the installation.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Measured on Tuesday with installed glass three days later, wow! He's super careful and very respectful not to mention very clean. In addition it was the best material (E glass) and must say the quality looks very good. I had contacted a few others who were 30% higher and would only provide an about number or so for pricing which was a deal breaker, so Enrique got a nice tip when it was all said and done. He's quite skilled in what he does with 20 years experience and it's obvious. He also fixed a couple of other window balancers so now they open and close much better than before. He's got apptitude, a good attitude and takes pride in his work. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Not that it's a negative but don't be alarmed about the language barrier because he knows exactly what he's doing not to mention he's a nice guy.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I concur with all other five star reviews and would highly recommend him to anyone as he deserves your business. Enrique was honest, courteous, respectful and highly competent. His workmanship is stellar! He was prompt in all of his appointments. First, he came to measure. Then, he came back a few days later to install the new glass. His pricing is great. He charged 50% less than the other glass installers that quoted me. I highly recommend Enrique!

I originally called Toro's 24/7 glass, they should rename it because they aren't 24/7 . When I spoke to the owner he really didn't want my business and gave me a very high price which was outrageous. I then found Enrique who was great on the phone and I sent him some pictures and he gave me a quote over the phone. Which was 50% cheaper than Toros He came out when promised as was done in a flash. I also requested, if possible, quick turnaround times on responses, while making it clear that I understood if that wasn't feasible. Both companies were responsive, professional, and pleasant to work with. Jackie at Irwindale Windows, in particular, was extremely thorough and detailed in answering my questions. COMMITMENT TO MOVING QUICKLY WHILE NEVER OVER-PROMISING - Where Irwindale Windows distinguished itself was in its commitment to moving the project forward quickly while providing realistic timelines. They prioritized getting installers out to take final measurements asap, which was critical because the HOA required a city permit before work could begin. At the same time, Jackie was transparent about manufacturing and delivery schedules and set reasonable expectations. They never overpromised just to win the job. BY MY SIDE DURING CITY PERMITTING PROCESS - Jackie went above and beyond by accompanying me to the City Planning and Building Departments to help ensure all the necessary information was available for the permit application process. Her presence at the Building Department made a critical difference in getting the permit approved on a Friday afternoon rather than having the process delayed until the following week. OUTSTANDING, PROFESSIONAL INSTALLERS - When it came time for installation, Daniel and Alex were outstanding. They completed the work professionally and with attention to detail. Rather than making assumptions, they checked with me whenever questions arose, which resulted in installation details being handled exactly the way I wanted. They took excellent care in protecting furniture and surrounding areas, cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day, and were always friendly and easy to communicate with. UNDER-COMMITTED AND OVER-DELIVERED WITH A REASONABLE PRICE PROINT - I especially appreciate small local businesses that under-commit and over-deliver. That's exactly what Irwindale Windows did throughout this entire project.
