It's a tricky replacement because the outside has a bush and a removable gate blocking it. Pedro and his assistant Randy were very professional and jumped on it right away. However, the sizes are all different and not standard. When it comes time to replace old windows that don't open anymore, this company is our go to. They manufacture custom retrofit windows and they also have team of contractors to handle the replacement as well. All streamlined service. They first come out to your house to measure all the windows, they the office sends you a quote with the sizes and prices of each window and then labor if you want them to install for you. After you agree and sign the contract, they schedule a date with you for replacement. The quality of their windows is very good, you can select the standard or for larger windows you can select higher grade and thicker glass. The windows we replaced back in 2005 still works like new. All double pane vinyl and slides very nice. Service is superb, their contractors are very good, fast efficient and very professional. Highly recommend.

So I told him that I had called a window shop on facebook marketplace located close by and they said my window was a special order and it wasn't Milgard he then said it would be ready in 2 days for $280 I then walked in to the Milgard shop I gave him the measurements and he pointed out a Milgard window in the show room that it would look like. I gave him the total amount he quoted me which was $60 dollars more than the other none Milgard brand. He said he could have done within one week because he does a lot of business with special orders and bulk amounts of windows. Two weeks later nothing no call nothing. I called him and he seriously for got to order my window. He called me back the next day and said the window will be ready in 2 days. I picked up the window without looking for the Milgard logo as it was wrapped up and I had my handy man waiting at my house ready to install it.. After my guy installed it, I then proceeded to notice it wasn't a Milgard window. I called him back and he said I never ordered a Milgard window..and to show him the receipt when he never gave me one. Why would I go through all that trouble to go to a Milgard window shop and pay more. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN.. I see why him and his brother had a falling out and went their separate ways.. He lies, greed and and a good faith hand shake on a deal is worthless... As you can see this window doesn't have the Milgard logos or the made on date warranty numbers on it... Again check all your windows as he might sneak in a cheaper window.

Michael Crooks was very responsive as a company rep and everything he quoted was delivered just as he said. The quality of the shower is excellent and we love the Koehler fixtures. We chose black on white to assist those with visual deficits and really like how they turned out! The fold down seat is also a plus for those with endurance challenges! The demolition andinstallation team of Jose, Gabriel and Jairo could not have done a better job! They were timely, efficient and professional. They demolished the shower and tub one day and took away all the debris. Then, the next day, they built the frame and installed the new walk in shower exactly as we requested. They were pleasant to have on our property and we're considerate in where they set up their workstation and parked their trucks. We did have a challenge posed by the installation day with company coming to visit us... And they worked out a mutually agreed upon date that met our needs.
