Be very careful when choosing your doctors! They will over proscribe unnecessary antibiotics and kill your immune system ! They will refer you to their * immunologist * and they will try and scare you into life long treatments that isn't even necessary , get your Secound opinions and not Secound opinions by other docs in their establishment, and get everything documented ! They keep their patients coming back by not fixing the main issues ! I had sepsis twice and I believe ENT and allergy could have prevented it but chose to make it worse and blame other issues ! Don't get me wrong some ENTS here are great ! But they just over medicate and refuse to fix issues ! this place is a disaster - I got there at the time they wanted 8:45 to fill out paperwork. My appointment was at 9. At nine thirty i went to the desk to see why everyone else was going in except me. I was told the doctor wasn't in yet. What? why didn't anyone one tell me. I wanted my refund of 45 dollars. The office manager wasn't in. What a crap show. No communication, no customer service and both staff were on their phones. WTF read more

The most unprofessional staff and disregard for patients time. A 2:20 appt, to see the Dr and at 3 pm the Dr came to get me. No apologies for time waited. He didn't take more than 10 mins to see me, then have the referral printed by the assistant who was busy talking to her coworker about her hair and what conditioner she should use. Dr. Michael Tom is one of the best ENT's I have seen. Mary, who did my hearing test was very nice. Angel, who I believe was the MA, was very nice as well! Went to check for skin allergies with Dr Krzysztof. He was knowledgeable and nice. What wasn't nice was the $918 bill I received afterwards. I really don't suggest coming here unless they can tell you in advance, or at least give a ballpark range on how much your insurance will cover and how much you will owe. If I had known the bill was going to be $918, I would have never come. I was scheduled to come back for a breathing analyzer test, and if pricking my skin cost almost a grand, can you imagine how much it would have been total afterwards? 2 grand? 3? read more

Cannot say enough about how amazing this office is. Everytime I walk I. The door the staff is really friendly and on top of things. The doctor's themselves have been on time each time I have seen them and that speaks highly for them as doctors respecting our time. I come for the allergy shots and the nurses are great. ENT and Allergy . Let me say from the moment you enter the office you are greeted with smiles. The staff is friendly and pleasant. You are checked in via ipad . Then called into the room. Dr Krzysztof M. Nowak,M.D., -Allergy is great. I saw him for the 1st time 1 month ago. I was coughing my lungs out. Lol. Dr. Nowak heard me from across the hallway and already knew what was going on with me. Don't get me wrong he still ran all the required test to make sure he can rule out what he needed. Dr. Nowak prescribed medication and when I tell you I was feeling better in 1 week. I am not lying. Dr. Nowak diagnosed me correctly. The medication helped me and I feel better. I recommend this place and doctor to anyone who needs to a great doctor. There was no time stamp no rushing. It was patient and doctor. Questions and answers. It was great. My sister had a horrible experience with this doctor and his staff. Mid consultation the doctor's staff interrupted, told the doctor that he was needed elsewhere and the two proceeded to talk about my sister outside the door. The woman staff telling Dr. Nowak "l saved you from that patient." My sister describes the staff as unprofessional and upsetting! Would not recommend. Kudos to Dr. Weissman! Dr. Weissman is a competent and caring physician. He ALWAYS takes the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly no matter how man times I ask. He truly cares for our best outcome. He's compassionate and takes his time to address all of the concerns that his patients have. It doesn't matter how many times you ask the same question or have the same concerns Dr. Weissman makes sure that we understand all of the diagnoses, treatment and tips to alleviate said issue before we leave. He takes his own personal time to call and check up on my progress. He does his best to ensure that we have the best outcome and assuage our fears and concerns in the process. One of the most unprofessional organizations. Few weeks ago I scheduled an appointment for Dr.Derek Sohoo, I told him I'm having complications with my nose where I cannot breathe properly through my nostrils, he told referred me to st.johns hospital to get a CT. scan- after that everything went silent. No update no call back nothings it's been about 3 weeks, so today I call ENT- to see my dr. Because any pressure applied to my nose hurts, I called ENT- around 10am scheduled an appointment to see another dr. I was told Sohoo is not currently in, keep in mind I took off from work for a 4pm appointment. I go into the office they tell me I need a new referral to see another dr within the establishment, the rep I spoke to this morning should've notified me on behalf of this- I didn't get to see the dr. The staff at the front was unhelpful, my dr office was already closed at 3pm to get a referral/ but all this being said- I should've been notified. I have had severe persistent asthma and allergies (to everything!) since I was 9 months old, and I can confidently say I have never had such a caring, experienced and knowledgeable team on my side. My asthma is hard to treat as it is very severe, to the point where I could no longer work and often couldn't even complete daily tasks. After my pediatrician retired early on in my childhood, I have not been able to find a doctor as good as she was. The difference in an adequate doctor and a GREAT doctor is true care for treating your patients and giving them as good quality of life as possible. In early 2018 I finally found that great doctor I've been looking for after a chance google search for a new doctor. I was fed up with being very sick and under treated, my doctors not taking me seriously, probably because they are used to seeing patients who have a much more mild case than me that are easily controlled with any one medication. Unfortunately I'm nowhere near that easy to treat and asthma so severe in adults is rare enough that most doctors don't even know what to do for you. Dr. Nowack has been a godsend from the beginning. From the very day I came in him and his team of nurses have been on my case, looking for REAL solutions, not bandaids. I went from not being able to walk a block away to my car to FULLY functioning airways. Dr. Nowack spent as much time as it took to find the right cocktail of medications for me, that would be both safe and effective. I'm always complicated to treat yet he always knew what to do to fix any issues I had. When we needed to convince insurance to cover VERY expensive medications, i.e Xolair (which is around 3k a month so it isn't easy to convince insurance to approve it, especially when they're also paying for allergy shots) the nurses spent all the time needed on the phone back and fourth with insurance to get me speedy approval, all so I can live a normal life. Here, patients aren't treated like a number, they're treated like people who want to live a comfortable life. For the first time in my life I got a NORMAL lung function test. That's huge for me especially considering that I also do have some scarring in my lower airways. My life is COMPLETELY changed thanks to Dr. Nowack and his team. I am moving about 2 hours away and I will make the drive back to Yonkers just to see this doctor since he knows me and my case so well, and I trust ONLY him with my asthma. On top of all of that I have also visited ENT Dr. Weissman for ear pain and he showed the same passion for treating me and FULL knowledge of his specialty. I had only seen him once when I came in another time for allergy shots/xolair with the allergy team and when he happened to see me in the hallway not only did he greet me by name but he remembered the details of my case entirely and asked how I was doing. I've never experienced that before! I don't think there are enough words to thank the doctors and nurses here who work their tails off every single day to make patients comfortable and happy. It is so obvious how much they care about the people they treat every day. Although they see hundreds of people day in and day out they are all treated as individuals who need compassionate care, not numbers and dollars. Everyone here from the front desk to the doctors are the best I have ever seen. read more

I PRAY THAT EVERYONE READS THIS. I never write reviews. These people have wasted so much time and money and I'm guessing that they are doing the same to everyone else.... -Dr Fox - Old, terrible bedside manner, charged my insurance $465 for a "Diagnostic Nasal Endoscopy" and $200 for a "OV, New Pt, Level III" (whatever that means). Literally the Endoscopy was 15 seconds. Black tube up my nose to tell me I need to have my septum fixed from a past broken nose (TWO OTHER DOCTORS TOLD ME THE SAME THING). Then tells me he doesn't do surgery.... but one of his partners does... . After being told I have absolutely no air flow in my left nostril by Dr Fox and to go see Dr Weissman (who does do surgery, IN HIS PRACTICE).... Dr Weissman suggests putting me on a diet because it's allergies that are causing this. (I'm 5'11' 180, athletic, just cant breath out of my nostril proven by a CAT scan showing this). THE REASON I'M WRITING THIS IS BECAUSE I'M ABOUT TO PAY A BILL, AND IT'S NOT ABOUT THE MONEY.... IT'S ABOUT THE FACT THAT THESE PEOPLE AND I'M SURE MANY OTHERS ARE DOING THE SAME THING ARE COMPLETELY SCAMMING OUR SYSTEM. I'VE BEEN FIGHTING THIS FOR MONTHS..... BUT THEY ARE THREATENING TO RUIN MY CREDIT. Dr. Fox... You need to retire, and Dr Weissman... you were given a CAT scan of my nose and did nothing.
