My review is of the office staff and personnel that answers the phones for help and verifications…read more I've been told that she is the wife of Doctor Sazani but when she answers the phone she does nothing but criticize and belittle anyone that calls. I was calling on behalf of the medical dispensary that I work for to verify a patients recommendation through Doctor Sazani as every collective must. Since the patients information wasn't working on their online website I was forced to call and greeted with the rudest experience I've had to date while calling doctors offices. She started the conversation by blaming me for the website's inability to verify the patient. Told me many times that I was entering the information wrong and when I finally had her search it herself she had to use the doctors files. She verified the patient and I used the correct information again on the website with no luck... I inform her as a good customer that their website still shows the patients information is wrong, validating my issue earlier that the website is at fault not myself. She rudely hangs up on me after telling me it doesn't matter because she looked it up for me.

This made no sense to me, knowing Dr. John as I did, so I was curious and read them. They all have to do with different physician assistants in the office, but nothing to do with Dr. John. I don't think it's fair that people are giving Dr. John a poor rating when they are unhappy with a completely different provider's care. I think he's a great doctor and apparently other people do as well. He has been voted best doctor in North Santa Barbara County several times as has his brother Dr. Bob Okerblom.
