Two days after waiting 2.5 hours instead of the estimated one hour and paying over $500, we discovered that the inspection was never completed. When I called, Michael offered a half-hearted apology and told us to return and wait another hour. I explained that we do not have another car and could not spend another hour waiting for a service that should already have been completed. When I said I would leave a bad review, he hung up on me. Failing to complete a service that was requested and confirmed multiple times was unacceptable. Hanging up when I raised the issue made the experience worse. I would not trust him or Friendly Honda to follow through on an appointment or handle a mistake professionally.
