I have learned through the yrs, to really read that fine print and to drive them cars for 30 days just to make sure the car is working right.If you don't catch any thing before 30 days you will have a hard time trying to get anything fix.We all know these car dealers are snakes and they just trying to sell a car. I came to check out a Subaru Impreza Outback 2010 with 130k+ miles for $8k. I learned about it from Car Gurus website. It ran well but made some rattle noises and had a tire gauge pressure sensor light that was on. Zach told me that they'd fix it during inspection though and that no car is sold until everything is ready-to-go and satisfactory according to NY state inspection. It was easy to make an appointment to view cars and Zach was very informative. I liked that I didn't feel pressure to buy anything and I was able to view and inspect the car at my leisure without anyone eyeing me. The car was dirtier inside than I expected it to be since it was detailed. I ended up going to a different dealer afterward to buy a 2011 Suzuki SX4 for under $7k with 55k miles. Zach mentioned to me that I might want to avoid buying Suzukis since they've stopped making parts for them and it might get hard to service in the future. Purchased a 2013 Dodge Dart and they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, even removed some tint residue from the windows! I am a student and this was my first car so I wasnt sure how the process would go. I also had a complicated sale as I am Canadian but living in America, but this was no problem and my car was registered on the spot, I was even given plates! Really helped me avoid the headaches from the DMV. I was also given a 24 hour warranty which is rare for used cars with 100,000+ miles. Overall great seller, no complaints whatsoever! last time I called this place to voice my displeasure at paying $1800 to repair a serious engine problem 6 months into owning my car, I was talked over and couldn't get a word in edgewise. With that bridge now fully burned, I am 2 years into owning my vehicle, I owe the majority of my loan still and have another $4000 engine repair. I was a first-time car buyer and a college student trying to be frugal and now I'm in some pretty serious debt because I was sold a car with a crappy engine. We bought a Rav4 from Giant Auto Sales last year & had issues with a light going on but took it back it was cleared up then a piece of molding popped loose & that was fixed, no problems. We've had the vehicle for almost a year been doing the oil changes & keeping up with the servicing with no problems. This guy lied about my car being in an accident saying he never looked under the hood or at the radiator that is caved in all the body parts are confirmed oem parts which are parts you order after u have an accident or damage you're vehicles stock parts . He also said the car would be fully serviced including new fluids all around I took it to Valvoline 2 days after buying it and it had 3.2 out of 8 liters of transmission fluid it was suppose to have . The fog light and housing he said he would fix wasn't fixed then tried to say I did it .even after proving it was with pictures he still fought me on giving it to me I wanted him to order a new radiator sense he gave me a severely damaged one, and a damaged frame he lied about I was even going to have it put In myself because he couldn't even be trusted to change oil nvm true problems I found out about the frame by replacing the trim that was broke when I bought it had to take off the bumper and that's how I found out about that he fought me over every little part when I paid in cash and bought it the first day so he had no head aches at all .he is a con artist do not trust him he even sold it to my dad who has 4th stage terminal cancer because of insurance reasons it was in his name so he did all this to someone fighting cancer here's pics to prove it wasn't me who did the frame damage and the transmission fluid read more

I thought that this would be a really great place to buy a car. It came recommended to me by a coworker. I worked with Zack, who I understand is the owners son. I bought a 2007 Mazda CX7 from them about 2 years ago. It took them 3 weeks to get the car to pass inspection so that they could sell it to me. After I picked the car up and drove it off the lot, the check engine light promptly came on 3 days later. After calling and explaining to Zack that the light came back on he encouraged me to bring it in to have the code read. Here is the first problem, They would not let me near my car while they were reading the codes and they cleared them - So I could not have another shop read them and have the car looked at. They told me that it was nothing and that I shouldn't worry about it. WELL the engine light came back on not even 2 days after I took it to them. I brought it back in and the same thing happened. I wasn't allowed near my car while they read the codes and looked it over (in the parking lot, mind you) They again tell me it is nothing to worry about, they clear the codes and I go on my way. About a month after that THE TRANSMISSION BLEW. Leaving the car absolutely undriveable. After financing this car and still having most of the loan left, I was truly in a bad spot. After bringing it up to the Owner (Zack's dad) They still refused to help me, even though they sold me a bad car from the beginning. Anytime that I called or my mother in law called - we were treated with disrespect and talked down upon. Even after another garage proved that they sold me a car with a bad, sludgy transmission and left me with a car that to this day - does not drive, they refused to help. read more
