When I showed this to the gal that was giving me my estimate, she ignored it and printed out an estimate of $158, minus $30 for the card I brought in. I was shocked to say the least. When I questioned why the cost difference, she tried to tell me that my truck takes 8 qts of oI'll. Nope. I then showed her the card and stated how can you send this out to a person and not honor it? If you take $89.95 minus the additional $17 from the scratch off promo, you get 90-17=73 before taxes and other fees or materials. So her $158-$30= $128, minus $73(card offer) you get a difference of $55. No way that tax and fees/ materials would cost that much. I felt talked down to, my questions were brushed off, and the overall attitude was dismissive. Honestly, it felt like I wasn't being taken seriously because I'm a woman. This wasn't my first bad experience here either. About a year ago, I used their service department for a two-year lease vehicle, and they repeatedly tried to push unnecessary services and add-ons. It felt dishonest and aggressive, and I never went back to their service department after that. Between the sales and service experiences, this dealership has shown a clear lack of professionalism and respect. In the end, I drove two hours to Saginaw and bought the exact car I wanted with no issues and far better treatment. That should say everything.
