After searching for a vehicle for 3 months at all of the big car dealers in and around town, we found a vehicle online that I wanted to see at Prince Motors. We had never been to a small local auto dealer before until then. WOW!! All I can say is that I am sorry that we had never been there before. The car that we wanted to see was at another location, and they made sure that we would be able to see and drive the vehicle the next day. During our visit, there was another vehicle on their lot that peaked our interest and we took that vehicle for a test drive. We returned back from our test drive and told them that we still wanted to see the other vehicle the next day. The next day we received a text message that the car we wanted to see was there. We went to see it, and it was not the vehicle for us, but we were still interested in the 2017 GMC Acadia that we test drove the day before. After a week of almost daily visits, we purchased this vehicle. Everyone at the Prince Motors was amazing. From the first time we stepped foot on the lot to the final steps of signing the papers for our purchase we were treated like family. They never pressured us into anything, (unlike another big dealership did and is still calling us) I would highly recommend Prince Motors to anyone that is looking for a trust worthy, honest and home town business that will stand behind their product. I have dealt with big car dealers for years, and wanted to see what Prince Motors had to offer - you need to go here! We were first directed to Prince Motors as the Google ratings were extremely high, and they had a car my wife was really looking for (2016 Equinox with low miles). We were there on a Saturday, saw the vehicle she wanted, and she took it for a test drive. We left to see another dealer nearby and their prices were much higher and each car had higher mileage than the one we had just seen. We immediately went back to see Corbin and purchased the vehicle. Why were we so impressed? They didn't play any pricing games, were direct with how they find and get inventory for people, and were extremely attentive throughout the entire transaction. I saw another review here that wasn't very high and wanted to make sure this company got the positive review it deserves. They really run a trustworthy business so if you need a car, you need to stop here. I can't say enough good things about this place. I was recommended to Prince by multiple people and was not disappointed. I never felt pressured to buy, and was given a very good/fair deal on my 2017 Ford Explorer. I didn't notice a crack on the bottom of my side mirror until after I bought it. I actually thought it might have been something that occurred after I bought. I asked Tyler about it, and without hesitation, he told me to drop it off and they replaced it. He let me drive it over night and made sure I was comfortable with the price and the car itself before purchasing. He's also been a resource for other recommendations and will recommend Tyler and Prince Motors to all of my friend and family. I was in a hurry to buy (car totaled), but also know that they are very good at finding you a car that you want via all of the auctions that they attend. I was searching for a vehicle nationwide and I found the vehicle I wanted at Prince Motors. I was very cautious due to the fact that it was about 11 hours away from my home but they were extremely helpful in answering all of my questions. I also asked for a FaceTime call so I could see around the vehicle. The whole process before traveling was great and I felt comfortable enough to drive up to buy it. The purchase process was great and they were able to accommodate meeting me after hours and completing most of the paperwork before I even arrived. Although the truck was pretty much exactly as I expected, there ended up being a couple of surprise issues mechanically. I don't believe that Prince was trying to conceal these issues as they were completely willing to help me get the issues resolved and paid my local dealership to fix the issues. After deciding what make and model of SUV we wanted to get, we went online to find the vehicle that had our and acceptable colors. I checked on a couple SUV's at the Ford Dealerships and just didn't feel welcome. We got down to the Ford Edge's at Prince Motors in Hudsonville. I replied to the online ads and asked several questions. The responses were timely and they/Corbin Prince actually answered the questions I asked. I went in to check on the SUV and it was better than the online ad. Corbin was friendly and made me feel like I was a valued customer. They accepted trade-ins and we made the deal. I had some questions with some of the 'menus' and Corbin responded with phone calls and we emailed till we got things straightened out. Would I buy from Prince Motors again...most definitely! After we purchased the vehicle, we realized there was some damage to it that neither us nor the Prince Motors people knew about. When we called back to talk about it, they took good care of us.
