The car was beautiful at first sight, and everything worked, but I found out that it had broken windshield. And here the issue started. I live in VA (cca 250miles from the dealership) and the windshield must have been replaced. Jonathan, the salesman found a repair shop in VA where the windshield should have been replaced for free. Eventually it didn't happen and I had to visit the Wayne dealership again for the windshield replacement. This resulted in 500 miles in the car, one extra day out of my office and rescheduling all my meetings that day. The car assessment would be 100% without this trouble. The question is how the presale inspection was done... Personnel - 95 %. Friendly and professional. Sometimes, the answers to my questions took longer than I expected. But I am not native US citizen so my question could have been unusual. Not having the issue with the windshield there would be nothing to worry about. I have been on the market for a new mechanic for a long time. My car broke down and was towed by AAA. I found Joe Guarino's as an approved shop on the AAA site. Their reviews were absolutely impeccable and there were so many people that took the time to review them! None of the other shops had many reviews and if they did have a few reviews, they weren't that great. Joe's shop really stood out! It was nice that I was able to schedule an appointment online over the weekend in the late evening and I promptly received a call back from Rich in the office, who is just wonderful! They are very honest and fair. They could have taken advantage of the situation being my car had to be towed there. We suspected the problem was much bigger than it was and they assured me that it was something minor and I didn't even have to pay a ton of money. It was very affordable. They are "woman" friendly and still take the time to explain everything to you in lay-person's terms to where you can understand. They do not dismiss you or talk to you like you're "just a woman"! They look over everything and assess your vehicle for any and all issues and breakdown what is priority as well as what is not priority to fix. They even take the time to explain proper maintenance items and at what intervals they are suggested to be performed. They take the time to ask you questions about all repairs you have had done so they can put it into their system and get to know your car's history. This helps to asses things as they come up and gives them a holistic full picture which helps for future accuracy in diagnostics. I have never seen (in my 52 years) any mechanic take the time to do this. It's exceptional! That also take time to break down the bill and itemization for you so that you know what you are paying for. The gentlemen (owner and office manager) there are so very pleasant (Joe and Rich) and just so personable. You will never find another mechanic shop quite like this one! I promise!
