    Mirko and Enterprise Car Sales Roseville are simply the Best! Mirko sold us an awesome 2022 Toyota Corolla LE. Mirko made the process fun, stress free, and transparent. Everything was taken care of in short order. In fact, we were so happy with Mirko and Enterprise Car Sales Roseville that we returned the next month to buy a 2023 Toyota RAV4. We love our two new Toyota Vehicles. Unlike their next door neighbor and competitor Echo Park Automotive, Enterprise Car Sales Roseville does not play games.The price you see online is the price you will pay in person! Echo Park misleads their customers, and we will Never buy a vehicle there. Long Live Mirko, and Enterprise Car Sales! They treat the customer with dignity, respect, and fairness. The haggle free, no nonsense approach is something that is nearly non existent in American Car Sales. Kudos to Enterprise and to Tesla for shaking up an industry that is long overdue for radical change and a major shake up.     This is my 2nd time buying a car from this specific enterprise. Obviously I came back because of the amazing customer service and the value of the cars. Today my husband and I worked with Jimmy, he was amazing from the first time we had contact last week, to the end of our transaction today. I went in with another car in mind but after much patience from Jimmy and lots of browsing we walked away with our new car !!! Thank you enterprise for hooking us up AGAIN and thank you Jimmy for all your help !!!

    On Friday with my husband, Dahlia and I was looking for a purchased for a new SUV. On Friday we were thinking about purchasing the 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe but it was not my dream car. Our sales guy Graham was awesome he said next day Saturday the Nissan Rogue came in he saved it for me. On Sunday (today) we made the purchase. He was very nice and he wasn't pushy. He was patient and he did not mind helping us test out the cars with being 100 degrees on Friday. On Saturday did a ton of prayers with friends and Family about this car purchase. On Sunday it was only 1 test drive for my dream car. We purchased our Nissan Rouge 2017. We will definitely keep them in mind when it is time for our next car purchase. We have easy finance terms and a great 5y/60,000 bumper-to-bumper warranty. Graham was friendly to us the Dixon family. We have gap insurance top. Thank you Enterprise

It arrived maybe 2 week later.. everything moved along fine, no game playing, no haggle hence you pay for that peace of mind, my only frustration once you purchase the vehicle service department dont return phone calls.. the number they use to text on I haven't received anything back..my only complaint to other potential buyers test drive during the day you can see any visible cosmetic damages, and come back another day test drive right around dark time to check all headlight is visible and working.. wait few days and see if you still want the vehicle also sometimes the prices may drop.. when I purchased my vehicle it was a price drop maybe less then 1k..anyways the service department can make the whole store make buyers or returning buyers have a bad experience seems after you get the car you get ghosted

All we did was went asked for the vehicle they bring it up and let you test drive it. Also not to mention a lot of the reviews will say car broke down days after well triple crown is one dealer that lets you take the car for a test drive and inspection. I took the vehicle to get inspected at a trust shop I've been going to for years and once everything checked out we went straight to purchase super smooth transaction and just like that purchased a great vehicle. (Please note cars are sold as is so I would highly recommend taking it in for an inspection considering this dealer allows that which is awesome in my opinion. A lot of dealers won't allow you to take the car for inspections without you providing the entire inspection back to them) Since we purchased the car we have driving it 4000 miles and made 4 long road trips the car has been great!

    Buyer Beware: Sold Me an Unsafe 2010 Prius and Offered Little to No Help:…read more I recently bought a 2010 Prius from Triple Crown Motors, and it was one of the worst car-buying experiences I've ever had. From the start, everything seemed fine during the sale, but as soon as I drove it off the lot, I noticed a concerning knocking sound. I took it straight to a Toyota dealership for a check, and they told me the rack and pinion and intermediate steering shaft were shot--not safe to drive at all. The repair estimate? A whopping $2,900. This is a major safety issue that should've been caught during their pre-sale inspection, but apparently, that's not how they operate. I reached out to "Tony", the sales manager, hoping for some goodwill. I wasn't asking for a handout--I just wanted them to chip in a bit since this was a hidden problem that put me at risk. I even emphasized that it was a safety concern and should have been disclosed. Tony's response? Flat-out no help whatsoever. He said they'd only look at it if I drove it back to them, which is insane because the car was deemed unsafe! When I asked if they'd cover a tow, he shut that down too. And when I politely requested his full name or email for further discussion, he got defensive and said, "Tony is all you need to know," then ended the conversation abruptly. This level of customer service is unacceptable. Triple Crown Motors clearly doesn't stand behind their vehicles or care about their customers' safety. I feel completely ripped off, and now I'm out of pocket for a car that's basically undriveable. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place--do your research elsewhere. Triple Crown might have deals, but at what cost? Not worth the risk.

    Did not purchase or even look at their inventory to be honest - I was kind of the customer who…read moreusually would get pushed off because I really had questions lingering from disappointment I had at the dealership across from here....i came in pretty hot and ready, so this review is purely based on my in person experience: after wasting time driving to roseville based on a deal Kia across the way said they had for me, I ended up coming here to mainly ask questions. instead of any forcing to pick a car or take a seat, I immediately was greeted and then walked to reception by Jack Slone, the consultant, who got my info quickly and proceeded to have the receptionist call a finance manager for me per my immediate request (all less than 60 seconds from walking in the door literally). And guess what - the finance manager, Sawan, happily agreed to come out (the phone was on speaker). Not only that, he gave me his undivided attention for at least 3-5 minutes - something other dealers don't even do when you've had your credit run numerous times AND drove over 45 min to get to the appointment. Anyway, from this experience alone I can say the service here is worth your time at the very least. The candor and attention to detail and overall urgency around my requests were front and center unlike other places where their objectives supersede anything you have to say. Job well done - I'll legitimately be back! Props to Sawan for his professionalism and Jack (sales consultant) and Charlie (receptionist) for doing their jobs without any attitude or pushback (literally very undervalued these days!)

So we're on the…read moremarket for a new car, have been watching Toyota build up their EV selection for a while now. We have a Honda Prologue that we are turning in for a buyback because it's a lemon/defective car. We got there to try and test drive a BZ first sales person we asked told us that they were all sold out and tried to get us into a CHR, just like the last time we asked for a 4Runner and they tried to get us in a Venue. 2nd BS. A "sales manager" came by and now all of a sudden there was a miracle, a BZ was available? What? Where did it come from? Lol. So 3rd and final BS. We did mention that our Honda Prologue was going to be returned as a buy back within a week.!The sales manager proceeded to try and convince us that he could go ahead and take care of it for us? So Toyota will payoff our car? And give us about 10k back after everything is done? We didn't know Toyota would buy our Lemon at full price? Plus all the payments we didn't? Again listening isn't really their strong suit at this Toyota dealership, that used car salesman mentality. We shall try Toyota again in a few years. We also went to Volvo and the experience was night and day, zero pressure, they were committed to giving us all the information, showed empathy for what we were going though and invited us back after we have dealt with Honda. Even showed us all the options with a smile.
