Potential customer having a hard time with parking and one of the salesmen was extremely rude to me for no reason whatsoever. I don't know his name as nobody could tell me who he was based on my description as I wanted to complain to management. He asked me to move my car, I gave a suggestion for more clear parking as the customer parking sign points to the lot I parked at (since there was no more parking in the adjacent lot outside the sales building. 3 other cars were parked in the same lot, and someone came to park right after me and he didn't say anything to that customer. I said it would be easier to figure out if the signs weee easier to read and the told me to "keep my suggestions to myself." Extremely rude, unprofessional and unwarranted to talk to a customer that way, in front of other customers he was helping. This is unacceptable behavior. read more

I am loving my new vehicle! I was recommended to Claire by David. David works at Enterprise Rental in Auburn. I drove to Roseville to meet with Claire, who was expecting me. Her and Raymond were the only ones still working. I think it was close to closing time when I sat down with Claire. She got me some water. She was patient. Didn't rush me. She started with asking what kind of vehicle I was looking for. Then asked me what kind of features I would like. What I felt like I could afford and somewhere in there, I told her what my down payment was going to be. She pulled 3 keys for me and we walked outside. After checking them all out, I only test drive one of them and loved it instantly. Although it was after closing by this time, she didn't mind that I video chatted with my mom after we parked. As we walked back in, I was getting more and more excited because I had made my decision. I said YES to the car!!!! We had some paperwork to do. Most of it was done on the computer, easy to sign. Raymond was there, too, helping figure out the details. Between the down payment and the bank, I was able to get the monthly payment I wanted. A car I loved with some of the BEST customer service I could've asked for! Since I bought my car (YAY), the EXCEPTIONAL customer service has continued. Our experience with Enterprise Car Sales was disappointing. We were provided with only one key fob for the 2025 model $26,000 vehicle ($30,000 after taxes and fees) we purchased. During the sale when we asked about a second key fob, the sales associate explained that these cars only come with one key, and they weren't sure why. We asked if the car price was negotiable since we were expecting a second key fob. They told us that the price was non-negotiable, no exceptions. Upon later contacting Toyota, they told us all of their vehicles come with two key fobs. But somehow, no one at Enterprise seems to be able to tell us where the second key fob for our car is. Enterprise told us that we are responsible for purchasing a second key fob ourselves at significant personal cost (anywhere from $350-$700). We tried going to Car Keys Express through Costco to get a second key fob, and although they were very nice, it was not cheap--and the process of programming the new key fob and resetting the car's battery led to a malfunction with the hybrid battery system. As a result of all this, the car is telling us that we now have to take it into the dealership to fix the issues. So we apparently have to spend even MORE of our own money for something which was all avoidable if Enterprise had simply provided us with a second key fob, or if they could have at least knocked some of the car price off to compensate us for having to get a second key fob ourselves. Prior to this experience, we were excited to buy from Enterprise Car Sales. Now we will likely never buy from them again, and neither will our family and friends. read more

We typically rent with Enterprise and have been very pleased with their services. I decided to give them a chance on the sales portion of it and found a 2023 Tacoma with low miles. I worked with Adrian, and they said the vehicle was available, and I went in to submit my information. They notified Sacramento Credit Union to move forward with funding. The following week, when the truck was supposed to come from Reno, they called me and asked if they could find another vehicle for me. As it turns out, they sold it to someone else. I worked with Dustin (manager) and was very upset. To make things right, I located another vehicle and said if they made that deal happen, I would forget the mistake. Enterprise sold me a car with an undisclosed mechanical problem. At the time of returning it, 1 (and then 2 and then 3) days earlier for repairs, the car was still sitting on the lot, instead of being at the mechanic's. I was told that the first mechanic they took it to couldn't diagnose the problem and that they were going to take it to the specific car brand's dealership. This was on the 5th day of their 7 day return period. Since I, not a mechanic, heard the problem the very first time I drove it without the salesperson's constant chatter (btw, she was a lovely, personable, and friendly saleswoman), I was very surprised that no one at Enterprise nor the mechanic who had done a 109 point inspection previously had heard the popping prior to selling the car to me. Surprised and suspicious. I felt lied to and strung along so that my 7 day return time would lapse before I'd even gotten the car back. I'd only driven the car 2 full days. In my opinion, either I was lied to about the car having a mechanical issue with the potential of a very expensive repair cost (which would've been outrageous after paying a total of over $31k) or they were negligent in not thoroughly testing the car prior to sale. Either way, I no longer felt confident in the car or in Enterprise. The rotten cherry on top was that they still charged me the $200 restock fee even though I wouldn't have returned it if it didn't have a mechanical problem. They said that since the car had not yet been diagnosed, in their mind, it didn't have a problem. Mind you, when I took it back and one of the staff members test drove it with me so I could point out the sound, he heard it, too, right away. Obviously, there was a problem. Just because a mechanic hadn't diagnosed it yet didn't mean there wasn't something wrong with it. I grudgingly paid the $200, but it further cemented my low opinion of Enterprise. I loved that car and was thoroughly disappointed at having to return it. I made my decision to return it based on the evidence of my experience with Enterprise up to that point and because I knew that I would've been kicking myself if I hadn't returned it and the issue had been major. While the staff were friendly, I wasn't there to make friends; I was there to buy a quality used car which was implied, but not delivered. In the future, Enterprise might want a mechanic (not a sales person) to test drive the car thoroughly and check all major components, including the CV joints and boots, prior to showing the car, not just do a 109 point check (what use even IS that if it can't catch an audible pop and click?). The salesperson might want to not try to make conversation during a test drive to allow the buyer to listen for any issues, AND if the buyer alerts them of a problem the day after purchase, then returns it due to a mechanical issue, a restock fee shouldn't be charged. Outrageous! After my experience, I can't recommend Enterprise Car Sales to anyone. read more

A nail, an issue with a bumper, broken window seals, scratches & mis matched touch up paint. I appreciate the services they provide, especially their shuttle. However, is the one who drives the shuttle. I think he only drives back and forth to the Automall. I arrived to drop off my rental, the driver announced if there was anyone who needed a shuttle. I yelled out to him from my rental that my mom and I needed a ride. He asked me to where and I replied to Brake Masters which is on Harding Blvd. just on the other side of enterprise. He says he's going to the Automall but assured me another shuttle will take us. After returning my vehicle, the staff member instructed me to wait at a designated area for the next shuttle. After 10-15 minutes late, the same shuttle driver arrives and the staff member informed me that this shuttle will drive us to our destination. I approach the shuttle driver and he asked me where I needed to go, I answered Brake Masters on Harding Blvd. He says he's going to the Automall. I informed him a staff member told us THIS shuttle would drive us back. He then asked, "they did?" Arrogance. Brake Masters was just around the block. I bought 2018 Suburban from this location . Sales experience was great in the beginning. I made as easy as possible for them too. Car was not as described but that was fine. I drove more than 3 hours with traffic. I left happy over all. But when It comes to registration its very painful. They forgot to weight the car and do Vin verification which I did and sent it to them. I called my sales person left several voice mails and no call back. If you wanna buy a car and wait 90 days for registration its fine but when you buy it for your business and dont wanna loose money everyday dont buy it from them. I really don't know where to start with the employees at this location. Although in the end, it's the management and the lack of morals and ethics they have (or in this case don't have). I live in the Redding area and work 4 days a week in the San Jose area. With that much driving, it was time to replace my vehicle. With that said, my husband is retired, but ran dealerships for 25 years and sold for 10 years prior to that. We had found a vehicle online at an Enterprise located in the state of Washington. We placed a call and were told we would have to go to a local Enterprise sales to purchase and get it shipped. The closest one is in Roseville, CA.(3 hours away). We called there and spoke to a salesperson named Chris, we explained we wanted this particular vehicle. We requested to put a deposit on it, so we could secure it, and then drive there to do the paperwork. We were told they could not accept a deposit or hold a car. We called the night before we left, to confirm the vehicle was still available and they confirmed it was. We called the next day about an hour from arriving to confirm, again, it was available, and they confirmed it was. We arrived and Chris took us to his sales booth and offer us a seat. Things began to get VERY weird from then on. Chris wanted to show us other vehicles that we were not interested in. We just wanted to fill out the paperwork and secure the vehicle. He asked why it needed to be All wheel drive. We explained, again, this is the only vehicle we are interested in. He said he needs to talk to the Sales Manager to see how to do is. Chris, Rich, and the Sales Manager were in the sales office for a very lengthy amount, to the point my husband got up and went into the office to see if there was a problem. They immediately broke up the meeting and said there was nothing wrong. Chris came back and said he wanted to go through the features of this car to make sure it had everything we wanted. We explained that we had already gone through the option and knew what the car had and we wanted that car. He then VERY slowly started to fill out a piece of paper, so slow it was clear he was stalling. Suddenly, Rich enter the cubicle and stated, "unfortunately he just found out the vehicle has been transferred to another location and someone else interested in it". It was clear this was the problem from the beginning and they had hoped they could get us into the dealership and switch us to another vehicle. What?? How could this be?? It was already transferred? This was unethical and their acting job was pitiful. We drove through a storm to get there, and they lied to us about it being available. Children could have lied better than they did.
