Very impressed... from the beginning to the end. I met with sales rep Nick regarding a used vehicle that I saw posted. Nick had the vehicle ready for the test drive. The price was very competitive, better than ALL private party sales I could find for similar vehicles. I noticed on the test drive there was a wobble and pull in the suspension and I brought it to Nicks attention. When we got back to Niello it went straight to their shop. Niello put all brand new tires on it and balanced and aligned the car. The used vehicle came with a 7 day/700 mile return policy. I took the car to a local mechanic and found that it needed about $2k in suspension work. I brought that to Niello's attention and they had it fixed within 48 hrs. I never felt pressured or that "feeling" some car dealers give you. One more thing... during the buying process my drivers license was misplaced. Salesman Jason Atwell just kind of rude for no reason? Went and test drove a wrx they had, at first thought it was too much then started reconsidering. So I responded to one of the follow up texts asking what the out the door price would be, and saw they increased the price of the car overnight. When I asked for clarification Jason was rude about it for no reason. Why even respond at all? Dude on the test drive Brian Wood, didn't even try to talk finances with me after the test drive. We recently purchased a certified pre-owned Acura MDX from Niello and it was supposed to have gone through a 182-point inspection. When we got home we noticed the infotainment center had a red exclamation indicating a system update was needed. The system said it was last updated in early 2025 and this is February of 2026 when we purchased the car. We took it to our local Acura dealer (not Niello) and they had to do the update. I have serious doubts whether Niello performed the 182-point inspection as they should have identified the need for a system update. Buyer beware. read more

Was in the market to buy 2 vehicles. Called before opening and they were excited to help me and get numbers. Ive only discuss the first car with them. They would helped right away after they get to the store. It all went downhill from there since they were not able to get me to come in. They stated they were busy and did not return call or notify me. Called me one time that they will call back when they got time. Still they insisted that I come in. I informed that why would I come in if they were already busy, I would still have to wait even if I come in. I offer to put a deposit on the vehicle but they decline. It should not have taken 10 hours to get numbers to a customer. By the time they did, it looks like someone bought the car. Seems like I was not important enough. About a month ago my husband and I were looking to trade in our 2021 TLX - we were shopping for an MDX but I didn't want to settle for interior and exterior we didn't love - the sales guy went with us on a test drive but the mdx wasn't a type s so he said one would be coming in in a few weeks and he would call us, we looked online and found a similar mdx at Elk Grove Acura so we drove out there but it also wasn't A type s and we didn't love it BUT this sales team went above and beyond and within a week had done some magic of trading or something and got us a type S interior and exterior exactly as we wanted - when we showed up they gave us the keys and we went for a test drive!!! Love it and bought it - fast forwards a few weeks I need some service and since we live in Roseville I decided to call Niello - I guess since we didn't buy it there they don't want our business as they could get me in 4 days from now with no loaner or in 2 weeks!!! WTH - so I said never mind. I'll call Elk grove and see what they can do - well I have an appt tomorrow morning and a loaner - don't waste your time or $ at Niello - they've lost their business mindset - clearly. I bought a 2nd car from Niello Acura and traded my old one in a couple of years ago. That purchase process was a bit better. They still took my SSN, but they said it was for an OFAC background check and they did not run a credit check. Whoever did the prepurchase inspection of the car didn't do a very good job because tire pressures and tire balancing was off on the brand new car. Price wasn't necessarily the best but I prefer to keep my business local. The service department has been OK. I have gotten all of my servicing done with them. Experience can be hit or miss depending on service advisor. They seem to be getting a bit less generous with loaners and don't usually give them for smaller services like say an oil change. Also if you need a loaner, it often takes longer to get an appointment. They seem to do a quality job and send a video review of the inspection. read more

I've owned Acura's for 20 years, and I love the service team at this dealership. Mike was great then Chris and Brian is exceptional and also Spencer gets honorable mention though I didn't deal with him as often. They knew my name when I walked in the door and really did everything within their power to make sure I and my vehicle were taken care of. I had one issue that I had to bring back a few times and they really documented for the manufacturer and stood by my repair and are generous when the situation warrants with a loaner vehicle. It was always a pleasure to business there. I do miss the precovid donut days and was a bit irritated when Roseville decided to disallow the car washing but they do try to find ways to do a little extra. The multi-point inspection is multi page and well explained and I feel that I'm safer from any breakdowns having everything checked and being pro-active about repairs. My MDX's have been extremely reliable and that's a great comfort spending many miles on the road. Furthermore, they didn't treat me any lesser than when I had 240k miles on my car than when I had just 40k. They thanked me for my loyalty. Sales side is a bit different. Some stereotypical hard sale tactics. Textbook stuff. Could be classier at a "luxury" brand. Caveat Emptor I felt like I got a pretty decent deal both times (I'm not trying to haggle hard) but the pressure tactics were downright ridiculous. Both my husband and I have degrees in psychology and we were just laughing at the canned lines. Honestly I'm not buying a 70k dollar car off the lot on a whim and not get exactly the colors and options I want. I'll just wait. My first sales person was better. It was more like "let me know which one you want. Let me know when you're ready. They're Acuras. The cars sell themselves." As I said, I owned Acura's for over 20 years. They were so-so. Some of the things the salesperson said were downright stupid and hilarious at the same time. Test drove a few used cars. Anytime I pointed out something with the car that might seem off, the salesperson had an answer. For example, car acceleration seems slow "That's a safety feature" LOL. The car's brakes are sluggish "That's just the way these cars are." These brakes are overly sensitive "That is a safety feature." SMH and LOL at the same time. Whatever, man. I can't believe the runaround in circles they gave me I bought a vehicle they promised to fix the vibration and the rattle give me an extra key fob. I got nothing but a rental that cost me $1000 because they're a piece of shit windshield cracked. I talked to like seven people that said they were gonna help me never heard back from anybody . I brought my car in for an oil change/tire rotation in November 2025. My bumper was scratched and I noticed it as soon as I saw my car. After initially being told "we wouldn't have done that" the pre appointment pictures showed no prior damage. I was told the manager would call me Monday (it was Saturday). I was finally contacted Thursday, only after I submitted a review of my experience in which The service manager and service rep pointed the fingers at each other for not reaching out to me. When I brought my car in, I was given a loaner and left. I was notified in 2 days that my car was ready and my main concern was checking the repaired area. It wasn't until I got home that I noticed they sprayed paint all over my headlights and black parts of the bumper. I was also initially told I had to pay $300+ when I picked my car up and the guy that helped me had to call someone to clear it. I submitted an online inquiry for someone to reach out, which Jimmy the GM did, but my retuned calls and emails went ignored. My last email was 2/24 and today is 3/8, I still have no response. My car has now been damaged TWICE for simply bringing it in for an OIL CHAGE. I paid for an extra service agreement and I definitely regret it because I no longer feel comfortable bringing my car here. I have no issues with the sales department and I probably would have bought my next car here but now that will never happen. This dealership leadership is extremely unprofessional and no one takes accountability for the mistakes they make. If you choose to buy a car here, just know your service will be shit & you should take it elsewhere for maintenance. read more

I inquired about a Honda element Sunday morning the dealer had just taken in on Friday. I was sourcing this for a dog rescue transport vehicle. I had been in contact with a salesperson all day Sunday and Monday morning confirmed I wanted to move forward and purchase. The salesperson was responsive on Sunday then very stand offish Monday. Kept telling me there was a ton of interest and apts set later that day. Even though I had been in contact the entire day prior and confirmed wanting to move fwd with full cash payment they would not assist me. He Kept telling me the sales manager prioritizes people onsite even though I had confirmed wanting to purchase before the actual buyer even arrived. Total waste of my time and just really bad business practice. What's the point of speaking with people not on site if you won't consider selling to them unless there is no other option? read more

Service writer Mike Lyman, cool guy. Technician that did my recall repair (2015 tlx v6), stripped bottom bolt on right motor mount, the one that go through the water pump, causing coolant leak. I complained about coolant smell the day I picked up car, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and assumed it was because they didn't clean the engine bay after the work (which is also bad service). But a couple weeks later, I still smell coolant. Not long after, it started leaking coolant on the garage floor. Come to find out, they pulled out all the threads on motor mount from over tightening. I drove from Elk Grove to Roseville because a friend recommended them. Horrible experience, would never go back and would never recommend this dealer. read more

Don't trust them, especially anyone named Brian. Don't buy cars from this location. They sell cars with body damage and who knows what other problems. They gave me a total bait and switch. I talked with an employee for over a week about a car before finally coming in to see it. When I arrived, the car had huge dents and scratches clearly visible to the eye from 15 feet away. They want $17k for a car with damage and acted like it was normal. I tried explaining to the salesman it was not normal to drive around with a car with body damage just because it was used. He countered with "my car has body damage and it's only 2 year old. I looked at him in disbelief and asked if he had insurance on his 2 year old car and was met with silence. So what we had here was stupid or liar. He either pocketed the money to get his car fixed with the full coverage insurance his new car would have legally been obligated to have, or he was lying to make the sale. It definitely felt like the latter, I wouldn't trust a thing out these guys mouths. I asked for pictures and a walk around video, and asked if there was any damage on the car. In every photo and video he purposely hid the damage until I came to see it physically. Shady practice from a shady dealership. Just go read the other reviews on used Acuras and see how high and dry they leave their customers. Service department has gone down hill in recent years- I brought my car in for service plus a couple other concerns- brought it in 20 minutes before my scheduled appointment. Texted 3 1/2 hours later for an update and was told it would be after lunch time hadn't started on my car. I later asked for a loaner car as I couldn't wait all day. Then 9 hours later received a text regarding some codes that I knew about and had already been addressed- Said I could keep the loaner and a tec would look at it on Monday.. so they had my car all day and did nothing... they are overbooking appointments clearly, seems very unorganized and no longer efficient- We had other issues a couple years ago with a purchase- I am taking my business elsewhere- when I was a new customer at Niello in 2016, I complained about being approached by a sales person hitting on me and noticing " I didn't have a ring on my finger" which made me very uncomfortable. I was there to get an oil change, not looking for a date. I have tried to be a loyal customer but I'm done. The service personnel I have worked with have been nice, Mike is a good employee..but in a position where his surroundings do not reflect his stellar work ethic. When I called asking to pick up my car I said I'd be there within the hour and the woman I spoke to said my car would be ready and she'd let the service department know. I arrived and nobody knew that I was coming to get my car. It took another 30 minutes- was shown what had been done on my car thus far- photos addressing potential issues and descriptions of codes, which I knew about and explained to them that my car had warning lights on because of a wheel sensor- my oil wasn't changed, and splash shield wasn't fixed. So they had my car all day, waited until almost the end of the day to note a couple issues and that's it. If they don't have time to look at all the cars they allow appointments for, they shouldn't schedule so many customers cars for appointments. There was also a customer picking up his car and was inquiring why his tires weren't rotated- something that probably was supposed to be done as part of his service. I have also always wondered where the diversity is at Niello? Why do you only have men working as the service representatives? Why are women only in assistant positions such as answering phones etc? I am no longer a believer in the Acura/Honda product. Time to do better Niello or you will keep losing customers. read more

The service dept. could not fix the AC in our Acura and charged us 150.00 for dx fee. We brought it in again the following year, same thing. 150.00 fee to look at and no solution. My brother visited us recently who is an electrician, took a look at it, bought a 12.00 part and replaced the relay and we now have a perfectly working AC. I am a no hassle no game player when comes to buying a car and I have the means to be extremely selective. I highly recommend him and the management sales floor team! The reason for the negative review is because the customer service with paying off my 2020 MDX was absolutely ridiculous! I had to make many calls to Acura asking why the payment was not sent out and was met with many excuses. My concern was both car payments were due on the same day, and I obviously did not want a late fee or late payment affecting my credit score I worked very hard to keep in the thigh 800s. The last call I placed to Acura, I spoke with a woman who was extremely unprofessional and did not understand how to represent the customer service reputation Acura usually provides. She was rude and very dismissive and actually condescending in her phone etiquette. And presented bill for recommended services I don't need or I have done already and did nothing to my car. Worst ever, purchased a new 2025 Acura RDX Type 2, $80K, four months later and only 2000 miles, the motor had to be replaced. In stead of doing the right thing and replacing the vehicle, Neillo Acura would not help at all, they pushed me to the Corporate office to file a claim, yet I continue to make my monthly payments while I wait for them to do the right thing.
