They let them know all of the details about their payments and loan BEFORE they even asked them to walk in the doors. The customers loved this respectful treatment and seemed very eager to come in and get their new Hyundai Genesis. I wish that more dealers would take this approach as it saves everyone a lot of time and makes the entire process sooooo much easier and pleasant. Thanks for being one of "THE GOOD GUYS!" But after she had no luck on her own, calling several times (and then some) I finally step in and when I called this company just 20 minutes ago 10/13/21 @ 2:15 pm. The guy was extremely rude and swore at me and hung up. (I know dealing with a young adult who feels like they have been taking advantage of like my daughter can be challenging but if you're in a business to deal with the public then you need to know how to deal with them !!!) I believe this is a case of this company taking advantage of a young woman who they think they can just push around. That she will go away quietly... I would love to hear from this company to explain more about this but some people (businesses) will never do what's right in life.
