You CANNOT walk into it from this campground. Everywhere you look are NO TRESSPASSING signs all along the thing, which is super annoying. I chose this place to take the dogs on a nice walk into the canyon but seeing these red NO TRESSPASSING signs everywhere killed it for me. We also hit a horrible snow and ice storm staying here. I had no idea it was going to get so cold. My water hose froze to the RV and the pump. I had to use a lighter and grit to get it unstuck. This was the first RV park I ever stayed at. The fact that we couldn't go into the canyon really killed it. The weather didn't help but I know it's not their fault.

The hotel next door is abandoned and I thought 'oh boy'. The lobby is the breakfast area, no comfy cseating. Another 'oh boy'. Our room was on the upper floor and they do not have an elevator. Third 'oh boy'. I asked about guest laundry (which we need) as the app states they provide this amenity. Not available at this time. Well, that's the fourth 'oh boy'. Not good Wyndham. Baymont expectations are not being met in the 'extras' area. However, the room was very clean. The bed was comfortable and well made. Good pllows. The room warm. Although the space between the end of the bed and the closet was narrow, they had all the stuff. Microwave, fridge, Dove personal care items. My face cloth was a bit thin and textured so you got a nice clean. The bath and hand towels are thick and absorbant. Bed sheets felt soft and comfortable with a comfy quilt on top. Mattress comfoetable. Breakfast was disappointing. My scrambled eggs were hard. How? They have a fridge with yogurt, cream cheese and butter. Cold cereals, waffle station, sausage, fruit, toaster items, apple or orange juice, coffee. I suppose it's the usual breakfast items. The coffee was just Ok. The water here tastes bad so not much you can do about that. In the end, I had a warm shower, a warm bed and caffeine in the morning. I was safe, the room was clean and the staff was pleasant. IMHO, it does not meet Baymont quality expectations, however, looking at a hotel in this price point, I would absolutely stay here again.
