I'm all about convenience and pricing and this location handled it very well . I liked the fact that they walked out to the car and we handled everything with the rental in the parking lot . This made the pickup and drop off very smooth. My only complaint was the smell of the car you could honestly tell and animal was in the car previously and the smell was pungent. I'm not a big fan of smells in canine community . But with the pricing and convenience I may go back but not if it smells again. read more

This was the WORST rental experience I have ever had. The automobile wasn't here when I got here so I had to wait 45 minutes. when I returned the automobile (return was for 12:00 noon and they told me I had a 30 minute grace period-so 12:30) I got here at 12:10. the gates were locked and there wasn't a soul around. Nowhere. This is Saturday, so now I have to make arrangements come back Monday (I live 3 hours away) PLUS they will have my $300 deposit until then. Customer service was by far the worst I have ever spoken to. He was rude. He interrupted me NUMEROUS times and most importantly, he never gave me a remedy for the problem I was truly terrible. Now. My Husband and I couldn't be more pleased with the customer service provided by Enterprise in Antioch. We had a traumatic car accident and needed 2 extensions on our rental. This place has been great to me every time I rent from there. (About 5-6 times in the past couple months) idk why they got a bad rep. Everyone there is so chill and they do their job right! Kudos to the workers at this location. If there's an issue with the rental they will put you in another car no problem. Y'all need to chill with these reviews, not that serious. read more

Not a good experience. After an accident, I needed a rental while my vehicle was in the shop. Called ahead of time to schedule a pick up from the repair shop, less than 5 miles away. The pick up did not arrive for an hour and a half. The representative I worked with at the Location then forced me to sign for the $25 a day Damage Waiver (an optional service) stating they would not allow for the rental without it. After returning the rental, the branch then made me jump through hoops just to receive a copy of my receipt! Never sent a copy even after calling and requesting 3 straight days! Good morning not a great experience today at Enterprise with Lizzy -manager at the Antioch location. I sent my son 26 up there today so that he can rent a car for 2 weeks he was turned away due to not having a utility bill in his name. The wouldn't take his medical bill or phone bill. 2 weeks prior i sent my daughter 23 up there and she was able to rent her car and for a month no utility bill needed. I asked Lizzy what was the difference and why she denied a rental for the young man. She stated that was the rules i asked her to point it out on the reservation letter where it said you needed a utility bill. She said that they had no policy but it was a known rule. Asked for GM and she stated his name was Brandon and that any location we went to would say the same. So i rented a car just now and guess what no utility bill needed and i used my debit card and not the credit card. And yes Lizzy was the who handled my reservation. So you tell me is that discriminating that my son experience. I need answer. BE CAREFUL RENTING AT ANTIOCH ENTERPRISE. read more

Its so said that the employees at this store blatantly took my money and now are trying to say they charge me 1080 for a deposit on a car..when the deposit is only 300 per vehicle..why would i pay a deposit that high...and In further investigation the also over charged my credit card...and the manager that left a message.I forwarded them my information and still nothing... read more

This place is terrible. They kept charging my card several times *after* I had already returned the car and the account had been closed. They denied charging the card and were extremely rude about it. They did not offer to help us at all, and I had to end up calling corporate to get it resolved (it was fraud and not authorized). Plus the customer service was not at all what I have experienced at enterprise before (has always been good), so not sure if its the manager or what but DO NOT go here!! read more

Sorry I will not. Your managers/drivers begged me for a good review. I personally think that is tacky. Just provide good customer service, you know picking me up at appointed time and providing comparable vehicle that doesn't have check engine light on is a start! I have been trying for over two weeks to get reimbursed for the portion of my car rental that a repair shop is supposed to be covering. I've talked to managers in person and talked to at least three different people on the phone. Each time, they say they will call me back but never do. All of this on top of getting a smelly, dirty car to begin with. Seriously, it was disgusting--like a bunch of college kids had just brought it back from Bonnaroo. I had to go to the Enterprise office at the airport to get a clean car. It's a shame that I have to write this because my first experience here was actually really great. read more

This was the 1st time I've rented from Enterprise, I rented a car for the weekend and dropped it off today. Mr. Victor Blackwell was the gentleman that assisted me in turning in the vehicle. He was patient with me removing my items from the rental, friendly and courteous. I will definitely rent from this location again and refer my family and friends. This location is the worst enterprise location I have ever been to. In May I rented a car that had a break light out. I had to fix it myself because the location was closed and I was leaving that night. I currently have a car out that my pickup time was 7:30 am. It was at Firestone getting serviced and I had to wait until 8:00 am for the vehicle to even arrive at the store. I wanted to return the vehicle a day early at 8:00 PM. The location I picked up from is closed so my only option is the airport. I was told I would have to pay $50 extra which is an entire day when I'm returning a day early. And I am a enterprise plus member. This is ridiculous and I will never be renting from enterprise again. read more

A couple of years ago, I had planned to rent a car through Enterprise for a day. At the time, I admit I didn't have a credit card & was unaware it was required, so when I made the reservation for the car, I held it on my debit card. Much to my dismay on the day, I was set to leave, I went to Enterprise to pick up my car only to be told that I could only use a credit card as payment and they refused my debit card due to a late bill payment. I understand, Enterprise has policies however, I do feel they should be re-evaluated because I could have missed a very important commitment due to Enterprise and their "policies" and refusing my business & services. Fortunately, I was able to find another car rental place, WHO APPRECIATES BUSINESS NO MATTER IF I A CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD that had a last min. car available and fortunately. I have not since then & WILL NOT ever rent from Enterprise again. They didn't appreciate my business then so I will NEVER offer mine again!! read more

As a frequent renter I am very pleased with this Enterprise location. Reserved a pickup because rates were low and it was going to be useful to move some things around at the house. Plus I was making a 2000 mile round trip to south Florida. However upon arrival the F-150 I was going to get was getting the oil changed. I was offered a brand new GMC Acadia at no extra cost which I gladly accepted. The car was absolutely spotless and had no issues whatsoever with my rental. Aaron in the office is very eager to help the customer any way he can, and the pick-up and return was very quick and easy. I always rent from enterprise and will definitely return to this location again soon! read more

I got in a wreck and my insurance made me a reservation at this place. My coverage for rental was 1500 and when i went they barely had any cars. However, the person who worked with me named Brandon I believe was super helpful very ongoing and professional and explained to me that with the car they had available i was looking at keeping the car for more than 3 weeks. After about 8 days a different person, this time a lady called and told me that the next would be my last and that i need to return the vehicle. I didn't question her and just accepted in disbelief. After I returned the vehicle and checked my insurance i still had 1100 left that i could have used for rental yet the lady completely somehow missed that I suppose and didn't bother to offer another vehicle. Which is stupid because thats the money her location missed out on. Either way hurt me most in long run as i now have to pay ubers out of pocket while i get my wreck situated. read more

My car was clean, it drove fine, there was just a minimal delay on my pick-up but given the storm rolling through I was expecting somewhat of a delay. I have been renting from this Enterprise location for the past year (after discontinuing use of a local competitor) - typically 2 weeks out of each month for business travel. I can't say enough about their great customer service! I have had nothing but a great experience with anyone I have encountered. It's nice to know that good customer service does still exist!! I was in an accident and had to get a rental. I was asked if I wanted waiver damage and so I asked if the insurance company usually reimburses this. I was misinformed by the clerk and told yes. It was $560 for 33 days. The insurance company will not pay for this. I called and the manager told me NO insurance companies don't pay for this so she gave me a slight refund for the misinformation, but I am still out hundreds of dollars due to being misinformed by someone I Trusted. I am sick over this and feel a full refund for the waiver damage should be issued. I also had to pay for the regular off the street price and the insurance company will only reimburse for their discounted rate , so altogether ( after some slight refund from enterprise) $800 altogether. Enterprise says they can't help me any more than the slight refund they gave me of $468 out of the $1200 difference, but I am sure that they can make this right. I will delete this review once I am fully reimbursed. read more

We came to the area on business and needed a car so that we could see Nashville. As for the car, it was clean and nice and we were pleased. But this review is for this locations team. They were very pleasant and friendly, not just the counter team but the management staff behind the counter.
