Once there (after my ride had left) this information was disclosed. I was told that they had 2 people in front of me and wouldn't have a car for me. Get all the way home and get a call that they will have a truck ready for me in 30 minutes. What happened to the 2 people in front of me? Just magically have a truck now that I am all the way back home. Go anywhere else, this wild goose chase and incompetent customer service will have you pulling out your hair.

I told them I would take a smaller car for the same money. They said there were none. Later Kevin said they were all smoker cars because the lot had quite a few cars sitting there. I told Kevin I wanted to cancel, I wasn't comfortable driving that big of a car (and it was dirty.) I never got in the car. He said his boss was the only one that put the cancelation through. I asked for a written note saying I never took the car... he was on the phone with his boss who told Kevin not to give me the note. I called Thyrl Reed (Kevin's boss) and asked for a record of the cancelation. Thyrl said he would cancel when he got to his computer. This still has not happened 2 days later. The charge they put on my chargecard was $200 over the rental fee. Serious honesty problems, wouldn't you say!

Instead of renting me that vehicle at a rate which I though was fair, she refused and the corvette sat all weekend, not being rented. From entry to exit took us about 20 - 25 minutes. Service was friendly and helpful. They had everything together, so there were no delays, which was a nice surprise, especially on a busy work day morning. The location is clean and there were no major issues had.

After planning a fun rental, I find out that I can't get a car due to my insurance. Geico is a ~$43 billion dollar a year company and is somehow a no-go. I called a large rental company in Las Vegas and they assured me they rent to Geico holders daily. This company should have uploaded a note on their website on which insurance companies they accept and which ones they don't. Put a sour taste on my trip to Nashville for sure. Guess I'll have to get my next toy in Vegas.
