I typically rent from Hertz because they're usually a little cheaper and I have higher status. However, the last two rentals I booked were through Enterprise, and I was very pleased with the service. They called several times to confirm my rental pickup and even made sure I understood the rental process prior to arriving. The two individuals that helped me were very kind, and made sure I felt comfortable with the rental agreement. Overall, my cars were clean and had all of the bells and whistles I needed while on my respective trips. I also loved that during the rental period, I received text messages with service numbers in case I bumped into any issues. Glad this location is close to me, as I plan to use Enterprise more often. read more

Absolutely no regarding for peoples time, spoke with and confirmed availability with someone in the office multiple times and even as late as the evening before morning of reservation still did not have what I needed upon arrival. Robert the manager here has been fantastic to work with as I have had a complex insurance case requiring multiple extensions. He has been easy to communicate with and ensured that the process moves as smoothly as possible. I had an issue with the first car I received and Robert made sure that I was taken care of with a nice replacement car for a long-term rental. A+ service, Robert! On a side note, I'd suggest requesting a car that has NOT been smoked in. My first car had a heavy smell of cigarettes and the replacement still had a slight lingering smell. One of the best locations I have rented from! I had an emergency come up and needed to drive from Atlanta back to Milwaukee and this location had a car for me (everywhere was sold out due to a large conference in the area) and picked me up from my hotel. They closed at 3:30 but still picked me up and got me a car after that time. Everyone was super friendly and helpful! I'd go back to this location if I'm in Atlanta again! read more

My daughter was in a car accident and USAA paid for a car rental. We rented a car another location but it smelled like smoke and the odor was triggering my daughter's asthma. We could not get help from the original location to switch the car out so I called the Peachtree Hills location to see if we could just turn it in and rent another one that I would pay for . Chris was so helpful and understanding. He has an EMS background so he understood the health issue this was causing my daughter. He solved our problem in such a kind and gracious way and made me have confidence in Enterprise again. Chris should train other employees because he is an outstanding at his job. It was a good car, and in good condition, but the check oil message came on within 50 miles. We did enjoy the vehicle. Afterwards, they sent an email wanting our feedback. Unfortunately, their system fails and will not allow anyone to give feedback. After three attempts I gave up. A week later they again asked for feedback. I tried again three times before realizing what a half assed system they have. They do not want feedback. They closed every location in atlanta except this main one in buckhead, due to the pandemic. That isnt the problem, the problem is they let their staff go and there was 1 woman running the entire operation! sad and they will likely not survive if they do not improve their service. read more

As good as it can possibly be! This Enterprise location offers superb and highly knowledgable customer service! The team there is extraordinary by being so helpful and going that extra 100th mile. Especially Miles who found me the perfect car without hesitation. He gladly found me a hatchback compact car within a few minutes of asking. He clearly cares about his customers and is just the nicest person you could meet. I have already reserved over 3x at this location and I plan to continue to be a regular customer. DO NOT GET A CAR HERE!!! This location has the WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! Its really bad when its the GM- Mattew C. Wade that rude & nasty...most of all has this SMUG attitude..it was about that BULLSHIT INSURANCE that they try to peddle off on customers. Now keep in mind I rent cars all the time from all types of companies Enterprise Alamo budget thrifty Hertz and Avis.... And I never get that insurance I always use my insurance when I told the rep that I wanted to use my insurance the general manager jumped in his head do you have your insurance card with you I said no its in my car he said well I can't rent you the car unless you show me your insurance card otherwise you have to get our insurance... And since I had a meeting to get to another state I went home with the rent a car got my insurance card and brought it back up to the place.. Never before have I ever been asked to show my insurance card when I rent a car they always have that information in the system anyway he was being such an asshole about it...and they gave me a car on EMPTY..the gas light came on as I drive home to get my insurance card.....lucky my home was close to this location... I was so inconvenience by this and the manager didn't give a damn..I was on the phone with corporate customer service when I return with my insurance card and the GM gave me his card with his boss name Eric Weinrich & number 770-521-1332...I tried to call Eric after getting nowhere with customer service.... Only to not reach him which I already am prepared for this guy to DO NOTHING because I'm sure Matt is one if his cronies.... BOTTOM LINE ENTERPRISE RENT A CAR IS NOT THE COMPANY TO RENT FROM....there far too many other companies with similar and the even less cost to deal with & they appreciate your business..... UPDATE: I will say they did correct the problem by giving me my rental free for the bad customer service .. the Manager who was the one giving me the bad service came out and gave me my rental free of charge.. This is a horrible location for trying to rent a car. I made a reservation for an economy car online. I was called and told about the $250 deposit, but not about them not having the car I wanted in stock. When we arrived, the sales guy took a long time checking for keys and still did not share that he did not have the car I needed in stock. He wasted our time and tried to get us to rent a car that was too big! He knew all along he couldn't help us, but kept us waiting in an attempt to force us to rent the other car. What a dishonest tactic of his part. I will not be returning to this location! read more

Greg was not helpful today at all. He said he was on the phone with me earlier in the day explaining the debit card policy but this was not true. He told me he couldn't rent me a car without a credit card but I know I have rented a car from other enterprise locations with a debit card before. It's easier to buy a gun then rent a car. Greg was terrible. First we can't use a debt card. Then he says my id is out of state. When my house is on the alabama/ga line. Then he says my credit card declined when I called the bank in front of him and they told him the card hasn't been swiped all day no signs of a charge trying to go through from enterprise. Then when I call him out for lying. He states he isn't sure of the policy for out of state and is already in trouble with the manager and doesn't want to get fired so he'd rather not risk it. This location is probably the worst enterprise I've ever been to. Greg repeatedly acted like he was going to accommodate our group and then kept coming up with new issues and reasons we couldn't get a car. 5 adults with IDs and debit cards and we still couldn't rent anything. So we swipe a credit card and it declined, I call my credit card company and they blocked it for protection and told me to try again. Then Greg says they can't swipe a card more than once a day....which hasn't been the case on any other visit. It was clear he didn't want to help us give them business but rather wanted us all to just leave, and after 3 hours we walked away with nothing. And all Greg can say is "I've already gotten in trouble this week I can't risk anything happening again" read more

After booking a rental online I received a voicemail two hours prior to picking up my vehicle that they were out of vehicles. No solution offered. Just a voicemail saying "We are sorry". Discouraging. Perhaps you should have some cars delivered from nearby International Airport rather than just turning customers away. Stay away from this location. read more

I booked on Rentalcars.com like I always do. I go this location and was told there were no cars and that my phone number was wrong. Rentalcars.com passes the info over to enterprise and my profile is correct. Needless to say I got no call. Had to call a taxi to get home and scramble to find a car and take MARTA to the airport to get a car. This location dicked my Dad over recently, so I should have known not to try them again. This place is the devil! I went in to their office to pick up a rental car. When I did this they asked me if I wanted to use their insurance on it instead of my current auto insurance company. I asked what the difference is and she said if I were in a wreck I would just go through them instead of paying my deductible when going through my current company. So I said sure. Imagine my surprise when, car returned intact, hundreds of dollars are charged to my credit card. She forgot to mention the key difference is the cost to me! Not making that mistake again. read more

I've rented from Multiple locations across the city and "most" of the employees have displayed wonderful customer service skills & A couple have gone above and beyond. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The problem is that they don't provide parking on site which means, if you must leave a vehicle behind, you are left to "park at your own risk" next door in an overflow section of the Benihanna. Unfortunately, during my last visit my car window was smashed while I was away and the folks at Enterprise could not/would not offer any assistance. I would definitely take advantage of having enterprise "pick you up" instead of leaving a car behind at this location. read more

Recently rented a car for a trip back home to Schenectady ny. Drive 2100 miles in 9 days.. The car was amazing on gas mileage (40mph highway) the car drove well and was very comfortable. The cost was very reasonable even with the added unlimited mileage fees. read more

This site has cars that allow smoking and didn't inform me ahead of time that I would have one of those cars. It was HORRIBLE!!! Also, trying to get someone on the phone is practically impossible! They seem to have a skeleton staff and don't really care about talking on the phone with customers. Hats off to Zack for providing the best customer service I have ever received form a Car a rental Company. He had the car ready the evening before. Spent less than 5 minutes picking it up. Drop off - equally fast and pleasant. I was about an hour late returning because of traffic, but there was no additional charge. Booked through Costco, got a free upgrade and free additional driver [much needed for a 600 mile trip]. Car was in perfect condition and well cleaned and maintained. Previous experience here was also very good. Consistent good service wins the 5 star award easily. Add to it very competitive rates and it gets even better! read more

Since they are in town their parking lot is very small and so it was a little tricky getting in and out but other than that it was a breeze. Would definitely use them again. read more

I was going to write a bad review, but enterprise turned it around for me. I rented a car for the weekend, picked it up (two year old in tow), & began the trek home in traffic so my husband and I could get on the road at a halfway decent time. The weather was beautiful & very warm and so was the air from the A/C... as in it was broken. My husband checked it out, but by this time we had to get on the road (no time to switch out cars) for our 16 hours of driving in three days. At first, enterprise was going to have us switch the car out on the way somewhere (total hassle), but I was less than thrilled with this idea as it was more of an inconvenience than anything, so enterprise significantly discounted our bill. They also followed up twice with phone calls after the car was returned to make sure I was happy. Very fair enterprise. Well done. read more

The manager here is the worst in the business. I've never been treated so badly. I called Enterprise to complain and no on called me back. He refused to rent me a car. That's after I called customer service and they told me they had a car for me. I came in and waited for several minutes while he was on the phone. When I got to the desk he told me he didn't have a car, then he had a car a minivan, and when I asked why he was being so rude he said he wasn't and refused to rent it to me.
