She was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about providing a great customer experience. Could it be time to leave Hertz for Enterprise? My last few experiences with Enterprise has been top-notch from all the employees & pretty effortlessly, regardless of location. Although this was not my original drop off location, Emilio & Cory took good care of me nonetheless & very expeditiously. Before I could get out of the vehicle, both of them welcomed me masked up & all. I appreciate their external makeshift office to promote social distancing & healthy measures, even though the state has been re-opening for the last month...kudos to Corporate. Upon my leaving, their courtesy van pulled up with more welcoming & engaging employees hopping out & with a sense of checking on me to make sure I was good to go. This type of positive customer service seems to be mandated company-wide as I have rented in three different states over the past two months & keep getting served on a high note. Plus, the rates are darn good, sometimes cheaper than Hertz even with my customer status. As I started to walk away one of the employees offered me a ride, I declined yet appreciated the simple gesture...again great customer service. read more

Dropped off my car at collision location, waiting on enterprise to bring the rental and was told there were none and I'd have to wait about an hour. 2 and a half hours later i took an Uber home, and now there is no ETA! This location has terrible customer service. I was trying to schedule a rental car for a recent insurance claim. I was told they would call within four hours of scheduling. I never received a call. I then proceeded to call the location on two separate days during routine business hours. I was on hold for over an hour both days and never even reached a team member. At one point, someone answered the phone, I said, "hello" and was immediately placed back on hold. Would not recommend. read more

I have been renting with different Enterprise agencies since 2013 consistently due to work and travel, and have never had an incident. I picked up a vehicle for one day from this location that had just been returned by another customer. There was some small touch up paint marks on it but the employee (whom was fired I'm assuming shortly after) told me it was minor and not to worry about it. Upon returning the vehicle they tried to blame the same damage on me. The manager told me that he would look at the video and let me know once they completed the investigation. I called for hours because I wanted to ensure that I was not blamed, and I was told not to worry it was fine. I rented two other times from this location after with no problems so I thought everything was fine. Instead I go to NY to visit my daughter and went to rent from a Ny location only to be told that I was banned from renting! I've filed complaints, called the location and was told it was a mistake and would be handled yet 2 months later nothing has happened and no one has reached back out to me. I have been a loyal enterprise renter for years so this is beyond frustrating. read more

I was nervous as this was my first time renting a car by myself (I'm under 25) , i had been shopping around for rentals for 2 weeks and no one had any rentals. I was finally able to find some cars available at this location and it was a great experience. Steve and his staff are remarkable ! Steve helped me get a great rate at check in, made sure to go over the contracts, we went outside and he double checked that the car was clean and there was no prior damages. I returned the car today (a week later) and they made my day. I am not a morning person, and when i walked i was immediately greeted by steve by last name and a smile. His team is was smiling and full of energy. I really appreciate good customer service coming from California because it is so hard to find in Atlanta. Do not go to the Buckhead Enterprise. The employees are rude and they try to rip people off. If you have an insurance claim this is the worst location. I will never return here. Justin, Jessica and the branch manager Steve Bradley are the least helpful and do not care about their customers. They messed up a rental renewal and then tried to blame me for their mistake and charged my card over $200 when they messed the dates up themselves. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION! Go to the Enterprise on 2151 PEACHTREE RD NE, ATLANTA, GA I will be writing a 5 star review for the Peachtree location. I booked my car at this location, took a lyft to pick up the car. Gave insurance and all of the documents needed. Went to give my husbands credit card and they would only take a credit card with my name on it. I'm from out of town so they wouldn't take a debit card. I gave them another credit card with my name on it. It didn't go through because the payment had not processed yet. I asked them to run it again because it would now go through. They said that they can only run it once in 24 hours. I asked if they took cash, cashiers check, venmo...anything. The anwer was no. I mean why do they care where the money comes from? I asked what my other options were and they said...wait for it...you can go to Hertz down the road? I looked at them and said..."Are you kidding me? You are going to send your customers to a competitor? That makes absolutely no sense!" A kind man returning his car offered me a ride back to my hotel. I booked another rental car at the Peachtree location. I was in and out in about 7 minutes. And here's the kicker...they took the credit card with my husbands name on it without any issue! Ha! Very disappointed in the lack of customer service at this location. The staff were not engaged with customers at all. The location was very dirty inside the building. They also required a $300 security deposit which was not disclosed to me at the time of booking. The agent simply said it was their policy. They didn't have the car that I reserved and made no apologies. There were another person's personal belongings in the car and I was shocked the gas tank was only 1/4 full. I have never been given a rental car with a tank anything less than full. This is definitely not a location I would recommend in the future. read more

Pretty awful experience I had here. 1. I was billed twice, so when I came here I dropped the car off on time but noticed $60+ more in charges to my card. I plan on calling when I'm done with this review to find out why and if not, call my bank and dispute the charges. The car was returned on time, and refilled with fuel. 2. I called them yesterday as I had a general question, I called 3 different times. All 3 times, my calls went unanswered. 3. I feel I was also upsold. I booked the car online and when I got there they said my specific car wasn't available and that I was forced into something more luxurious and unnecessary (which was at my expense)! Fantastic service! They were very nice and accommodating. At first I rented a cargo van and I told them it was to drive to Miami, I had requested a very specific van and when I went to pick it up, they didn't have it. They handled my anxious and disappointed attitude very well. They tried really hard to look for another van in other dealers and do as much as they could. I ended up taking the van. They waived my gas and provided me with an upgrade on my next rental which was right after the cargo van. I am the happiest with the upgrade! They turned a bad situation and unhappy customer into a great experience and happy customer. Props to them! Oh and they picked me up and dropped me off both times! Save me Uber rides! read more

Worst customer service ever. Wouldn't take my temporary card from Wells Fargo. Went home and found the actual one in the mail with my name on it. After ubering back and forth twice, they still refused to rent to me because they couldn't "verify my card with green dot". I couldn't pull up 2 utilities because all of them are included in my lease, and my leasing office is closed. After going back twice, I will never return to this location and I suggest you do the same. read more

Made a reservation 16 days ahead, but they had no cars for me...at all... upon arrival. It was like the Seinfeld episode. They know how to take reservations, just not how to hold reservations. Rather than wait for "a while," I cancelled my reservation. And so should you until Enterprise fixes whatever is wrong and is actually able to HOLD a reserved vehicle for you. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! We had made a reservation to rent a car for our wedding. Reservations were made for 2pm pick up. They close at 2pm. We arrived 10 min before the scheduled time and they were already closed. Now why would you schedule a pick up for closing time?!?! Never did we get a courtesy call asking if we were coming or follow up afterwards. We called enterprise headquarter and were quoted more then twice the amount to pick up another car 1 hour away from the location! Ruined what was suppose to be a memorable time. read more

May 1st my car was in an accident. State Farm made a reservation for me at enterprise rental at · 3088 Piedmont Rd NE. Enterprise rep told me 80% would be covered by StateFarm 20% by me up till $500 which was my deductible. Never told me how long I had before that rate was up. On may 14th enterprise sent me a text message stating that Crashmasters collision called them and said my car was ready and wanted to know how long I was going to need the rental. I called Crashmasters, and they said why would we do that before we call you, and we're still waiting on parts. I called enterprise and was was told oh sorry it's in our notes that I'm looking at. If your going to have it longer you need to call StateFarm and have them extend the rental, which I did. Now the 80/20 ended on the 15th. Yup the very next day(enterprise) never told me. Enterprise called me on the 20th to tell me ass of the 15th I've been paying for the rental, because StateFarm stop paying. So I asked now it's been 5 days why are you guys just tell me this. You want to charge my card $331 no type warning at all that it was or has ended, I would have came a switch out for a cheeper car ( it's in our notes that your were told). I said 1st guys lied and said Crashmasters called and said my car was ready, and already charged my card $331. And now want to charge me $550 if I'm keeping it another week (which is when Crashmasters said it would be ready. I was contacted at 12noon on the 20th and had to drop the car off before 1pm or my card will get charged, and I was told they didn't have a smaller car. So after calling StateFarm, which said they should have told me at the time of the rental how long I had for the 80/20. I called them back at 1230pm and was told by a manager I'm assuming, that rate was not $550 which was $50, it should be $37 because it is the State Farm rate. The girl who told me that was wrong because regular daily for the car is $135. So yesterday and $1200 later I finally got my car back. Needless to say Enterprise Rental in buckhead 3088 piedmont rd NE. Has absolutely the worse customer service ever. And they are Fuckn full of lies and BS. I will never ever recommend them to anyone. I've had absolutely nothing but good service from enterprise (Acworth and Kennesaw). But buckhead is absolutely horrible. read more

I was called and ask could I come in she ask to check the mileage I paid for the rental and ask could she just charge my debit because I just transferred the balance to my credit....I left work to handle this... she refused and said I had to have all these bill I explained I just moved and didn't have a first bill yet ... I mean lay I just cave you over 500 dollars paid off my rental and good customer service is taking the car back so you can charge a higher rate to someone else because they didn't have anymore cars so it was in demand.... lol they don't last long there will be a new person in the office in a month.... They over charge the customer by swiping when there not suppose to and fight you about your money.... your day is coming Enterprise.... and good riddance read more

I love this location. They are always helpful. In the music business we went cars often and it should be a seemless process. But the peachtree location beside Benihana is terrible. We have a spending budget of $5000 for travel a month per person and try to use enterprise and we stopped because of the poor service from Greg at the other location. But this location really gave us faith again. And not to mention the selection is amazing. read more
