Slow, not prepared for customers. Late for customer pick up due to short staffing issues. While at store their rep Thomas said car was being cleaned which was no problem, 30 mins later, after being told car was being driven around we are still waiting additional 30 mins. Lobby is full of unsatisfied customers. They attempted to place us in a vehicle that was not comparable to our current vehicle and blamed the insurance company. The insurance company originally said the rental car would be dropped off at the repair shop. After saying a car was ready we were then notified that it had a hold/recall so now we are still waiting 1:30hr later. As a long time enterprise customer I would not recommend this location at all. Other branches have been more efficient. This has been a nightmare, sadly we are out of pick up range for the other stores and our car is being serviced. read more

Please review your contract carefully. Ensure you verify the correctness of the boxes checked, as errors will not be credited back to your account. From my perspective, this reflects inadequate customer service. The manager, named Christopher, exhibited a tone in his email that was highly offensive and inaccurate. I also received a subsequent call, and I believe he may be the district manager for the site, with a backup named Jose, who appears indifferent to my concerns or overall customer experience. Although this location is very convenient, I have decided to cease patronizing it. I am willing to travel an additional fifteen minutes in the future, as I understand the importance of personal accountability. read more

I needed a last-minute rental today and called this particular location to ask if they had the type of car I needed. They told me yes, then put me through to the off-site reservation system. Within 30 minutes of making the call, I was at this location to pick up my rental. When I arrived, they told me the only thing they had available was a much different type of vehicle. When I asked what happened, the guy behind the counter told me they tell people they have types of cars to get them in the door, then show them what they actually have on hand. In other words, they lie to get folks in the door. When I said that wasn't cool, he said it wasn't his fault. Maybe not, but it's not OK to lie to people. Just tell the truth and let them make a choice. I chose not to rent from them today and will go elsewhere today and in the future. Not cool Enterprise. Not cool at all. read more

I had an awesome experience with this location... Omar Royce and Courtney was the best . They gave me what I asked for and also greeted me with the best customer service!!!! They waisted my time waiting for a car to give me a very dirty car both inside and out and very bad customer service

I'm a regular renter from Enterprise, and have had to deal with several locations in the northeast area, and this location stands out for their wonderful staff and punctual service. They're not one I'd recommend for walk ins, because they're a smaller location and don't often have a large number of cars on their lot, but I'd venture to say that the staff at this location would be more than happy to help you find a car. They're especially great to deal with via phone. On more than one occasion, I've had to call back several times in one day, and each time, they were equally as helpful and polite, with never even the slightest hint of irritation. I just had a really lousy experience here. There was no one at the desk when I came. When he finally calms it was an incredibly unfriendly approach. He asked me for my insurance policy number and deductible. I have never been asked for that at enterprise or any other car rental. It took me 10 minutes to track it down. I know that it was a ploy to get me to buy their insurance. I finally got it and now I am standing here so far for 10 minutes waiting for them to actually give me a car. I had a 3pm business appointment which I will now miss. Just horrible. Go to another location. read more

This location is crazy busy, but they are super friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Everyone at this location seems to go out of their way to take care and meet both the needs and wishes of each customer that comes through the door or calls on the phone with genuine hospitality. This place is great. The folks behind the counter are helpful and responsive, courteous and patient, and generally have made my life easier. I need to rent cars or trucks sporadically for work or family, and have come to rely on this place because I can walk there from my house. So I am grateful they offer such good service. The only reason I am holding one star back is because there was a miscommunication about the location of the truck I had reserved. Went to pick it up and it was in Towson, or somewhere else in Baltimore County. They offered me a ride, but I had a ride from a friend. When I got to that location, the truck was not there either. Hilarious (sarcasm.) I don't know what the communication failure was caused by, but I got the truck eventually, and if I remember correctly, they comped the gas. Thank you! The employees at this site are very helpful, patient, and extraordinary people. They want to do nothing but please their customers and won't stop until they do. The cars are phenomenal that they put you in for a very fair price. Wouldn't use no other rental service! read more

Ugh! I guess they're busy but customer service is important. I couldn't get simple questions answered. At one point I was told the manager would call me back but he/she never did. I tried again and was told to call back in 30 minutes. I ended up cancelling and using someone else. read more

The guy that took care of my transaction gave me the impression that he was having a crummy day and didn't care about his job. The other staff seemed okay, but it just felt rude how the guy attitude was and he spoke with a slur like he just woke up, very unprofessional. The when I returned the car and told them that something was wrong with it, no one didn't seemed to care at all. So I think I won't be renting from these guys again. read more

Great Great Great Customer Service! I made a reservation two months in advance when I went to pick up my car on a particularly warm June morning it was extremely busy. The manager, I believe, Charles, was pleasant and even though he was dealing with a very agitated customer (and another who came in shortly thereafter, and yet another later) he remained extremely professional. Once Tim, who assisted me, came on duty, he walked me through every step with ease. The mid-size car I reserved was not available and I was upgraded to a SUV free of charge. Again it was very busy that morning but I was not rushed through my paperwork or my walk through around the SUV. I even had to return an hour later to add my husband to the contract and Charles stepped up to take us so we could be on our way again. Hannah who was working that morning and on the morning of my return 2-days later was WORKING!!! From getting cars, to cleaning cars, to switching cars, to checking out....she was all over the place and I did not hear or see one ounce of agitation, frustration, or unprofessionalism. JB was able to take me home after I dropped the SUV off and we talked as if we were old friends giving another friend a ride. When in need of a rental again, I will be using Enterprise and THIS location. read more

very poor service. i was happy to get into a rental quick but after my visit to enterprise on belair rd, that quickly changed. i was given a beat up compass that drove really hard not to mention it looked like the companies person get around car in the inside. i was told by the manager she would have a crysler 300 for me on monday so i took the compass for the weekend. monday morning arrived i talked personally with the asst manager to see if they would have a car available and he assured me he would have one if i came in at 430. i arrived at 425 and it was about 30 people waiting. no lines. no order no manager. the manager walked by numerous times but not once did she offer to help anyone or atleast put some order to her place of business. i was helped at 445 and was told there was no car for me and to be seated. i sat until 545 when the mananger finally came out to say who is next and at that point i had to stand up and speak up. i told the manager its no way her business should be in an uproar and she was so proud to call herself a manager. i told her the way your business run is an reflection of you. but of course she didn't want the feedback amd she took it personal. she then gave me a chevy suv. nd this vehicle wouldve been great besides it reading it needed a oil change. smh. very displeased. somebody needs to give this place some order!!! read more
