Great location with nice people. Easy to deal with with a happy attitude. Gave us a great car for $40 Per day instead of the $120 per day Alamo/national car rental wanted. Customer service and booking process was speedy and returned the car with no issues. Would definitely use their services again. Prices were fair and vehicle was clean. read more

We reserved a car from Enterprise around March. Our flight into Billings, MT changed a few times and we had to pick up the car the next morning instead of that night. We called several times and finally were able to talk to someone that helped and fixed our reservation so we could have our car the next morning after staying a night in Billings. Called the next morning at 7:30am to see when they would come pick us up for our reservation. We were informed that there were no vehicles in the lot at all and it would possibly be around 2-3pm that we would get a vehicle. As expected...we were very disappointed at this point. I know it was out of their hands but it's still frustrating that we had a vehicle reservation set and there was nothing for us to drive and get on the road. We were called back about 20-30min later when they figured out the situation and a truck came back late. Once they cleaned up the truck and had it ready for us they actually were able to drop it off to us at the hotel so we could take off from there. When I talked to the associate as he dropped it off he said they usually have about 200 vehicles but they are down to about 120 and not sure when that will go back up. It's just something we are all feeling the effects of the pandemic in many areas. Overall it was a disappointment that we didn't have a vehicle even though we had a reservation but as stated...it was out of their hands and I do appreciate the customer service to make it right by getting us into a Dodge Ram at the same price of the smaller car we rented because it was the first car available. They also were able to take care of us with extra gas too. I hope the rental car situation can eventually smooth itself out but I know many vacation destinations are feeling the pain of this. I would just make sure to keep the communication open if you have bug travel plans and need to have your car when you expect it. That way if something happens you can plan around it. read more

I was in Billings Montana for a job assignment and the company had rented a car for me, from a competitor. from the airport. I was not happy with the service and very time I had a question I had to be on hold for ever. After the end of the assignment I had to rent a car for an extended period of 6 to 9 months. I was responsible for the car payments and I was looking for the best deal. I found their month to month program, to be the best. I am paying 1800$ a month for a ford expedition, and I know it sounds a lot but that is the best deal I could find. The service on pick up was fast and courteous. They honored an upgrade since they did not have a standard SUV. I am happy with enterprise overall and the specific office is very good with helpful and available with any questions staff. I highly recommend this location versus the others on Billings. read more

The car (SUV) was more than what I expected, packed with amenities like a NAV system which made getting around the State so easy. I highly recommend Enterprise to fill your car rental needs. The only reason I'm giving it even two stars is because the employees were respectful. I needed to rent a car because I'm having work done on my car. My insurance has a contract with Enterprise so had to go through them. I was flying back to Billings and getting in at 8. Enterprise closes at 6 so had to rent a car from another company so I could get home because I live out of town. Drove back in the next day to return the car and get the Enterprise car and they could not pick me up at the airport. I had to pay for an Uber from the airport to their location. If I were you, I would definitely use a rental company that has better service, especially at the airport! In the long run it will save you time and money. read more

After almost 8 weeks I finally have my SAAB back. Farmers Insurance, the insurance in which the other driver carried, set me up with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Billings. They gave me a 4 door sedan, which is what I requested. I would really have loved to rent a mustang Convertible like I have done in Hawaii, but no such luck in Billings MT. I was pretty disappointed with Enterprise. My truck was being repaired after I was rear-ended. It was supposed to only take a day, but ended up taking 4, so when I found out about the time frame, I requested a vehicle. The body shop set me up with Enterprise. I called and made an appointment to be picked up. They said they would call me prior to the pick up time. Ten minutes after their call time and still no call, I called them, sat on hold for about 12 minutes, only to find out that they weren't on the way, but would send a car. At this point, I was already too late to wait for Enterprise as I had a firm appointment. I told them to forget it, called an Uber, and will continue to bum rides/uber until my truck is fixed. Based on their inability to keep an appointment or answer the phone, you'd be better off just taking an uber to the airport and working with another agency. read more

While we made an advance reservation, we were very pleased with the follow up confirmation from Billings. When we arrived, we received such a friendly greeting from Alexandra. Loved driving our Toyota Avalon for the next many days. Upon our return to Billings, the turn in process was fast and as friendly as when we picked up the car, again with Alexandra. Our driver, Howard, who took us to our family and dropped us off, was such an interesting person. We flew in from San Diego and will certainly use this location again on our next trip. read more

Always have had a great experience renting from this location. I did find a star crack in the windshield after picking up the car (it was raining when I picked it up, so wasn't noticeable) but a quick call back to the location and they got it noted on the rental agreement. read more

I rented a car as my car was being repaired. They have always done right be me but this time was not very good. The car was extremely dirty including front windshield which was difficult to see out of due to the person before me smoked in the car. The car smelled strongly of smoke. The original car I was to get needed an oil change so a switch was made to a lesser vehicle which was not cleaned nor full of gas (half tank only) which the gal just told me to bring it back half full. While I had the car, I got hit by a rock that spidered the front windshield. I called to see what I needed to do and was told by Joe that we would deal with it when I brought it in. Three days later I returned the car but the car ran out of gas so I had to put more in. So the car cost me more in gas than I got and was never refunded for it. Was told I should have filed a claim for the windshield when it happened. Was told that Joe was new and did not know but the person that told me this was JOE! Was not happy with the whole process this time. read more
