Thus, it is time that the regional and corporate management does something about this personnel. Surely, Enterprise has been our go to car rental agency. We knew multiple branch managers and employees throughout the years. This branch disappointed us mainly because of the demeanor of Chance Carter. Such personnel should never be employed in a service industry, especially where customer's satisfaction is a must. He acted as if we were begging him for a car. Initially, we thought this branch was a bad/rotten/deteriorated apple, but then we encountered two other employees, Luis and Jesus, who both treated us the way we expected from our experience being a regular customer for two decades. We were extremely happy with both Luis and Jesus and will recommend them highly. Thus, we recommend this Bloomington branch of Enterprise. However, we suggest staying away from Chance Carter and highly recommend the regional and corporate management to reevaluate this personnel's demeanor and attitude. No, customers are not there to beg for your cars. Even if they had no other options in the area, wherever you learned your attitudes and poor/low demeanor should highly be reconsidered. I am very disappointed and upset after today's encounter with this Enterprise establishment in Bloomington CA. BUT, not surprised at the experience. I made a reservation well over three weeks ago only to come in at my scheduled time and Luis (attendant) tell me they don't have the vehicle on premises. I have waited 30 - 45 minutes on previous rental arrangements.... So I was willing to wait a little while. I asked Luis how long before a vehicle would be ready, he responded "2-3 hours"). How the f**k do you run a business with that type of customer service!!! How??? I was renting a vehicle to get to San Diego with a window of two hours.... My salesman Daeon and his boss Shannon sold me a 2020 Dodge Ram Laramie that I saw online at a Texas Enterprise car sales lot. I was charged to ship it to the Bloomington car lot. The truck is cleaned on inside 76,000 miles, a few pings on the outside of the truck looks good, and after all enterprise maintains their vehicles, right, I can't go wrong ? I Drove truck for about 2000 miles from febuary to August on and off (I have another car) Truck started acting up I took truck to local dodge dealership whom told me I needed a transmission the one i have is no good! the truck has 78,000 now WTH, WOW! SO, let me get this straight Enterprise took truck off of rental status knowing the tranny was going and sold it!! Shame on you ALL of you!! THANK GOD, not enterprise!! I had brought the warranty insurance when I purchased the truck, not because my salesman or his boss encouraged me too!!Thank GOD the Dodge dealership service advisor Sam fought for me and after a referee from the warranty insurance they paid $7500 dollars and I paid nothing! After many years of successfully relying on Enterprise for rental cars, this specific branch in Bloomington is by far the worst, most unorganized and simply unethical branch I've come across in years. I had to drop off my personal vehicle at a specialty shop near this Enterprise location, which is 2 hours from where I live. I made a "reservation" for a rental car and reconfirmed with them over the phone multiple times that there were cars available. I was told I'd be all set to drive home in my rental car, and in fact, would have multiple options to choose from when I arrived. I explained I'd be there at 5:30pm but might be late because I'm coming from far away (this is important because I find out later they close at 6, and stop taking rentals at 530). They told me this wouldn't be a problem and when I arrived someone would show me a few options and help me with the process. I called later in the day again to reconfirm before leaving my house. Again I was told there were multiple car options available for me. I called again a bit before 5:30 to update that I would indeed be a bit late, but no one answered. I called 4 more times periodically to try to catch someone, and each time no one was available. I got inside and the worker (I believe his name was Chase) was talking to a couple about the car they rented. It was also unavailable, and he was discussing their options: either take a minivan instead of the car they wanted or go to the airport to get another car. They were discussing the airport route, because they didn't want a minivan. He paused the interaction to check me in and immediately says "we don't have a car for you, come back in the morning". After expressing that wasn't an option, as I was hours from home, and had reserved a car. He told me I could have the minivan if the couple didn't want it, which immediately made them take it. He then informed me I couldn't go to the airport because my "reservation" was related to insurance, and the airport location can't process those. And no other locations were open. I asked multiple times what the point of a reservation was if no car was being reserved, he couldn't answer anything other than "it's a complicated process". It was clear they had made me a "reservation" without having a car reserved for me or any available for me. It seemed like they were hoping someone canceled or someone returned a car in order to service me, even after multiple calls confirming they had a car for me. They refused to admit that, and instead blamed me for being late, saying if I was on time the car would be there and acting like this was fully my problem. Mind you, I was told there were multiple car options for me to choose from and (aside from that minivan) they didn't rent any cars between 5:30 and when I showed up. Yes, I asked and his response was "we would've taken you to a different location to get a car" which is just confirming they never had one for me in the first place. So they literally had no cars available when they accepted my "reservation"? They could've told me on any of those phone calls to go to a different location to begin with. But of course then they wouldn't get the sale. I was complaining to other employees (from the sales department, not rental. Sales team was empathetic and tried to help me) and asking for the manager (turns out this guy was the manager so I asked for his supervisor). They must have told him something because he came out with a different energy, kissing my ass and trying to be "helpful". Same guy who essentially told me "tough luck buddy" earlier, heavy on the attitude in all interactions too. If you're still invested, I had to find my own ride back at my own expense. Point is: 0/5 stars. Do not rely on this Enterprise branch. Period. read more

This is my go to branch whenever I need a car and I love it here. Jasmine is the branch manager and I've rented from her a few times already and we are now on a first name basis. If that doesn't scream customer service and loyalty, I don't know what will. I always make my reservation well in advance so that they always have a car ready for me no matter the time of the day I stop on in for it. The ladies there are all phenomenal employees and are courtesy and happy to help up into a vehicle. I'm actually sad I'll be moving to another city and will have to start all over again to build my reputation as a good car renter at my new location. Literally the worst location I've had to visit in my life. I called ahead of time and was told by Brooke I could come in now and would receive a Hyundai Palisade. I arrived and spoke with the same woman Brooke who I spoke with over the phone who said "yall are a little early" as if she didn't tell us to come in the first place. She randomly tells us we're getting a Chevy equinox that someone had just returned. That customer returned the car because they did not like it. The same staff Brooke then left with another worker in the exact car she told us we would get. When we inquired about the car we were told they took the car to another location for a meeting and would be back in 30 minutes. How it would make sense to leave in the car you literally told me to come pick up now makes no sense to me. On top of the unprofessionalism in the office, we were not accommodated or offered a discount for their incompetence. Alexis came in then acted as if she was doing us a favor by telling us to wait. We asked her to transfer the reservation to another location and she claims she did. When we called the Fontana location they still did not have the reservation and we had to go back yet again. She then said it was Fontana locations fault. After wasting almost an hour the woman who took the car came speeding in the parking lot in the car we were supposed to rent. Everyone here had subpar service and lack of general comprehension on how to complete their job. How they didn't even think to offer another location after THEY made a mistake is insane. No one knows anything and they genuinely do not care. There was no discount offered and not even a simple apology. On top of the workers cussing in front of their customers. I had a very bad experience here. I did a rental 8 months in advance. And I was specific on the vehicle I want to rent. They ended up giving me something that I did not ask for. I also asked for extras which I did not get. I try to communicate with this business prior to picking a vehicle and their phone system was down. I tried to explain that this was not the vehicle I asked for and they made me feel like they don't care what I asked for. To top it off. Vehicle with full of dog hair or cat hair so my allergies are going crazy. Manager texting me asked how everything was going and I told her horrible and she never replied back or bother to even give me a call back. Is a bad way to do business. This place deserves no stars. Reserved an SUV tmw for Christmas weekend 2 weeks ago. Called tonight to confirm the open time and our reservation to be told there are no more suv cars available. And there is a van available for $100 more and now the time has changed to bring it back if we don't return it by 9am when they open we will be charged for a whole other day which will amount for 2 more days since they are closed on Christmas and obvious didn't disclose that. We had the best experience renting a vehicle for the first time at this location! My fiancé and I walked in and were greeted by a friendly customer service representative, Melvin. We were there to pick up our rental of a mid-sized vehicle which we booked online. While we were reviewing the details of the rental, we were offered an upgrade. When I asked to what vehicle, I was told a Maserati! My fiancé and I didn't think it was even a possibility but Melvin made it happen for us and we are so grateful! We had such a fun trip driving the Maserati and we told everyone about our experience at this location!
