This place was a nightmare! While staff was great nothing against them but, there is definitely an issue with enterprise I waited in line over an hour sweating in line. There was one person checking in and 2 guys running. I tried calling this location 4 times Pryor to arriving for a total of 45 min on hold. This location is severely understaffed. I had them call me to come pick up the car due to the excessive wait time and having to wait with a 90 year old and a toddler. That was very nice of the staff. What is the point of making a reservation if the company schedules dozens of people for the exact same time slot? I arrived for my reserved appointment only to find a line out the door and a single employee working the counter. After waiting, I spent nearly 20 minutes checking in and providing information that should have been collected when I made the reservation online--references, proof of residence, insurance information, employment details, and more. None of this was a surprise requirement, yet it had to be done in person. Then, after completing the paperwork, I was told to wait another 30 minutes for the car to be ready, despite the fact that they knew exactly when I would be arriving. What should have been a quick pickup turned into a 90-minute ordeal in a crowded lobby filled with other frustrated customers experiencing the same delays. The entire process felt outdated, disorganized, and incredibly inefficient. I was leaving for a trip on July 17th, with a 8 am check in to enterprise. I even did the pre checked. But upon arrival at my exact time, there was maybe 4-6 people in front of me. Only one person working the front, while anyone else there was hanging out in the back area just sitting and chatting. After my check in, I ended up waiting over an hour for my vehicle. I thought since it's a small lot, and with the amount of people in front of me, it shouldn't took too long. But waiting over an hour is ridiculous. No one communicated to why it took so long. This started our trip behind schedule. After returning from our trip, I wasn't asked how the vehicle was, just handed the keys, they did an inspection and was told I can go?? They sent me a text after inquiring if I had any questions, I asked why it took so long to get my vehicle and have not gotten a reply. I even filled out the survey with the lateness of receiving my vehicle and wanted to be contacted about it. Still waiting on that. Last week, I even emailed the customer care email with the issue and still have not heard ANYTHING. I JUST WANT TO KNOW WHY IT TOOK SO LONG AND WHY NONONE COMMUNICATED ABOUT THE DELAY. I made a reservation online and when I got there I was told by Jenifer the manager that the car I reserved was taken by someone. I reserved a luxury suv and was offered a mini van. This is the 3rd time that I had a bad experience. I tried to give them chances but they keep failing me. The manger didn't try to compensate me in any form or way. She was very blunt and dry. I thing enterprise should give there managers better training to customers. I will be giving my business to other companies. I called management corporate offices let's see what they have to say. i had to rent a car through my insurance after an accident. front desk staff was very polite and friendly, despite being short staffed (so if you call them, that's why it takes awhile for someone to pick up). very apologetic about the longer wait too. both getting a rental and returning a rental processes were quick once i was assisted. i had two different rental cars and both were clean and fully fueled. small tip of advise: this enterprise location gets very busy so bring a book or something to keep yourself occupied :) read more

Do not get your rental car here! I got a car and they don't check the safety of the vehicle. It started raining and the windshield wipers were bad and the rubber was coming off. When I went to exchange the car they took a long time to get me out of there when it was their mistake. This place needs to check their vehicles before renting them out. That could be a huge safety hazard especially when I was driving and the whole windshield was getting smeared from the poor wipers the facility should have replaced. read more

There's a reason why this place has a 2.8 rating. The service is terrible. Apparently their system didn't read my Real ID driver's license and couldn't verify. So I was asked if I had rented from them before and so I showed proof that I had. I even am a rewards member so I have a point balance. And then I'm told that my birthday is wrong in the system but when I pulled up my profile, there is no option for birthday and where my driver's license number is shows my expiration date as my birthday. So I'm getting the feeling that I'm being tossed around as if to not rent to me. Because the only thing I kept getting after showing every bit of proof including providing a Real ID Driver's license issued directly from a DMV, is have a good day over and over. I wasn't given any option to look further into it. I wasn't given an upper manager to talk to to try to rectify the problem within the system. It was just have a good day over and over as if I was done. That's what loyal customers get at these locations. And being that theyre the only ones nearby, I am done with enterprise. Do not rent from here or from Riverside. They do not value members at all. read more

My experience went very easy. I reserved the car online, no card on file. When I got here the car was ready to go.The employees were very helpful. I was helped by Dwight, the man was very nice and helpful. He was thorough and carried himself with professionalism. You can tell he cares about his job and the customers. My only ding would be 1: The car was mostly wiped down and not clean. I had to go through and wash the windows before my trip. 2: half way through my trip I had to adjust the tire pressure all around due to the TPMS light coming on. These are both minor inconveniences. Issues: dirty cars, very hard to get through on phone, the way they charge is funky but not shady Pros: great manager Mina, Charlie was awesome too To any corporate people looking at this PLEASE CHANGE THE HOLD MESSAGE. IT IS FRUSTRATING AND IRRITATING just music, preferably good music, is just fine. The advertising message makes it difficult not to yell when someone eventually picks up the phone. I had an accident and injury, this car was paid for through insurance. I received a car that was very dirty, inside and out. And was also very dinged up. Drove it home. When I started it the next morning a dashboard light came on for the the tire. I could not physically bend down to check it. It was almost impossible to get through on the phone. If you call in the morning you can sometimes get through. I was unable to get through to this location to the point that I had to call their roadside assistance who transferred me to another location. Redlands location picked up but did not have economy cars. Roadside assist tried getting through to this location and said "I'm sorry they aren't accepting calls" I somehow got through to a very nice woman named Charlie who got me a new car right away. The new car had been cleaned on the outside but the inside was still dirty. It worked fine though until 3 days before I took it back. It needs an oil change and had another error message it would not stop flashing. I had been very careful when driving it so the other message I'm not sure what it was about. Just a heads up: when you have the car for a long time and you are paying for the extra insurance, you will get periodic charges on your card that, as time goes on (my car was in shop for 39 days) , will be removed and re charged. The poor people there :(. I would see big charges on my card and freak out, and attempt to call them. The phone would ring, someone would say "please hold" I would hold for 15-30 minutes (some times less, sometimes more) and then be disconnected. The hold message is constantly telling you how they are a family business, and make sure the cars are clean, and treat you like part of the family. Idk about anyone else, but hearing this repeated over and over for 15 minutes at a time after being disconnected 3 times and having gotten 2 dirty cars, well, it makes you VERY IRRITABLE! As I said : the poor staff, when I finally get through, they have to now deal with angry me (sorry Selena) When I ask what the charges are for it is very complicated, and they have a hard time explaining it to me. They explain it with a lot of confidence at least So I ask for an invoice to be sent to my email, they say yes, and never send it, then want me to come in to go over the charges. I appreciate the attempt but it is an inconvenience when you live on the mountain to have to drive down to discuss a complicated system of charging people, just to drive all the way back. Luckily Mina did make things a little more clear. He was very nice, and stayed on the phone with me until I sort of understood and felt more comfortable about it. He even offered to go over it with me when I turned in the car. When picking up or dropping off a car there is a rather looooong wait. The people that work there are very nice but I do feel that perhaps they are understaffed at the very least. They really need to have someone answer the phone. I feel I was being a little generous with the 3 stars but considering the effort Charlie and Mina put in, I didn't think 2 stars was appropriate. read more

I had a very frustrating experience! I made a reservation by phone for a jeep. Over the phone they asked me what payment of method I preferred to use. I said debit card. Perfect. reservation was set and I was due to pick it up the next day in the afternoon. Before arriving I checked in online and it gave me the option of using either credit or debit. I chose debit and added my information. When I show up for pick up they mention that they need to make a $300 deposit hold and that it has to be on a credit card. The car was only about 270. I had to go back home and get a credit card. Only for them to then say that I had to have the full amount and it has to all be charged on a credit card. HAD THEY SPECIFIED THAT FROM THE BEGINNING 1. I would have made arrangements on my credit card. 2. I never would have went home to get a credit card. I was unable to rent the jeep. Apparently it's a "higher end car" & the system needs to have a credit card can't even use a debit card to take it out. This was the end of the day and couldn't even go somewhere else, I needed a car for an early trip the next day. They gave me a Mazda instead, the same price as this quote on quote "high end car" without needing a credit card and still took a $300 deposit from my debit card. & the car is dirty.The absurdity!! They need to explain this in their terms and save a lot of people the inconvenience. I will not be renting from here again! read more

Enterprise's reservation system is absolutely USELESS. I called their phone number to request a rental. The reservation department went as far as confirming the total cost, the location, the type of car I needed and when it was to be picked up. I had the confirmation email of the reservation and everything. I show up to the location on time and the lady at the counter tells me that they had no cars available to rent there and that I would have to wait at least 2 hours until one was made available. The only vehicle they had available was a large SUV for $200/day. Are you kidding me??? Seriously, what is the point of even having a reservation system at all if when you show up to pick up your "reserved" vehicle, they have nothing available??? What kind of business model is that? I called 10 minutes after dropping the car off, was told 1/3 items were found and was laughed at by the assistant manager. Went back and was told to look for the car with another assistant. We walked around and the car was no where to be found. Had already been rented out to another unfortunate customer. Spoke to the higher manager, he heard me out and had his employees back- can't blame him. Shame on this establishment and their thief employees. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. read more

I made a reservation for a car one Saturday. I waited for a while as there were 4 people ahead of me. Graci the manager was very patient. I kept hearing her tell people they had go to another branch because they were out of cars. I asked her how long it would be. she gave me a time frame. This branch is only open a few hours on Saturday. 9A-12P. I waited about 40 minutes and asked when my rental car would be ready. I was told they were washing a car, it would be ready soon. I would like to tell Enterprise I am happy with their services. Graci was very nice even though I asked her three times about my rental. I also would like to suggest that they find a way to make more cars available. It must be challenging to work renting cars when there are a limited number of cars. Keep up the good work Enterprise.
