Absolutely the worst location. My 2-week reservation was cancelled because I arrived 2 hours late due to a genuine emergency. They made no attempt to contact me before cancelling. This completely ruined our Christmas / New Year family vacation. Despite having cars visibly available on the lot, I was told nothing was available, which was simply not true. The staff were unprofessional, dismissive, and dishonest, and their behavior felt discriminatory and disrespectful. I am filing formal complaints with Enterprise corporate, the Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division, and the BBB. Do not use this location. Absolutely horrible customer service. I had a reservation made by a third party for a car. When I arrived they told me they did not have car and tried( no call) and refused to assist in finding another car at another location. The store manager and worker were rude and need a basic class in customer service. Shame on whomever owns this store. You can definitely do better than this!! read more

Your customer service over the phone needs major improvement. I'm in a rental that got a flat tire. The barely speak English customer service rep was very rude. He hung up on me because he said I didn't have the birthdate of the person who rented this vehicle. The car was one of many rented by a large corporation, in the name of the business. I was not rude at all, yet the jerk you hired hung up on a stranded customer, because I couldn't provide a random date of birth? Real nice Enterprise. read more

I dropped my car off 8/31/2023 every time I call they said 2 more days. Never called me. Mean while I have the car rental from the insurance which I was paying for daily insurance for $25 a day. People have said online that enterprise and coalition 24 have an arrangement to keep the car longer so they can both make money. So be ware of this place. I got my car back today because I went to coalition 24 and said I wasn't leaving without my car which was magically done with the repairs. I will never ever ever bring my car there again. And for the lady that rented me the car. I told her I was only paying for the daily insurance for 5 days which I did. Come to find out they kept charging my card. I called enterprise and they said the contract I signed states once I say I will pay the will charge until you bring the car back. So again an arrangement to keep charging people. Don't go to either place coalition 24 or enterprise on west chestnut st in Brockton MA. I'm so mad I could cry but now I learned my lesson. Edit: if you have coalition coverage don't get the rental car insurance. Call your car insurance company and ask if you have coverage while renting the car you had an accident in or if you are just renting a car. I paid the rental insurance $25 a day for no reason when my insurance company had me covered already. Enterprise don't tell you this at all. They are thieves. read more

One of the best customer experiences I have ever had, all of the guys welcomed me and made me feel comfortable during my first car rental experience. Alex went above and beyond to make sure that I was very well taken care of and happy with the car that they gave me. You don't meet too many people in day to day life that go out of their way to help, and Alex went above and beyond. I was forced to rent a car recently and I was directed to this Enterprise location. The gentleman who I think was the manager of the branch, Nick, was very kind, patient and understanding while I whined and complained about my entire situation. It was nice that at least one of us kept a level head during this mess. The only reason I wouldn't give 5 stars is because the car I was provided (delivered by another location) wasn't ideal, but that's relatively minor complaint. read more

We had really good service renting a car from the Manley St. location in Brockton MA. They picked us up at the Residence Inn and drove us back to their office to do all that needs to be done renting a car. We were on our way in about 5 minutes, driving a very clean Nissan Altima. The team over at The Manley St location is beyond amazing. I recently had my car stolen and this team made the rental car process so painless. They were extremely accommodating and their customer service was above and beyond anything I could have asked for. The entire team helped me out at one point, but Jason went above and beyond to make sure Everything was handled for me. Talk about HORRIBLE customer service! I have never been spoken to so rudely in my life! I recommend Enterprise just not this location. The first issue was when I was going to have a deposit put on hold on my credit card. The associate told me my card got declined and I asked him kindly to try again because I knew I had well over the amount of money he was trying to take out (plus sometimes my card doesnt work because its old and beat up, which I explained to him) and he responded to me with "No, you obviously don't have the money in there its just going to get declined again." SO I called my bank and put them on speaker and asked them how much my balance was....Of course, I was right and the associate appologized and manually typed the numbers on my card in the computer (I know, its so much work to type numbers) and it went through. After this, the associate brought me out to my rental and as I was looking at the car, it had TONS of scratches all over it, but it was the only car they had on the lot so he told me I had to take it. Finally on a Saturday I returned my car to the dealership where my car was getting worked on and I thought I would be all set....NOT! Enterprise called me FOUR days later accusing me of bringing the car back on an empty tank. Now I have rented cars several time and knew I had to return the car with the amount of gas they gave it to me with (which was 3/4 of a tank) and I even filled the tank so it was FULL! So I told Enterprise there must've been a mistake because I returned the car on Saturday and they are calling me four days later so someone else must have used the car. The associate I originally spoke with was the person who called me but I was so outraged I asked to talk to a manager. The manager was the rudest person ever telling me it wasn't there problem, it was mine, for not returning the gas tank at 3/4's. I hung up and my dealership handled it and fixed everything but I hope that manager never speaks to a customer like that again because that's HORRIBLE customer service! read more
