NOT impressed with this location at all. I dropped my car off at Advanced Auto Body and someone from Enterprise met me at the body shop. He put me in a Nissan Sentra that smelled like someone had smoked in it for 15+ years. It was really bad. I sat in the car for a few minutes and went back inside to ask him if he could switch me out into another car. He had to drive me to this branch office. They switched me into a better-smelling Hyundai Elantra but the tire sensor was illuminated and the windshield wiper blades suck. Clearly, these folks don't take good care of their cars. SKIP this location and go to the one on Whipple. read more

Thomas was just simply rude. It's a Friday and my car was in an accident on the previous Sunday. The car was being paid for by the insurance company of the person that hit my car. We arrived when he asked us to. he began helping us then when the phone rang he just automatically took the phone call and left us hanging while he completed the call. And then he didn't have a car for us. He had to drive somewhere to pick it up. When he called me earlier at home I told him I could go elsewhere and he said there was no need. Not impressed with the people at this location they're very rude they don't want to work with you and they don't wanna even show you the policy where it states that they have to charge you $50 deposit even when it's just a insurance case that's a bunch of bullshit I will never ever recommend them read more

Superb experience with DJ. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and (though unrelated to a car rental experience) has great style. I'd love not to require another rental (my car was broken into) but I would definitely go to this Enterprise location again if the need arises. read more

Called last week. Reserved a car for today. Drop off did not show up. Called and was told i had no reservation. Screwed. Not the first time this location has failed me. This is our preferred corporate rental company. If I could give 0 stars I would. read more

Thanks to Alan I experienced one of the smoothest rental pick up and drop offs ever. I like that a representative goes to the car with you and looks it over. Alan checked to see that I was comfortable with the car and advised the best way to connect my phone. When I returned he helped me get back to my Airbnb. This experience reminded me how much I prefer renting Enterprise over other companies. read more

I was very disappointed . I went to pick up my rental only to be told there Was no Standard SUV available even though I had a confirmation that one was reserved .I had the option of two suv downgraded from what I had a rental confirmation for. I was also offered a mini van which had bald tires. I mentioned to the staff the tires were bald and she tried to get tires replaced On a Saturday at 11:00am. Which of course , was not possible. I do not understand why the van was there for rental with the bald tires In the first place. It was not safe to drive for anyone.The staff showed no compassion or concern of the fact they had nothing comparable to what I had confirmed. I would never recommend this establishment to Anyone. read more

Major mistake. Made a reservation to be picked up at Kempthorn Volvo on a Monday morning. Kempthorn service opens 7:30, Enterprise opens at 8:00. I was to call Enterprise at 8 and confirm I was ready for pickup. I call. And call. And call. Phone either went thru to a fax, or to Call Center in St. Louis. This was March 9. Daylight Savings changed the day before. 9:40 and still no one answering phones. Luckily Kempthorn came up with a car for me at 8:30. When I finally got through to Enterprise at 11:30 a.m. to Cancel My Reservation: "Oops. Sorry. I guess with the time change we didn't get the phones switched over." THAT'S the apology for leaving me high and dry? I've used this Enterprise location at least 3 times when in town & taking my Volvos to Kempthorn (who btw have excellent service). Never again. read more
