I would like to preface this by saying that my family and I have been members of Froggy's for…read moreyears. I've never had an issue with them until yesterday. Upon leaving after having my car washed, I noticed my low tire pressure light turned on. After driving home, I noticed that there was a small metal rod that was pushed into the side of my tire near the rim. Before entering Froggy's, my tire was completely fine. It dawned on me that the tire shine machine they have spins on that spot of your tire, so it had to have been a loose part that shoved into my tire. I noticed that the tire shine machine looked bent/broken right before I went through it as well. After contacting Froggy's, I was told a manager would be in contact with me regarding the issue. I never heard back from a manager. All I got was an email from one of their workers saying he had discussed it with his boss and that they don't think the damage came from the car wash. Is the manager that busy that he couldn't contact me? I did not go anywhere else after leaving there.. I would take legal action, but it is too trivial because it's just a tire. I have paid $30/month for years now and have given them my business along with referring many family members and friends to them. I even considered working here as well.. After this incident, I am canceling my subscription with them and letting others know about this as well

I am writing this letter to let the public know how corrupt Quality Auto is. They are located at: 126 Hinderer Ave. SW Massillon, Ohio 44646. My girlfriend is such a good person with a good heart. She let her daughter use her car so she could get back and forth to work. This past December her daughter got into a car accident and totaled the car. Needless to say, my girlfriend was heartbroken. In January, her and her dad went looking at cars. Her Dad had seen this car at Quality Auto and liked it. It was supposedly in good shape. Her dad took her to see the car and she really liked it too. She is on disability due to multiple back surgeries and is on a low income. So, my girlfriend and her dad bought the car and drove it home. She was so happy to have a car again!!! Six days later I drove the car to the grocery store and on the way to there the check engine light came on and it started to make a knocking noise. I pulled the car into the grocery store parking lot and called her dad. We had it towed to my mechanic. He looked at the car and found that the head gasket was blown due to the improper car of the engine. The engine was shot. Her dad called the salesman at Quality Auto and told him what had happened. The salesman was very unprofessional saying that he only made $200 from the sale of the car and could only give $100 towards the car to fix it. The car needed another engine, battery and power steering pump, all of which we had to pay for, Costing $1,500. This is a car from hell and this salesman was very little help. On top of everything this clown is supposed to be a mechanics teacher at a local high school. I can just picture what he teaches his students. How to rip people off, especially when they are on disability!!!
