Customer Service offset what started as a bad experience here. I reserved an AWD SUV on their website. When I arrived, they said they did not have any SUVs and asked if I would accept a pickup truck instead. The truck they pulled around for me had scratches everywhere on the exterior, and the seats were nasty. The manager came out, looked at the truck, and apologized profusely. He agreed that this was not up to their standards. He then brought a minivan around that was almost immaculate. He discounted my rate and apologized again. When I returned the vehicle a couple days later, he remembered me and apologized again and asked if there was anything else he could do. I wasn't happy that they were out of SUVs, even though that is exactly what I had reserved. I wasn't happy that their next option was a dirty, scratched vehicle. I wasn't happy that I was then relegated to a third option of a vehicle. However, the manager was over the top. He owned the mistakes, did everything possible to make it right, got me a very clean car, discounted my rate a little, and remembered me when I returned. Honestly, that's all I can ask for in this scenario. In a time when customer service seems to hardly exist anymore with most companies, this was a very refreshing experience. read more

Had a reservation at Alamo at CVG; waited an hour, they tried to give me a midsize when I'd reserved a full size elite a month ago. Took an Uber to this Enterprise, they were GREAT!!! In and out in 30 seconds with a better car at a better price. The return was just as easy, in and out in 30 seconds, on a Sunday. Props to Jack Crider! He took care of business! Well done. read more

Terrible. I had a rental booked through insurance with this location. I called the day before the rental and told them that I would be under a time crunch due to an outpatient surgery scheduled and asked them to drop a car off because I would not have time to drop their person back off. They said that would be fine. They were late on the day of the rental. I called. They said their person was on the way to take me back to their office. Which was not agreed to. But nobody ever showed up. I had someplace to be and had to have somebody else pick me up. I called the next day to figure out how to pick up my rental but they were out of cars. Not even a simple apology on either day. I see why this particular location has such a low rating. read more

I spent two hours at this location today trying to get a replacement car. My first car was damaged in the car accident. I called road assistant and they were supposed to take care of the damaged car, but they never did. The car accident was yesterday, however the enterprise is still unable to locate the car and provide the replacement. I ended up renting across the street from Hertz. read more

If I could give them less than 1 star I would. I reserved a car online over 1 month ahead of time. Arrived at 8 AM to pick up my car and was told there were no cars! I was told this has been happening for a few weeks and they have let the regional team know. What is the purpose of reserving a car?! I was told they are working on finding a car for me. A customer service rep even called me a day ahead of time to confirm my reservation. Never once did they say there might be a problem with finding a car. If they would have, I could have made other arrangements! Finally a car was found for me that afternoon. It was not what I reserved, the cars air conditioning only worked part of the time, the windshield wipers needed to be replaced and left streaks on the window. Now mind you I had a 6 hour drive for a business meeting(which I missed thanks to this and had to drive in several rain storms with faulty wipers, in the middle of summer with ac that barely worked) I called the customer service number several times to complain and was always told a regional manager would get back to me, they promised a credit for three days(I had the car for a week), no one every called me back and surprise no three day credit is in the system for me. It has been over 1 week since I returned the car, still no call from a "Regional Manager". I called to follow up and was told all the manager's had been off for the July 4th holiday and it will take some time for them to follow up. Really? All managers have been off and no one can call me back?! I utilize rental cars often for work and I can tell you I will never use Enterprise ever again! Worst customer service ever! read more

I have to admit I never had a very unusual thing happen such as a car accident, but over all, they are always well staffed, friendly, work hard, drive me to or back to my house... I usually rent the car from budget - but thought to give them a try I am really unhappy with the choice of the car they give.. 1) car was not cleaned at all 2) smell in the car was awful 3) lady who helped me needs to cover her self properly - its a professional place and you need to wear a decent cloths or tops They really need to clean car and give it the customer. read more

I've rented from this location half a dozen times before and had good experiences. But not today. First I was asked for my insurance deductible information. Fine if you need it. I've never been asked for that information before from this location or any other car rental company, but sure. I suppose you do need to know that I have insurance. Second was the car they offered had crumbs all over the back seat and dirt and dead bugs all over the front bumper. When I suggested that this was unacceptable because of the use I have for the car (driving around to photo locations before my wedding in my wedding dress) instead of offering to vacuum it like any sane business would they refused to rent the car to me. They nicely offered to call me a cab, so this is where they earned their mandatory one star. Instead of cabbing it I walked half a mile to Hertz and got a clean car for the same price that now I can return to the airport at no additional cost. Another note: I asked for the manager and the clerk said she was the manager. So I asked for her supervisor and she said its family owned. I'm not sure what that means, but I submitted a formal complaint through the corporate help desk since this person wasn't going to be helpful enough to provide me with the name of her boss. Thanks Hertz for saving me from this awfully managed branch of enterprise. Save yourself some time and go elsewhere. read more

As someone who needs to drive a car with hand controls, Enterprise did a wonderful job of making sure that the car I rented had everything I needed to drive safely installed - even the turn signal adapter, which is rare in my experience. Thank you for a great rental experience. read more

I live in Mason, OH and I drive to this location about 8 miles away, whenever I rent a car for a trip. They have a good selection of cars. It is ready when I get there. Dropping it off is easy as I use the overnight drop-off box. Bonus: you can park your personal car there while you are away which makes it a fast in and out. New: Kroger put a gas station right next door, so you can take car of any gas fill up when you get back at Kroger pricing! Go Enterprise! read more

I never use any other car rental company. I always get a good price with Enterprise. And I prefer to go to the Montgomery Road location. They seem to always have the car selection I need available. The process is always very quick and easy and the staff are always friendly and helpful. read more

I have reserved an SUV rental car approximately 1 month before June 21, 2016 when I would drive and drop it at O'Hare Airport. On June 20 I received a remınder mail stating that the car was ready. I personally visited theır offıce the same day and told them that I would like to pick the car up at 5 PM instead of 3 PM which was the pick up time on the original reservation. They checked their computer records and told me that they have changed the pick up time accordingly. On June 21 I receıved a phone call telling me that they now have no possibility to find a car for me and they didn't expect to find any. I told them I had a plane to catch and that they had to find me a car. They said that they can't. I had to go to the office and show them my original reservation printout. They were not impressed at all. I had to tell them that I would sit there untill their closing time and if I didn't get a car by then they would have to call the police to evict me. The police would then have to make a report; I would then take the report and sue them. Only after this they found a truck for me out of the blue and I had to drive a truck for the first time in my life. All this happened despite the fact that I held an Enterprise Membership Card. I got rid of my card at once and removed Enterprise from my rental car companies list. I can only hope that something like this happens to no one.
