Dixie Highway…read more Rental Beware - Extremely Disappointed with Enterprise I've had multiple rentals with Enterprise recently, and on consecutive rentals there have been issues with the vehicles . This isn't a one‑off problem; it's a pattern that shows a serious lack of upkeep and attention to maintenance. On my most recent rental, the car displayed a "service due now" warning. When I tried to get another vehicle, instead of actually addressing the problem, the staff went out to the car and simply reset the service light . That is not a solution, and it certainly doesn't inspire confidence in the safety or reliability of their vehicles. This is not the first time I've had a major issue with Enterprise. Back in December , a problem with one of their vehicles was so bad that Enterprise had to transport me 100 miles just to get another car . That experience alone should have been a red flag, but I gave them another chance and regret it. At this point, my trust in Enterprise's ability to properly maintain their vehicles is non-existent . On top of that, their handling of these situations has shown a clear lack of customer care and respect . I didn't feel listened to, and I certainly didn't feel that my safety or time were a priority. Rental beware. I will be thinking twice before ever renting from Enterprise again, and I would strongly encourage others to carefully consider their options before choosing this company.

We made a reservation for a vehicle via their website, received a confirmation email and reservation number, and an employee also called to follow up and confirm. She also requested that we arrive at 5:30 rather than 5 PM to allow a better choice of vehicle, saying they were checking them in. The business closes at 6 PM. We inquired as to a courtesy pickup within less than a mile, which we have done several times in the past, and were told they would be too busy since it was within 2 hours of closing time. We therefore arranged for our own transportation to the business, arrived at the reservation time to pick up the car, and received a phone call from another employee as we entered the lot, stating no vehicle was available. When questioned as to why the first employee did not share this info, he apologized profusely, offered no explanation, and stated they MIGHT be able to arrange for an alternate vehicle the NEXT DAY. This did not resolve our issue. Unprofessional, dishonest, and unacceptable. This location not recommended. EDIT TO ADD: Business rep responds to reviews with a request to contact to provide further info. I attempted to do so, but Chat option closed at 5 PM. The roof was never inspected at pickup, even though the agent acknowledged recent hailstorms in the area. During my rental period, the vehicle was never exposed to hail, a fact supported by historical weather data along our route and at our destination. Despite this, Enterprise immediately attributed the damage to me without any investigation into whether it might have been pre-existing. I was left feeling blindsided and unfairly blamed for something I didn't do. If Enterprise expects customers to be responsible for every inch of a vehicle, then their agents need to perform complete and documented inspections at checkout -- especially in areas recently affected by storms. She also handled a frustrated customer situation right before me with such professionalism and patience. Plus, when I had an issue with my front-left tire and a low tire pressure concern, she took care of it so nicely. Whenever I received an update that the car rental was for three days instead of the expected 30 because of the car accident, she even helped me get that figured out. It was just so easy. I was even sad to return the cute little blue and black trimmed Nissan because I truly enjoyed working with her--rockstar service like this is rare. Mandy from American Family Insurance also highly recommended her, and now I understand why.
