Appreciated the communication from employees informing me a vehicle pickup would be delayed by 30 minutes because they had to travel to Scottsburg to retrieve it. It ended up being an hour, but I was still grateful they called me ASAP, so I only had to sit in the waiting room for a 1/2 hour once I arrived. Employees were very friendly, polite, and professional. Because of the delay, I was given the option to wait for a gas fill-up or do it on my own. It was near empty, but I opted to take it because I was in a hurry, and I was credited with a partial tank. The vehicle was freshly washed, still wet when I was given the keys and the walk around. I chose to take a phone video of the vehicle inside and out before I drove off of the parking lot because of the rush, just in case. I noticed some small outside dings and a backseat cigarette burn on this 2024 vehicle with 40,000 miles. Overall, it was a decent loaner vehicle. Drop off was a piece of cake. Employees told me they can transport me within a 5-mile radius if I need a rental in the future, so I plan to make this my go-to place if and when I have a need.

I called Customer Service since this location was 0 help and the 3 times I called I was told the "billing dept would email/call me" but to no surprise they never did. The Ford Escape I received wasn't cleaned (we found a sticky plastic cup under the seat, dirt in the back seats & a melted sucker in the cup holder) and given the vehicle was a 2025 it sounded like the engine was about to fall out. Never had any issues ever with Enterprise, but this location and this experience put a bad taste in my mouth. There are more places to rent a car then this business and that's where ill be going from now on.

Our van was spotlessly clean and comfortable plus there was plenty of room for us and all of our luggage, which the owner was wonderful about assisting us with as well as loading it into and out of the vehicle. Dixie Highway…read more Rental Beware - Extremely Disappointed with Enterprise I've had multiple rentals with Enterprise recently, and on consecutive rentals there have been issues with the vehicles . This isn't a one‑off problem; it's a pattern that shows a serious lack of upkeep and attention to maintenance. On my most recent rental, the car displayed a "service due now" warning. When I tried to get another vehicle, instead of actually addressing the problem, the staff went out to the car and simply reset the service light . That is not a solution, and it certainly doesn't inspire confidence in the safety or reliability of their vehicles. This is not the first time I've had a major issue with Enterprise. Back in December , a problem with one of their vehicles was so bad that Enterprise had to transport me 100 miles just to get another car . That experience alone should have been a red flag, but I gave them another chance and regret it. At this point, my trust in Enterprise's ability to properly maintain their vehicles is non-existent . On top of that, their handling of these situations has shown a clear lack of customer care and respect . I didn't feel listened to, and I certainly didn't feel that my safety or time were a priority. Rental beware. I will be thinking twice before ever renting from Enterprise again, and I would strongly encourage others to carefully consider their options before choosing this company.

We made a reservation for a vehicle via their website, received a confirmation email and reservation number, and an employee also called to follow up and confirm. She also requested that we arrive at 5:30 rather than 5 PM to allow a better choice of vehicle, saying they were checking them in. The business closes at 6 PM. We inquired as to a courtesy pickup within less than a mile, which we have done several times in the past, and were told they would be too busy since it was within 2 hours of closing time. We therefore arranged for our own transportation to the business, arrived at the reservation time to pick up the car, and received a phone call from another employee as we entered the lot, stating no vehicle was available. When questioned as to why the first employee did not share this info, he apologized profusely, offered no explanation, and stated they MIGHT be able to arrange for an alternate vehicle the NEXT DAY. This did not resolve our issue. Unprofessional, dishonest, and unacceptable. This location not recommended. EDIT TO ADD: Business rep responds to reviews with a request to contact to provide further info. I attempted to do so, but Chat option closed at 5 PM. I'll make an attempt tomorrow if I have time and will update my review then to share if any attempts at resolution to the original issue.
