The shuttle bus to get the car rental area was subpar, the employee was grouchy and did not feel like helping me with my luggage, not a big deal, I can handle my own suitcase but if you expect service, you might not get it. He was very selective on who he was helping and enforcing the rules. He was very forceful to not sit in wheelchair area when we arrived. When leaving two young black men were sitting in wheelchair and they were able bodied and he did not say anything. Plan 20 minutes extra when returning your car. Enterprise check in is fast but the shuttle bus is your bottleneck. There are only 2 buses and they don't leave until they are quite full. The rental car ran well but it was filthy! The van needed to be vacuumed and surfaces wiped. It was gross and I forgot my microfibers to do it myself. read more

Hop on the rental car bus which to takes you to one location for all vendors, show your reservation and boom your car is there. The only snag was an attempt to upgrade me that didn't calculate equal to what was offered and no one could figure out why. Return was equally easy. We were in town for a wedding last weekend and rented a car from Enterprise located in the Cleveland Airport. We had the privilege of working with Alex Perez there. Our original reservation was going to be too small for all of our luggage and golf clubs. Alex was kind enough to offer us an upgrade for a nominal fee. Alex was very patient, kind and knowledgeable. We would recommend this location to anyone looking for great service! I would also like to add that when we returned the car, my husband left his backpack in the backseat of our rental and did not realize it until we were dropped off at the airport. He took the shuttle back to Enterprise and the gentleman working there that morning, he did not get his name, (Sunday, April 14 at about 8:30 am) took the time to drive him to the rental and help him search for his bag, which he found! Getting the car was a hassle due to the lady on the phone telling us we were to go to the front desk and ask for carseats for our 8-month-old and two-year-old. We had Serena at the front desk, who said she couldn't do much to help us with the situation. She ended up going above and beyond, and I can't express the empathy she showed for our family. I had to drive here because the local branch gave us the wrong size carseat for our baby. I like that ERAC and other rental car companies are at this hub located away from the airport. Good that the airport branch has midnight & weekend business hours. Apparently the self service kiosk was "out of order". No big deal this time since the line wasn't too bad and I already had a rental car. Folks tried to be as helpful as possible, but it seems that they run with minimal staffing. I noticed that there was a couple of customers standing around waiting for associates who were busy getting cars or checking in returns. Got the replacement carseat. read more

We ended up having a few hiccups as we tried to check out and we had to come back after we had waited an hour to be seen and already had made an online reservation. The staff here were great...place clean and efficient....we were upgraded no charge. HOWEVER....we drove the hour to Blossom Music Center and arrived there at 2pm. Turned the car off sitting in an auxiliary lot waiting for the premium lot to open at 4pm. At 3:50, all the cars in the lot fired up but not ours. Nope. Nothing. DEAD BATTERY....at BLOSSOM!?!? Are you even remotely familiar with the level of NIGHTFCKNGMARE this is now?! The highest rated hand-held meter used to test a battery's capability is $40. Enterprise can afford to make sure that EVERY SINGLE GDDMN CAR ON THE LOT is tested before hand-off. EVERY GDDMN TIME!?! One star for stone-age ridiculousness. Second star because the lovely lady who checked us in zero'd out the bill after hearing what happened. Sure, it was FREE, but that in no way makes up for the stress induced by potentially being STUCK in the middle-of-nowhere as a result of pure stupidity. Nor missing being up front for the GA pit (we were the SECOND car in the lot). We were now LAST into GA. Luckily, I managed to source jumper cables from some tailgaters (FREE, they were not from OH) and a jump from the guy parked next to us ($20, a local). PS, what kind of redneck charges $20 for a mere jump?! Classy, bro. read more

We use enterprise atleast monthly, my husband was not rented a vehicle by the man at the counter because his ID was cracked in the corner. I digitally checked him in to by pass the counter and the man at the counter came running out as the women was giving my husband his rental because his ID was fine for her, and told him to go rent from someone else. My husband's ID works to fly across the country to get there but that crack in his ID prohibits car rental? This man is an embarrassment to your company, and clearly has no customer service skills or really any skills other then to be a ignorant disgruntled prick who shouldn't be working with the public. Of the many rental agencies I've rented from around the country, this location had the best service of all the agencies that do not have online check-in. First, I did not need to cross the street to catch the bus to the rental building like almost every other airport I've been to. This allowed my family to join me with all our luggage and car seats (I usually go to get the car then come back to pick up the family since it's too cumbersome to get everyone and everything to the bus). Second, there was no line when I arrived at Enterprise. Then, every person I encountered was nice, helpful, and not pushy. The person at the kiosk even came out to greet us and pulled the car in for us. And the rep at the exit gate had our paperwork ready for us and in her hand by the time we pulled up. All in all, this was a fantastic experience. I am knocking off 1 star since there is no option to check-in online, skip the line, or go straight to your car. I realize this is a company-wide issue and not unique to this location, but it's still a drawback. read more

Getting the car on 8/3/18 and returning it on 8/6/2018 was fine, except for the extra $48 and change in "taxes" after I had already paid for the rental. But when I realized I left my AUX cord with an Apple Lightning adapter attached to connect my iPhone for music in the car, I quickly filed a Lost and Found report on the website. I got an email back that same day saying they had not found it, when I know without a doubt that it was left in the Hyundai rental car on 8/6/2018. Whoever was the first person in my Hyundai car definitely stole this cord, but I guess it doesn't matter, because Bobby in Lost and Found just informed me that Enterprise has a flat shipping rate of $37 no matter the size of the item lost!!!! I said to him on the phone, "$37 for any item, even a half ounce cord?" and he said, "Yep." So...thanks for stealing my cord, Enterprise Cleveland, and thanks for not having any option to ship it back less than $37 even if it was found!!! Next time will be going with a different rental company. read more

While the parent company also owns National, Alamo and others...I have found myself frequenting the national brand more ofter than not...but on occasion I get back to Enterprise. When I arrived the representative was very pleasant. He quickly entered my information and also ensured that I had the option to add full coverage which I thought I had, but was unsure. We laughed about an incident when someone else didn't get coverage, and it was an easy decision to add it. The cost was fair for an SUV and I was able to return it to a different location at no additional cost. We ended up getting a Durango and WE WERE PLEASED because they let us choose this one! I was happy with how it drove, how clean it was, it had a full tank, and most of all the customer service at the desk to the car was FANTASTIC. I'm looking forward to flying into Cleveland again to visit my family and I'll definitely rent again from Enterprise at this location. This helped make my weekend with my family top notch. Just had literally the best customer experience of my life. Running late to catch my flight - I was nervous about taking the rental car shuttle. I reached out to enterprise and explained my situation and they offered to have me drive to the rental car return area and have one of the employees there drive me directly to the terminal. Just got off with a corporate Enterprise office to resolve some additional optional charges that magically got added to my bill. Specifically, I got my bill to see that I purchased $6.99 per day of additional roadside assistance despite having my AAA membership and card. Once I called the corporate office, they were able to verify that I actually did not purchase that and take $27 and change off my bill. Also, a lady lied to my office offering me a toll pass. I asked her how much it was and she said: a one time fee of $3.00 and then they bill whatever the tall fees were. $3.00 sounded like an ok convenience fee to pay for just driving through the tolls. The actual fee was $3.95 a day. Same lady that run the $6.99 a day roadside assistance fee without me actually purchasing it. What a scam. Be vigilant. The minivan we rented had deflated tires that squeaked at every intersection and had no working USB ports. read more

I have been a fan of Enterprise Rent-A-Car for a long time, but this holiday season added a big boost to that. Rented an SUV while visiting my mother in Cleveland. Almost a full two weeks later, my mother remembered that she left her binoculars in the rental car. (These are very treasured as she is an avid birder.) Yikes! My heart sank as I thought it almost impossible that someone would have turned them in. But I was very soon proved wonderfully wrong! Due to the honesty and diligence of the Cleveland Hopkins Airport Enterprise staff, and Enterprise's online Lost and Found reporting and tracking mechanism, within 15 minutes of my mom calling me to see if there was anything that could be done about her binoculars, I had a message from the Cleveland Customer Service staff that they were there. My mom picked them up the next day, and was, according to her, treated royally by "the very nice young people at Enterprise" (her words). In particular, Patti and Kawanis, were folks that helped her out. Many, many thanks to the Cleveland Enterprise crew!!!! I really appreciate your help and that you made my mom feel very well cared for. BTW: The rental car was awesome, as was the customer service all the way through! read more

If u get a parking ticket on your rental car, keep a close eye on your bank account because they will double charge u months after u already paid the ticket. Then you'll have to fill out a form to get your money back even though u showed proof of payment 3 TIMES. It takes 7-14 days to receive your money back. read more
