This is the most ghetto Enterprise I've ever been to. The whole staff is unprofessional! My insurance put in a claim for me to get a vehicle. Went to this location to get vehicle. They told me to come back next day because they didn't have any vehicles. Took off my job and came back the next day then they claimed they didn't not have my claim. So I raised hell to the manger and her staff. It was the manager fault because she did not do something right in the system, she admitted to this. My insurance company told me this office canceled my vehicle pickup and the manager lied on the phone saying they did not. Then she lied saying she will reimburse me for an Uber from the car collision place once they dropped me off to Enterprise. Sent her my receipt via text and she never reimbursed me. Office opened on time (we were first in line) and the car we had reserved was on the lot, cleaned and ready to go. Simple check-in process was appreciated. Staff was nice and professional. Only drawback is that this office is not open on Sundays - but the manager worked with us to return on that day. (A pick up on Sunday is not available - have to use a less convenient Enterprise location when that is needed). Anyway, great experience! Rude, unprofessional, and tried to extort money from me after I took the car back with the "chip in the gas tank" trick to charge extra money. I'd just had an accident and was trying to get a car to get to an emergency doctor's appointment. Erica asked me why I scheduled an appointment when I didn't know how long it would take them. I had the worst experience at this location. I reserved a car several days ago and asked for pickup from the repair shop where I was leaving my car. I specifically asked for a small SUV. My pickup was supposed to happen at 2 PM. No one showed up until after 2:30PM. The driver was very apologetic about the delay. I got in the pick up car and it reeked of cigar or cigarette smoke. I could hardly breathe for the seven or eight minute ride that it took to get back to the rental car facility. Once there, I found that their COVID-19 precautions included that you must do business outside. I wouldn't have minded it so much but it was sprinkling rain. When I arrived I stood outside for A few minutes Until someone came out to greet me finals. I was showing a Chevy Malibu. When I stated that I have reserved an SUV I was told by a very rude employee that all the SUVs had been sent for an oil change. There was no SUD available. I saw an SUV in the parking lot and ask about that one. I was told that a couple was looking at that SUV. I really had to get back for a meeting so I just decided to take the Malibu. The car had already been started when I got in. The staff person walked away without showing me anything about operating the vehicle. I couldn't get the vehicle out of park so that I could drive away. As I got out of the car to go and find someone who could show me how to operate the vehicle, the same staff Woman came out to say that the white SUV was now available since the couple had decided not to take it. I agreed to take it but when I walked over to look at it, I opened the door and saw that all the seats, front and back, were stained and dirty. The carpet was dirty and the car was completely filthy. I went back to the Malibu and left. Here we are two days later and I am returning the car. I never drove it other than to get home and then to return it to the rental car office. When I got there I was told that I owed money for 1 gallon of gas. I told the staff person that that couldn't be true because I had driven less than 5 miles when I had the car. The car has been parked in my driveway for two days. I was told there was nothing to be done because there was a computer chip that determined how much gas was in the car. I went ahead and paid for the gas and told the staff person that I would never do business at this location again. I actually am concerned about whether or not I want to do business with this company again. Customer service is extremely important to me and I felt like I was treated shabbily. read more

I rented a car in this location for couple of days, the service was friendly, prompt and professional. Like many location they didn't have an economy car in hand so I had a free upgrade. The car given was nice and spotless. I would use them again. read more

STOP! FIND ANOTHER LOCATION! Steven, the "manager" has the worst customer service I have ever  experienced. My mom rented a car from this location and she wanted to keep the car for an additional day, which meant she would have to return the car on a Saturday. The rental was due at 3pm and the location closes at 12pm on Saturdays. So I told my mom about the store's After Hours policy and she called and asked about it. Steven said, "You can do that but if the car is turned in after 12pm, you will be charged for Sunday and Monday". I also explained to him what the website said and he stated "I know what the website says, WE CLOSE AT 12PM! SO IT'S IMPOSSIBLE TO RETURN THE CAR ON SATURDAY (after hours) AND NOT GET CHARGED". So, we asked to speak to the manager and he was very ignorant and responded with, "Actually, I am the manager!". I then asked was there someone above him in which I could speak with, he said, "We can call customer service, but y'all will be calling me back". So, I called customer service and asked how the After Hours policy worked and he confirmed my previous statement by saying that "You do not get charged, as long as the rental in turned in by 3pm".So we call that location back and Steven decided to have someone else answer the phone and of course, that intelligent person said "Well, this branch does it this way and ignore what was confirmed by the customer service rep". Steven, the "manager," was also telling the person what to say. So, then they said, "Well, your best bet is to turn it in at the Sandhills location and we will take care of the cost. For future references, it's best to get the car here on time". I believe this location is shady and is pocketing the money they get from ripping people off. If you do happen to decide on utilizing this "business" facility, I pray to God you adhere to this review and overall, be careful. If they do charge you an extra day or so for After Hours, call customer service and report it. The manager is a complete and utter simpleton, who lacks the key to the overall success of a business; CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. He should be stripped from management at this facility. My experience with this particular enterprise was not pleasant. My husband, my 90 year old mother and myself was on our way to Florida when the transmission went out on the car. We had the car towed and I looked up car rental places and I saw this particular enterprise and according to them they "do an immediate pickup. NOT!!!! Made the reservation at 9:30. Told them to make the reservation for 10:30am that morning and they would be at the garage to pick us up immediately. 10:00 rolled around no enterprise, 10:30 no enterprise. Called and all you get is put on hold for 45 minutes and when you get someone they pass you around to someone else. After calling 11x I finally got a I guess a supervisor, so she said. This was at 11:30. I was on hold for 20 minutes while she tried to find someone to pick us up. As if that was not enough the phone goes dead. Surprise!!!! I called back and it seems like the only time they will answer your phone is when you are reserving a car. I spoke to a lady at 11:50am and she proceed to tell me that the place where the car is closes at 12 and could I get a ride there before that time to pick the car up. Lol. You was suppose to pick me up over 2 hours ago and then you ask me if I can go and pick the car up 10 minutes before they close. This enterprise is very ghetto, no professionalism, customer service sucked. I pray nobody else experience what I went through with them. My 90 year old mother said thank you for your kindness and your southern hospitality because if that's the best you can do, you need to train your staff better. I would not recommend this enterprise to my worse enemy. It's over with now, and I thank the young man at another rental place. and guess what he was prompt, courteous, and very professional, something this enterprise is lacking. read more

Worst customer service ever!! This is the second incident I have had with this particular location! After this one I finally had to call my insurance company to send me to one of the other two locations on this same road! They are much better than this one! My wife was in an accident and trhe insurance told her to go there to pick up a rental while her car was being repaired! The manager there refused to rent her a car! The manager also told the driver to leave my wife and one year old son at the Body Shop! This is absolutely horrible and unnacceptable! I do not see how Enterprise allows such a horribly ran store to operate under their name! read more
