It's quiet in here, and the neighbors are wonderful. (And they don't allow dangerous dogs in here)There is a big park for the children of the neighborhood to play in and a big pool that is always sparkling clean !! And the best part the Property Manager, Ms. Carol ALWAYS is on top of everything and handles any issues that may arise immediately!!!! And Ms. Carla, who also is on the office is amazing too! The maintenance guy, Gene-O keeps this park with the grass cut and is always happy and you can tell he loves his job! I'm so GLAD that we came back! The best part is this park is FAMILY OWNED, unlike the former mobile home park we had a lot at, which is corporate owned and they do not care about their residents, they only care about $$$$

Now as of today we have neither hot tubs working for over two weeks. The outside hot tub is a quick fix per the pool maintenance person I spoke with. The inside hot tub has a major issue that has been going on for a very long time....why with all the homes and the fees we are all paying is that not a priority. I know as a home owner I would never have even looked at buying or retiring here if I had a clue of the issues that would not be fixed in a timely fashion. Having the two hot tubs are a huge draw to me due to my health conditions . I know of three other couples our age that we referred to look in here and now we are deterring them. What a shame your residences aren't a priority.

When my bf arrived he immediately approached telling him not to move in and if he does he will call the police. Then when I went back to talk to him he said he would let ME move in but not my boyfriend because he smelled of weed. Which we don't smoke, someone around him had. Never asked him about it, just jumped to conclusions. Then proceeded to talk to us in a condescending manner asking me to leave to speak to my aunt (the owner of the home) about my boyfriend like he was a child. This man is rude, condescending, racist and will stereotype you. He assumed bc my boyfriend is black that he smoked weed and would be a problem for our neighbors. It has one of the best designed traffic flows I have seen. You drive to the back, find your row, take a left and pull into your slot. Look on their web site if this doesn't make sense. It's super easy. Every site is a very flat concrete pad with plenty of room. All roads are asphalt and are in perfect condition. It's the easiest place to get into and out of that I have seen. They have all the expected connections at every site. No cable, but there are more than two dozen channels available via antenna. They pick up your trash. Super nice pool. Golf carts for rent. Places for kids and dogs. The grass is very nicely maintained. The place is secure with a real gate that they give you a card to open. Everything here is first rate. The staff was super nice. We got an Amazon delivery but we're off at Bald Head Island near closing time they called us about it and we said just leave it by the door... someone took the time to bring it to our site! While you are there, definitely take the ferry out to Bald Head Island. It's not far. I definitely recommend this place and honestly will say that it deserves more than five stars.
