I was a bit skeptical about this location due to previous reviews but the Enterprise on Ponce De Leon was incredible!!! My insurance made a reservation for me and within minutes I had keys to a rental car in my hand. Jared Kennedy and the other sales rep at the front desk were awesome. As someone who's not from Miami, it's hard to find down to earth, genuine and just good humans but I would absolutely come back here. Thanks again! read more

Terrible location. Last two times I have reserved a car here they call minutes before my scheduled pickup to advise the vehicle was not available. read more

Terrrrrrrrrrible service. Waited and waited for someone to answer the phone. Missed an important appointment bc they never answered the phone. Then my insurance called them and they finally answered. I got to the office and waited over 1 hour just to speak to the 1 employee working. Total s show. Don't come here if you need to get your car in a certain time. read more

DO NOT RENT FROM ENTERPRISE! It's a TERRIBLE COMPANY - with faulty vehicles that die and the. You need to call roadside assistance; they are unhelpful and give you the run around for obtaining a replacement vehicle. This location in particular had the most inept woman working by herself clearly overwhelmed and untrained on how to deal with customers in an emergency situation. She essentially picked up the phone and told me to call corporate and figure out the replacement vehicle. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANCE read more

Rented a car for 3 days to visit the Keys. It was such a smooth pick up. There was no lines (felt sorry for the people lining up for Hertz on the other side), just got our rental and went to the first floor. On the first floor, you choose your car and some of the cars did have visible dents and damage but we took careful videos and photos. The drop off was smooth. But I'll update my reviews when we see our final bill read more

We rented a van here to drive our family to a funeral in NC. Long story short, we had TWO flat tires. I ended up sitting at a rest stop for 4 hours at night alone with our possessions. Enterprise told us to take an Uber to the nearest office, which was 50 miles away. Our stuff wouldn't fit in the Uber and Enterprise person on the phone said, " Well, that's your problem." I even had the police show up because they thought I was homeless as all our stuff was on the sidewalk. The "replacement" vehicle also had a flat. We were told,"there are no replacement vehicles, so you'll just have to go to TIRES Plus to get it fixed. I am not kidding. We had to take care of it. When we returned to Coral Gables, we were told that a manager would contact us. They didn't. Did we get compensation or even a phone call? No. Not a thing. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY as you will not be supported or compensated if anything goes wrong with their vehicle. read more

Good experience here, nothing to complain about. In and out fast. Nice car i got and clean

I love this location. I've been a customer for at least 10 years. Eileen goes above and beyond to give the best customer experience. I gave a 4 star because last Saturday, I picked up a car for a week rental and there was only 1 employee and at least 5 people waiting to be helped. The 1 employee was washing cars, helping rental and return customers. Everyone is very hard working but just can't do it all. There's always been at least 3 employees at this location. I hope it was just a one time situation. read more

Great service from the minute I walked in. Conveniently located in between my work site and body shop doing the repair. Thank you for upgrading me to an Audi Q3 and then an Q5. Good Karma comes to those that begin a request with PLEASE and ended it with a BIG Thank you. read more

We heard it could be tough to get a rental car and a fair price, coming out of Covid. But, we found just what we needed online for our trip to the Keys, and branch manager Eddy gave us the best service. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and conscientious. We would recommend this location even over the airport and other spots. It was even walkable from our Hyatt in Coral Gables. read more

The worst place to rent a car, the customer service was disrespectful and impatient with our questions. Having a reservation of a month earlier, they didn't give us the desired car and even something similar, proclaiming that it would be changed but it never happened. I hope that some manager or boss will act and educate their workers to treat their customers in the best way and with that their service will be improved. read more

I had a good experience during my rental. Arleen and Mo was great , they helped through the whole process that can be stressful sometimes, but they make it feel really smooth. Good customer service. read more

Worst Customer service ever. After being dropped off by the auto repair shop, we were informed that our luxury rental wasn't really reserved and they tried to give us a Kia. After a debate with the manager Dean Stone he decided that he would REFUSE to rent us a car, leaving two elderly people with no ride home. I believe this was a bait and switch to charge our insurance company more and give us a substandard vehicle. Dean Stone seemed very pleased with the authority to deny our rental. After Dean Stone made his ultimatum he disappeared into the back office never to be seen again. After a long period of being stranded at the rental office, magically a female employee offers us a Chevy Trax us to get home in.... again a difficult vehicle for us to get into so small, so upsetting to be treated so poorly by Dean Stone. The female employee also stated that we were not disrespectful to her or Dean Stone. I hope no one else makes the mistake of using this agency. Update 1. Day 2 sorry for report I have not received a response after contacting customer support either, as requested in the after my review. read more

Called, got bounced around, was told I was being transferred to actual location. After waiting on hold for 20 minutes, got some loud beep noises then hung up on. Don't waste your time with this level of service. Worst part is we have referred countless people as I work at a nearby big name hotel. Will be looking for a different company. read more

Made a reservation to pick up a small car a week in advance. Waited over an hour because they had "no cars". Once cars came in they were all big SUVs, had to wait again for a small car to come in (had no estimate or anything for when that would be) They didn't care to look at my reservation or for my name in the system. Very frustrating experience. Would not use again. read more

Do not visit this enterprise! I have never been treated worse at any establishment in my life. I had rented a car from a different enterprise location and called to see if I could return it at this Ponce de Leon once. I was asked what kind of car I had, and then told yes come over. When I arrived a woman by the name of"Mo" looked at me and said they were "dumped." I did not know what that meant. She said they could not accept any more cars. Keep in mind there were four people waiting in the waiting area which were going to rent cars therefore, in a few minutes, they would have four empty spots. I told her I had called and had been told I could drop it off. She said I don't know what you're talking about but I cannot take the car. I said I just called and was told I could leave it. She said that's not true and walked away from me. I have never in my life been treated so poorly. Do not go to this enterprise. If you end up going there, do not, allow Moe to attend you. She is a horrible, horrible person with a terrible disposition who should be fired. She should not be dealing with the public. read more

Best rental car location and customer service EVER. Let me start by saying that I made a reservation with Enterprise and 24hour before my trip they canceled my reservation. I had to drive my family to Orlando and I talked to all the managers at the Enterprise Miami Airport location and they simply said "We Overbooked." I was very pissed off as it was the last day of the year and all cars for 7 people seemed to be taken or were available at a ridiculous price. That's when I found Enterprise Coral Gables online and the manager Oren Lambert was AMAZING from the time I called to the time I walked in and then after when I returned the car. I was hating enterprise; but apparently the Coral Gables location operates separately and we rented a beautiful car at a very fair price and Oren was amazing answering all the questions. If it wasn't for him my family vacation would have been ruined. Thank you Oren & Enterprise Coral Gables for being so amazing. read more

We had a very positive experience. Nicholas was friendly and very up-front with all the details. The Jeep we were given was new and a joy to drive. At no time were we pressured to accept any extras that we didn't need (some car rental places try to get you to take Sunpass). The price was competitive and the location is convenient. I will definitely be back. read more

They gave me a car that would not start after two days. When I called and spoke to the branch manager, he said they'd send a tow truck to drop off a different car and pick up the broken one. Two and a half hours later the tow truck did not show up - when I called their roadside service, they told me the tow truck had gotten to the enterprise location to pick up the new car but was sent away because enterprise told the driver they had no more cars available. Enterprise did not even call me! Now I'm stuck with no car, no way of getting to work or take kids to school. Worst service ever!!! **update** Tow truck was finally arranged the next day to pick up broken down car and drop off new rental. A credit was given upon rental return. Rep was very friendly and apologetic. Thank you. read more

If you're renting a car in Coral Gables, I highly recommend this location. Zach in particular has been helpful to me, but honestly, all of the professionals at this location are top-notch. They are patient with questions and always upfront about what they have and don't have available. I love it that they don't overpromise and are understanding with customers who have questions about unfamiliar features in newer model cars. The cars they rent out in my experience are always clean. I love that the cars they rent have sound systems that easily pair with cellphones for hands-free calling and the ability to play my own music in the cars. The parking situation at this location is a bit dicey so just be patient if you are being dropped off or picked up here since it's located near Merrick Park. Many shoppers park in the angled spots along Ponce de Leon instead of in the garage so it's hard to get spots near Enterprise. They do have a small lot you can pull into but it's a bit tight. None of this is the fault of the staff, however, hence my 5-star review. These people have helped me out more times than I can count since when I visit my mother, I often need a car to use while I'm here. read more

My name is George B. I have never in the past felt a need to write a review on Yelp in the past about any restaurant or service provider and created this Yelp account to go out of my way and express the gratuity and pleasant experience I received from the team at this enterprise location. Just to get off my chest I am floored about the last review I just read because it is the furthest treatment I couldn't possibly imagine from that rental car service, they literally treated me like gold after a devistatong ordeal that I experienced out of all days Christmas Eve none the less when I was in a life threatening accident where luckily I walked out alive; can't say that about my poor vehicle though that piece of metal was non recognizable. I was so sore and battered from this accident that almost took my life and was issued a rental car from Geico and they had me go to 2 locations which had zero information on my claim. I'm from coral gables so I googled nearest enterprise and there was one like a mile from my house, I remember saying darn why didn't they just contact this one in the first place. So I call this enterprise and I went on a rant, kind of upset like the couple from the last post and on the phone was Dane stone, he apologized for all the confusion and really sympathized with me genuinely showing sincere concern, I can tell when someone is humoring me and this wasn't the case. I kept forgetting his name and I was embarrassed and he said Dane like Great Dane. I said I swear to god if you are knee higher a grass hopper I'm going to make fun of you he laughed it was funny. At any rate this mother effers like 7 feet tall haha. So I'm a heart beat he got me a rental car and after telling him I'm beat up from the accident I'd have to take an Uber or the bus and he said no sir I'll have a pick up arranged for you. I was like what!!! Red carpet treatment amazing. So they picked me up and let me choose the car I wanted which was a comfortable new clean Toyota, I don't recommend em but they are good on gas. I just can't believe anyone would go out of their way to bad mouth these folks helping people like me in coral gables. I asked this Dane guy, I said how much does it cost to open up a franchise like this and surprisingly he replied I'm not sure but I can give you the number to corporate and I stopped him in his tracts and said hold up your not the owner of this spot. He said nah I wish but that's what I'm inspiring to do perhaps in the near future. I'm really upset with the last post on this review of that establishment because it's so far fetched it's not funny. Those folks over there were nothing but the kindest most helpful people ever and it truly was so refreshing that they actually cared. lol I called the original Office that was suppose to give me a rental which is about a mile from there and the girl literally hung up on my face. We're going through a pandemic right now we all need to be kind to each other whether your a customer or a service provider and I have not one bad thing to say about Dane or the nice lady that works there as well and the other young man. They even got me a cup of coffee. In my book if you look up good service in the dictionary, you will see a picture of guys. Any rate I'm pretty upset with those folks that wrote that last hideous comment and would love to give them a piece of my mind. Hope they read this and are ashamed of themselves. All in all stellar location and keep up the good work. read more

My car was stolen two months ago; so I decided to go with a rental company I knew my insurance would cover and that I had frequented in the past. From the moment I explained my situation to Enterprise, their representative was sensitive to my situation and was fully aware of how the insurance coverage worked. Even when discrepancies occurred regarding the coverage of the rental on return, they were quite helpful in making sure that a mistake was not made on their part by contacting the insurance company directly. The only thing I found odd was that my father (he had offered to pay after all the grief I had experienced) was not allowed to pay the final bill on his credit card due to the rental being under my name. Still makes no sense to me. I have rented from this location and Enterprise many times, and I will definitely continue to do so. read more

I never knew renting a car could be so easy. ARTHUR the GM of this location calls to confirm and will even pick me up to bring me to the lot to get my car. The majority of my cruise ship litigation is in Miami- so if I need to get to the Courthouse I take an über. But occasionally I need to go to Orlando, Key West or Port Canaveral and I rent a car. On my last visit ARTHUR was out of my Chevrolet Impala and "stuck me" with a super cool Mustang GT that I had an absolute blast driving to Orlando. My go to rental place and it should be yours too. Just keep your eyes on the hours as they are not open as late or on Sundays either. read more

Had a wonderful experience. Service is great: fast and courteous. Cars are new and well-maintained. Highly recommend!

I've had two experiences with this Enterprise location. The service is quite fast and friendly, and the staff will go out of their way to help customers. The car that I had reserved was unavailable, and one of the Enterprise team members was fast to help me find a similar replacement vehicle. Even though the discrepancy occurred, the fast correction ensures that I will return to this particular Enterprise location the next time I find myself in Miami. read more

This was a wonderful rental car experience. The staff was so nice, I could barely believe I was in Miami. They upgraded me to a very luxury car for only $10 more. The driver who took me back to my office didn't speak English and instead of making me feel badly for not speaking Spanish he tried to communicate with me as I did him. It turned into an impromptu Rosetta Stone session! What a great place, will definitely rent from them again. read more

This is the best Enterprise that I had ever went to and Orem is a great manager that sincerely cares about this customers!

The team at Enterprise provided stellar service. Coffee, and a free ride home after I dropped off the rental 2 weeks ago.

I got the car I wanted when I wanted with no waiting. Enterprise picked me up and took me back to the Hyatt 2 miles away. I checked reviews on a couple of rental agencies and decided that best service was from Enterprise. It was refreshing that a company - Enterprise- did exactly what they promised with a great attitude. The car was immaculate. By the way, always check the gas gauge - I always do a photo of gas gauge and any scratch/dent, etc before leaving the lot and make sure it agrees with the agreement. read more

The service at this enterprise branch is stellar. I was in an accident that resulted in my brand new car being a total loss. From the moment I walked in on a Monday morning, Alina made sure that I was taken care of. Not only did she honor the insurance claim reservation that was made for another branch, but she made sure that I got my daughter to school on time. I was amazed at how above and beyond she went to get us out of there promptly. She and her staff also had a new vehicle that surpassed my expectations the following day due to the first car not being my first choice. I really cannot say enough... I never thought I would be writing such a great review about a car rental company, but they really made a bad situation not as bad thanks to their amazing customer service. If I ever need to rent a car again this will for sure be my go to place. read more
