I received a quote and reserved a car online through my emerald club. My wife picked up the car and the agreement showed additional charges for services that the reservation clearly stated were included in my initial quote. I called and they said that they would reverse those additional charges when the car was turned in. We turned in the car and they did NOT reverse the charges. So I contacted Emerald club and they said they would contact them and have the charges reversed. Needless to say the charges were never reversed. WATCH OUT THESE GUYS WILL RIP YOU OFF! read more

From the time I pull in to the time I leave the parking lot I know I'm in good hands with people who genuinely care about my needs and well being for the business trips we go on. The word marvelous is just an understatement of how I feel each time we pick up a vehicle from this establishment. Each employee we deal with always exceeds our expectations on our vehicle needs and so forth. Patel was the first person we dealt with and I forgot to do the survey for him, however this is one 5 star employee when it comes to accommodations for us. The cars are always clean and smell nice, plus we are always greeted with smiling faces and feel welcomed each time we walk in. Thank you for treating us like family, this is why we always choose this location over any other one in Corpus. I will post more pictures later on. read more

Most of the staff was not helpful. Didn't give pertinent info at time of reservation being made such as what paperwork would be needed. Told us that if we were paying with a debit card we needed a credit card to go along with it. Staff was young, millennial mostly and the manager was strutting around and kissing her employees on the cheek and saying como esta, like that one aunt everyone knows that thinks she's still a teen or in their early twenties. I was in need of a rental car as a family member was seriously ill. This Enterprise Rent-A-Car went out of their way to make sure I got a car. They were kind and professional when dealing with me and my situation. Taylor, was a godsend. He assured me that he would take care of the details for me. Mitchel and Kristen were friendly and knowledgeable about the company policies and practices and assisted me efficiently. The attitude in the store filled the atmosphere. I made a reservation early in the morning for a car for 1 day. I called once they opened to see if someone could pick me up since i am visiting and had no transportation and the guy working there informed me that they didn't and would call me if they found someone who could pick me up and we left it at that. I decided to just take a Lyft to pickup my vehicle as its no big deal.. on arrival I went to check in and the girl working in front who was the only unmasked worker said that i had spoke with someone that they had no vehicles and would call me if there were any cars I could pickup.. That was definitely NOT what I had understood and NOT what the employee told me over the phone. I get it.. there are car shortages but what really irritated me is how much attitude this girl employee had with me. She didn't even apologize she just said "you can wait either wait for our call or go out and come back in two hours" and ignored me while i was trying to figure out what i could do as i was now pretty much stranded at their location since i had no transportation and had just spent $35 dollars for a Lyft ride. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.. I ended up walking to a hertz 15 mins away and they had much better service than this enterprise location.. definitely do not recommend. read more

Fast service, car was spotless and ran well. Staff was pleasant and responsive to questions, will rent from them again.

I called several times. Was on hold for 45 minutes. Still never got through. Once I got here for my reservation it was a more expensive car that what my insurance company allowed per day and they didn't bother to pick up the phone and let me know it would be out of pocket. I had already turned my vehicle in to the body shop for repairs and got a ride over there and had no vehicle and no way to say no. I feel that issue should have been made known to way before. I've rented from this location for 3 yrs and employees as well as managers leave. I was treated unfairly by Bamboo a new employee that hasn't been there not even 3 months. I spoke to Mary and told her to make sure Charles the branch manager to that location contact which he never heard my complaint. This took place on June 27, 2020. @ 12:30 pm. I have a voice message stating I'm band from future rentals nationwide from a branch manager that runs only 1 store. The regional and area manager from Corpus Christi , TX are letting manager under them make nationwide decisions. I'm disabled and a senior citizen and I've been treated unfair as they never investigated or asked what happened upon my rental return. I'm a female, a senior citizen, federal employee retired and 3 men higher in command let a branch manager make a decision based on lies and the all of them are being bogus. Enterprise took more than a hour to pick me up from the collision shop right down the street, they were out to lunch and short handed I had to call them. Arrived still short handed, the guy that picked me up still had to wash the rental, at that time a lady came in complaining that her rental smelled like smoke and was giving her a headache so the girl there was switching her out to another one and at the same time my rental comes out still wet, they didn't dry it, NO FLOOR MATS at all. The young girl was in a hurry, sits in it and shows me the gas and tells me to return it the same way, also asked me if I rented from them and I replied yes. I asked her to pull the car up so I could open the back door and place my items inside, after that she came to the back and asked me a few questions about using my insurance and I signed. Where I messed up and knew better was when she didn't asked me to do the walk around making sure there was no dents etc etc... So I take it for granted that these people are champs at what they do, no problem so I leave. When I get down the road I notice a crack on the windshield and took a quick picture at the red light and thinking I should turn back around and asked if they captured that on their paper work but AGAIN I thought these people are professional's and have me covered. I arrive home and still take a outside picture of the window. Later on that week my cell phone says I have no more memory so I delete lots of pictures including those of the window. I return the car back the man there tells me about the window and I explained to him and told him about the pictures. So I call the lady at my office for help, in front of the Enterprise worker, she tells me how to recover them and I go through the process and I recover them then the Enterprise worker tells me that those pictures could have been taken any time in other words calling me a liar and I tell him is this how you treat a customer? And then he gets rude and starts talking to me likes a street gangster. The young lady that rented me the car finally arrives and I remind her of myself and that day with the lady with the stinky smoke rental van. I told her she never walked me around the car and she didn't say YES or NO, she stood there like if she was trying to remember. I know I have some fault in NOT making her walk me around the car which she will never admit but they SHOULD have paper trail documenting that windshield damage. I run a huge business in the offshore industry and this is NOT how I show my employees to treat a client or any other person. Enterprise is a huge company and like my company, they should school and train their 10.00 a hour workers how to respond to situations like this and how to talk like a business man/woman, not like a street thug that wants to act like they will fight! And may they be able to hire more workers to cover all base's from picking up clients to washing the cars AND putting floor mats in them and removing the dog hair. This location on Everhart really sucks. I've have rented several times from the one on SPID and it's ran totally different, great people at that location.
