AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL! I reserved a full size suv for a Saturday morning- went to pick up, it wasnt…read morethere. Despite needing the space of a large vehicle, I settled on a smaller SUV. The employee working on this Saturday morning told me I could not pay with my debit card, it had to be cc (website and enterprise customer service both say they accept debit cards). Since I didn't have a credit card, I asked if my brother could place the reservation and add me as an additional driver- the employee said he needs a credit card and dl from both of us- again, not true. Enterprise only require dl from each driver and credit card from reservation holder. I said fine, my brother can just come rent the car- he said no he won't allow it bc he has a feeling I will drive it. After lying about calling me the previous day to tell me the car I rented wasn't available (I did not ever receive a call), lying about forms of payment and requirements for additional drivers and not allowing me to speak with a supervisor, I cannot say enough negative things about this location. Experience was AWFUL. I had to give a star but I wish I could give negative.

I was picked up by Shelby at the repair shop and she showed me to her car. It was a quick ride to the rental center off of Everhart. The rental process was seamless and easy. after being aquainted with the 2020 Elantra, doing a walk around for damage and setting up my handsfree I was off. Several days later, Shelby called to ask how I was liking the rental. I will be renting from Enterprise in the future if the need arises. Edited to add... The return process was seamless. I even was told that for next time I could have dropped off the rental at the collision center.
