Horrible experience.. booked a car to drive south for my wedding, booked in advance and checked with customer service on payment methods. Got there and was denied service and told the customer service people lied to me. Thanks for making my wedding even more difficult to pull off! I should've read the reviews before I came to this place and ended up stranded on the side of the road in front of a motel 6 as a 5'3 100 lb woman. I called the enterprise on Courtland Ave in Atlanta 4 different times asking if it was okay that I picked up the car with my paper temporary Maryland license because mine was stolen. They told me 4 different times that that was okay, seeing that I had booked my rental through my Maryland insurance. Today I go to pick up the car and they said they "can't help me." They said I have to pick up the car using a physical license which is funny because their corporate office said that out of state paper licenses are fine as long as you have another form of proof which I did, I had a passport and Georgia school ID. I'm writing this review on every enterprise's page until you all do something to make this right. I missed snd entire vacation because of you all. I told the woman at the desk that I spoke with a man on the phone THIS morning and she told me that was impossible because no men work there but as I was sitting outside stranded a male manager came out to show another customer a car. I spoke with customer service on the phone and they told me they were horrified about what I went through and would contact me the next day to bring me a car. It's been a week and i've called them several times and they have been absolutely no help at all. I missed my family vacation because of this company and they're not willing to offer a single compensation to try to make this right. I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism from the two woman at the desk, the male manager who I guess was hiding in the back throughout the entire situation or their customer service team. This is a horrible company that doesn't have a single regard for the safety of their customers, left me stranded on the side of the road even though I brought with me all of the necessary paperwork I was told to bring. Completely poor experience twice in a row. Vehicle not available. Was going to be given a smaller vehicle and I could just trade it when an suv was available. That same scenario was given to me last time and I was never able to do so. Delayed 4 hours today waiting for a vehicle unacceptable. Have called and set up a rental through a competitor. Reservations mean nothing. Very disappointed my time was wasted. read more

Very good customer rep Leah introduced herself checked us in promptly and efficiently got a nice new Nissan Versa and sent us on our way. Everything was good about this rental. Nice to have such a pleasant young person who knows her job and does it so well. Will use them whenever we need a vehicle in this area. read more

Still waiting for an available rental car... 4 hours after the estimated time pick up. Was told yesterday to pick up a car at 8:00am. Not available. Was then told to come back at 10:30am. Still unavailable. After visiting twice to see if a car was available, I am still left home waiting on a call at 12:42pm. Because of this company, i am going to have to uber to work, and I am late. Please look at other rental agencies in the area before going to a corporate location that doesn't seem to care. read more

I cant say enough positive things about the way I was treated at this loation. I only wish I could remember the 2 guys names who were so helpful. Long story short another enterprise location tried to screw me over on some scratches even though it was blatantly obvious I didnt scratch the car. These guys fought for two days on this issue to rectify the problem. Great customer service and Military friendly. Keep up the good work guys! read more

This was the most unprofessional business experience I have ever had in my adult life. I reserved a car to travel back to New York after an unexpected death in the family brought me to Delaware.. I reserved the car with my credit card on Saturday. But when I tried to pick up the car on Tuesday they would not give me the car because they said there was a problem with the magnetic strip on the back of my credit card. I informed them that I had used the card at the Waa Waa just moments ago and there was no problem when I swiped it. Maybe it's a problem with your equipment. They said no . I also asked if they or I could call the credit card company to verify that the card was good . This was also unacceptable to them. I was in a rush when I left my home to attend this funeral and did not have another major credit card on me so I was told that they could not rent me a car. The girl and young man behind the counter were very rude and couldn't care less that I was left high and dry without transportation home. I honestly believe that there was some anti New York Bias involved with this incident. They told me there was a Hertz dealer 30 miles away in Salisbury and that they could no longer help me. Well thankfully my nephew was with me and we left went to a gas station and tried the credit card there for gas and it worked when swiped. It also worked at the Hertz dealer 30 miles away. Like I said in my adult life I have never had a worse experience and I'm in my 50's. I have a call into one of there directors of operations and I will let you know if I here back from them. I have spoken to some people who want t start a social media onslaught but I am holding off for now read more
